Blackhorse Limousine

My now Husband and I had a wonderful experience and of course we know its not easy dealing with Bridezillas, lol!! (such as me) still our day was amazing and we highly recommend Blackhorse Limo as they were the only company to offer one-way wedding transfers when other companies tried to lock us in for a full days rate. Again, I have zero complaints and we will continue to use them for Texans Games and Concerts. I actually text their reservations line and they get it going....most of the stuff they text and it will just upload for you. I understand that phones are always busy and especially during peak seasons such as our was during the Rodeo and Valentines as well so busy busy season, no big deal as long as our information was promptly updated and thank God it was, because they had the newest nicest Chrysler300 Stretch Limo in WHITE and only company that didn't demand the 5 hour minimum for a simple wedding transfer.. We read the reviews and sort of hesitated but now we are very happy they made it happen WE LOVE BLACKHORSE LIMO!

Thank you Blackhorse Limo for making my wedding day perfect. Your office staff was easy to work with. Our driver brought us from home to church to reception with no glitches and was always helpful and courteous (even though he was sometimes dealing with 8 crazy bridesmaids!). He even took a short detour for us when we needed to pick up aspirin for my mother. I will highly recommend you to other brides who want an unforgettable day.

First, I was not impressed that you have to provide your credit card information before the company will quote you a price. Second, when we called to book and gain more information Cassandra sounded half-asleep. We gave them the benefit of the doubt because they came recommended by our wedding venue. We booked two limos months in advance with a tentative pick up time. Two weeks before the event, I called to reschedule our pick up time. The representative said they would take care of it. The day of our wedding, there was no limo at the scheduled time for pick up. We waited fifteen minutes and called to see where the driver was. Cassandra proceeded to give me an attitude and told me there was never a time change to our schedule. The first limo ended up being 45 minutes late from the originally scheduled pick up time. The second limo did not even show for pick up until after our wedding ceremony began. Luckily our hotel shuttled the bridal party and me to the church. A highly unprofessional company and we have yet to receive an apology from anyone.

I waited (by accident) until the last minute to book these guys and they STILL offered competitive pricing. We only used them for a transfer from my sisters house to the wedding venue but the driver was completely accommodating. He arrived early and was very patient waiting for us girls to finish getting ready. My only complaint would be with the vehicle itself (everyone over there is a dream to work with). The A/C wasn't that great. I don't know if it's cause it was an older vehicle but our ride over was not as cool as I would have liked. Don't let that deter you though. Just make sure you ask for a newer vehicle or check that the a/c is working properly.
