Our drivers were prompt, personable, and so helpful in helping older family in and out of the vehicle and even helping with transporting gifts from our wedding back to the hotel. They're well priced and wonderful!

the most fun parts of the night! Our driver was friendly and professional and the vehicle was clean and comfortable. Our parents and bridal party had a blast dancing and having some bubbles on the way to the reception. Totally worth the splurge!!

tories. Luckily, no horror story here: we chose to go with Black Tie, and they were everything we could have wanted. We purchased three days’ worth of transportation with black tie: one day with an 8 person stretch limo, one day with a 40 person motor coach, and one day with a 30 person executive coach. In every instance, everything worked out perfectly. On the first day, our stretch limo and driver showed up early, greeted us with a bottle of Champagne, took us to our destination on time, loaded and unloaded our massive amount of wedding equipment, and was incredibly friendly. When we unloaded the limo, my wife actually dropped her phone onto the floor of the limo. When we did a final check, we somehow missed it. The driver found it about 30 minutes later when we were calling it, and by the time he did he was already on the other side of San Francisco. Unbelievably, without complaint, the driver called me, let me know he had a phone, drove all the way back (>30 minutes), and happily returned the phone letting me know it "wasn't a big deal at all". Throughout all of this, even though we were already way over time, he didn't charge us any extra. What could have been a complete nightmare ended up as a lesson in incredible customer service - and we were so thankful my wife was able to have her phone during the rehearsal to coordinate and take pictures. On the second day we got a 40 person motor coach who - again - showed up early, and was unquestionably professional. The bus (and restroom) were spotlessly clean, and everything was in perfect working order. This poor driver then had to deal with loud music, a 17 person wedding party, S/O's, friend's, etc, for a 5-6 hour drive. Rowdy is an understatement! However, there was no complaint, and as we changed the directions on a whim there was never a hint of an issue. He would happily go, smiling, and seemed to even enjoy himself. I felt terrible about our indecisiveness and frequent stops, and the fact it didn't seem to bother him made the wedding say so much less stressful. In the end - on such an important day - he provided us a perfect service start to finish, and came in at the exact same cost originally quoted. Exceptional! On the 3rd day, we took the 30 person executive coach with leather seats that recline. Unsurprisingly at this point the driver showed up early, was very professional, and the bus was in beautiful, perfect condition. We gave him a long list of addresses (drop offs the day after the wedding!) and he started on his way. Most of us reclined and immediately fell asleep. He charted a very effective path, and woke us up as each person's time came to disembark. At one point he even stopped for us to eat McDonalds (even though I'm somewhat suspicious we may have been over time). Unlike the bus the second day, it was very peaceful and quiet :). The driver was great all the way through and the bus rode like a couch on wheels while we all slept. I'll use transportation services a lot throughout my life - be it wine tours, party bus's, or limo's for special occasions - with me, BlackTie now has a customer for life. So much can go wrong in transportation and logistics, and the fact they were able to make our wedding weekend so flawlessly smooth is something I'll never forget.

vation. We had a 2 passenger town car for just my husband and I. The driver ( so embarrassed I've forgotten his name) arrived on time, was very calm, went along with our schedule and was very cordial the entire time. I would definitely use their service again. The rates were very comparable to the few other companies I checked out.

a lot of fun. Although, definitely not cheap. (We were married on New Year's Eve, so we paid holiday prices.) At the end of the night, we ended up having a lot more people stay to the very end of the reception than expected (which was a good thing!) so we ran a little over in time to 2:30 p.m. in order to get everyone back. The bus driver was super mad about it, although he was less than friendly all night, and actually yelled at me (the bride!)at the reception out front. Also, although it was unlimited alcohol on the bus, there is a rule that you can't remove the bottles from the bus. No one told the passengers that, and it was not posted anywehre, so a person took the bottle of champagne. When the driver noticed it, he chased them into the hotel elevator to get it back, yelling all the way. Unprofessional. Anyway, I feel torn about my experience with them. The bus was great, the service was a bit poor.
