They showed up on time with everything they needed to please everyone! We got married on a 90-ish degree day with 95% humidity and the ceremony was outside. The makeup they applied stayed on so well, I was amazed! Not everything went perfectly, I put my glasses on when we got to the venue down the street from the hote we got ready at and one of my eyelashes popped off the corner of my eye. I called Moira and she came right down to the venue and re-applied the eyelash for me without question! Moira & Mia are true artists with the services they offer and I am so glad we chose them for our wedding day needs!

me. It was indeed the right recommendation. Hair and makeup was one of the most difficult parts of my wedding planning, because I don't do much to my hair and wear no makeup. I had no idea what my hair and makeup would be during the trial. Moira was sooo patient with me of trying different hair styles. I was also very concerned about the makeup because I am a Chinese. Normal American makeup doesn't fit me well. Moira was sooo patient and nice to communicate with me and did a second trial on makeup for me. It was such a pleasant experience with her. I was soooo tired and stressed in the morning of my wedding day because we just moved into the new house and family had arrived in the new house as well. But as soon as I saw Moira at Hillbrook, I felt so relax and comfortable. She turned my get ready morning into an enjoyable and relax morning. The most important thing is that both my hair and makeup turned out stunning! My mom is picky, but she loved my makeup and hair. I got so much compliment on my hair and makeup on my wedding! All my bridesmaid's hair and makeup were great! They look so beautiful in the photos that the guests took. I had to remove my makeup before I went to bed that night at 1:00 am, my makeup and hair still look perfect. I was too tired, just slept with my hair. The next morning, my hair still look good!! In addition to the bridesmaids, Mia attached floral crowns to all FIVE of my flower girls, which stayed perfectly in place for the whole evening. Moira is a calming presence and when my nerves started to flare up, she kept me cool and collected. She is an absolute, talented, professional, but beyond that-- a kind and lovely soul! is an understatement. From day one Moira was an absolute pleasure to work with, she was friendly, accommodating and experienced … the whole package. I was sold even before having my trial. On the wedding day, Moira and her daughter Mia were on time and ready to go and we remained ahead of schedule the entire day… I hate being late so this was a huge plus knowing we were on schedule. I do not wear makeup so it was difficult to find a look I was confident in, however, I felt amazing all day. I looked in the mirror at 9:00pm and it looked like I just had my makeup done and my hair was perfect despite being outside for some windy pictures!
