They were incredibly easy to work with, and most importantly, ensured all of our guests arrived at the right place on time and safely. Our driver even came inside at the end of the night (very late!) to make sure no one missed the final shuttle to the hotel. We were so appreciative of their care and reliability. She checked in with me right before the wedding to make sure we had everything we needed. Our driver, Ryan, arrived on time to pick us up and had champagne and waters for us. He was a great driver and the trolley was comfortable and so cute! Everyone loved it! Ryan dropped us off at our first location on time and let us take some pictures. He then picked us up at a different location that night and drove us all back to our house. It made the day so much easier and was so much fun with all of us riding together. We all had a great time. I highly recommend them for any occasion!

me immediately and said that they will be sending 2 extra buses to compensate without any change in price. My guests and I had a very pleasant ride to and from the hotel for our wedding. The drivers were all very nice and the buses were very clean. I also used them to pick up and drop off my vendors that flew into the airport and the process to book and pay was extremely hassle free. I will always be using their transportation services for any future rides.

They both went above and beyond for us, were punctual, professional, considerate, and anticipatory for the couple! Black Tie's 30 passenger coach was clean, roomy, and stocked with amenities, and their antique Rolls Royce was absolutely gorgeous and a perfect touch of elegance for the couple to travel around town in.

ur timelines and finalized our room blocks. Each time we added a service, Nikki was quick to respond and help get everything organized. She was fantastic at offering advice about when and how to organize transportation and our timelines for guest and bridal party arrival. A few days before the wedding, she called us to check in, confirm everything, and made sure we didn't have any questions. On the day of the wedding, the limo drivers offered to take some group photos and even helped get my large dress and veil into the limo without everything creasing. On the way back to the hotel that night, they were friendly and patient with us getting everyone into the bus and made sure we were hydrated in our getaway car. ith Nikki, who was extremely professional, responsive and helpful. What we loved about Black Tie/Grace Limo was that we could book a “9 hour all inclusive” package. They had numerous different package options and vehicle sizing, and the pricing was very reasonable. This allowed us to offer guests various times to go from the hotel to the venue at the start of the wedding, and various times back to the hotel after the wedding. Almost ALL of our guests utilized the shuttle and were super appreciative to have a safe way home from the wedding. The driver on the day of was Eric, and he was PHENOMENAL. For our last shuttle at the end of the night he took the time to get out of the shuttle and make sure all guests who planned on using the shuttle were on safely, so that no one was left stranded. If you are looking to have a shuttle at your wedding, definitely check out Black Tie/Grace Limo!

logetic and mocked us, asking "is there a nurse here? because that's the only person who will be able to deal with that smell." This was unacceptable to begin with, but then Black Tie never sent a separate vehicle to pick up my guests and transport them to the ceremony, which resulted in all my guests needing to scramble for Ubers or taxis, which was highly difficult in the secluded area of the North Shore of MA. The ceremony 45 minutes late to start, my guests were stranded, and overall it tremendously impacted the wedding day in a massively negative way. While we were refunded, we can never get back the time we lost and the experience our guests had as a result of Black Tie. Do not book.

pologized extensively for this incident to you, your coordinator and the coordinator at the venue. And if we could apologize to every single one of your guests, we would! As mentioned, we do not find this to be a good representation of our company. The lavatory had broken on our way to the pick-up which led to an absolutely horrendous circumstance. We cannot imagine how stressful this must have been on such an important day in addition to the guests being stranded. As mentioned in our communication, even though there are not enough apologies in the world that could make up for this extremely horrible experience that you had, we hoped that a FULL refund for your entire event (including the vehicles that were not included in the service failure) would have helped in making this right with you. I do wish you would have reached out to us directly again to let us know what more you would have liked us to do as opposed to writing the review but we do understand the intense frustration you must feel with our company and for that we again, offer our most sincere apology. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you, we are always here to assist!

Our ceremony took place at our church, which sits at a busy/difficult intersection in the heart of Beacon Hill in Boston; they were incredibly accommodating and made sure to arrive early and follow all of the tips we gave them so that they were able to find spots to pull up right next to the building. The trip was smooth and comfortable, and we got to our reception a bit ahead of schedule, which was great! We primarily communicated with Nikki and her responses were always prompt and helpful. dvertising and a complete waste of money since we were told that it could fit under the arches at our venue (a venue they had used countless times). When we got there, we were told there is no way it would fit and we would have to walk up to the venue after getting all our hair and makeup done. Because of this, the photographer couldn’t get any pictures of us coming out of the sprinter and I would have rather used a regular car that could have driven us all the way up. Furthermore, when inquiring if the vehicle was going straight back to pick up the groom and groomsmen, the driver had no idea and said he had to check. This resulted in him being around 30 minutes late to picking them up and they also had to walk the rest of the way to the venue. The Rolls Royce we rented to take us back to the hotel also was in bad shape (it was shaking the whole time on the highway) and didn’t have anything special like a just married sign. If you’re getting married, go with another company to ensure your special day is just as you imagined.

ncerely apologize, it looks as though the driver that was sent was not familiar enough with the venue to know that the Sprinter van can comfortably fit all the way up to the courtyard of Searles Castle and also that he seemed unfamiliar with the itinerary. We find these items to be unacceptable and also uncharacteristic of what we represent as a company, we truly cannot apologize enough. We wish you had reached out to us directly regarding your experience so we could have made this right with you and also familiarize the driver better with the venue and procedure since it seems he needed some extra assistance. I will be reaching out directly to you so we can make this right. In regards to the Rolls Royce, we do not offer nor did we advertise a "Just Married" sign. Unfortunately we cannot legally have anything hanging off the vehicle while it is in motion. We did advertise a red carpet service and a complimentary champagne toast which was provided per the driver. We hope the rest of your wedding day was absolutely amazing and look forward to making this right with you!

Both drivers we had were fantastic as well. Our driver in the morning made sure that the ladies started our morning of pampering off right with champagne. Our driver for our shuttle bus was amazing as well. coach limo for the return trip! The coach itself was very nice, clean, and comfortable for all our guests. The driver was so nice and patient with us as we had multiple trips to make for the wedding party and guests. I would hire them again! Fantastic!
