My husband and I were looking for photographers that did minimal editing and were more of natural light photographers. We were referred to Dan and Brit by a few friends and they were absolutely fantastic to work with. They were extremely efficient, organized, and thoughful! Upon booking, we received a welcome package with a few little gifts and a booklet that helped us organize and prioritize what we wanted for our wedding photography. We are so happy with our photos (only waited about a month after our wedding to get them) and will cherish our photos for the rest of our lives. Highly recommend!

I’ve been in many weddings where Blacklevel has been the photographer so when it came time to plan my own wedding I knew I needed to work with them! We loved having Dan and Britt capture our special day! They were so flexible and accommodating (especially since we had to reschedule during covid!) They were professional and personable. What we are wealthy in however is FANTASTIC photos which help us easily remember every single detail of our day beautifully! I can't say enough good things about BlackLevel Photograph and Dan and Brit... they were exactly what we were looking for when it comes to wedding photographers! We had engagement photos with them prior to our wedding so we were comfortable with how they worked, which is very laid back and aimed at whatever we wanted to do. We used Dan and Brit for my daughter's wedding and engagement photos, and I could not believe how beautiful and creative the photos were! We used Dan and Brit for our engagement photos and wedding photos. It was great getting to know Brit for our engagement photos as it helped us to get a feel for how our wedding day photos would go. From the start our experience with Dan & Brittany was GREAT! Dan personalized a photography package specifically for us based on our wants/needs for our wedding. Our wedding was a bit untraditional in the fact that we got married in the Spring and then had a reception/bonfire in the Fall. We requested Dan to come to our Fall event and take our wedding photos outside on my parents farm. Dan did a great job capturing our personalities in our wedding photos (even when I shot my husband with a nerf gun at first looks). I could not have asked for a better photographer, even as I was in a panic setting up tables and decorations for the day, Dan was as cool and relaxed as could be assuring me we had time and to do what I needed and he will be ready when I was. Certainly gave me a calm that I didn't have as I was rushing around that day and he was willing to help us with anything we asked. It was a wonderful experience and made the day that much more special.

When I finally decided to have my wedding in an area close by to PA, it was a such an easy decision to hire Dan & Brit from BlackLevel Photography. Knowing these two via family made the whole stressful and annoying wedding process easy. I knew that my wedding pictures would turn out amazing not only by viewing their past work but because I trusted them and they were extremely professional during the entire time. Dan and Britt were hands down the best decision we made for our wedding. My husband is not a picture person hates getting his picture taken, but they made us feel so comfortable and had us laughing my husband didn’t mind it at all. My husband and I cannot express how amazing Dan & Brit are. As soon as we had our initial meeting to discuss our upcoming wedding we knew that they were the right photographers for us. Through every step of the planning process they helped to answer all of our questions and provide insight to things we never would have thought about. When first meeting with them, they emphasize their use of natural light. Having no clue what that really changed/added, I just trusted them. Our pictures were beyond beautiful because of their use of light. The whole wedding seemed to be covered in a halo. All of my guests and friends who have seen the pictures have been blown away by them. Britt and Dan also take advantage of just the right angle and just the right atmosphere to create wonderful backgrounds for your photos. Really wonderful. But I also wanted to add how incredibly helpful Britt was the day of our wedding. She was the real MVP and I don't know what we would have done without her...and that has nothing to do with photos. She offered her assistance regularly without hesitation. My mother and aunt were struggling with the buttons of my dress, so Britt stepped in and helped them align the buttons. But her best moment was when, as my bridesmaids were about to walk down the aisle, my sister's zipper snapped and her whole back was exposed. The venue helpers ran for safety pins, etc, but Britt stepped in again and took the sash from my sister's dress and closed the back as much as she could and draped the sash around her shoulders so the skin peeking through was covered, and the sash on her back looked like a design choice. No one knew a thing happened. While Dan and Britt were with us, we really felt like they were "a part of the team" and their support was obviously so integral to the wedding. Thanks Dan and Britt! We hired Dan and Brittany from Black Level Photography for our wedding on June 2nd at Welkinweir Estate and Arboretum in Pottstown, PA. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and it was all prepared from afar as we are from north jersey. We initially called them because they had shot other events at this site. Our initial call was with Dan and he couldn't have had better energy. He was excited for us, listened well and always responded to us in a timely manner. We had a separate call with Brittany as we got closer to choosing them officially. She was enormously flexible with our timeline and packaged exactly what we needed within our budget. We felt so comfortable with all the preparations and quickly sent them a deposit. They day of went so smoothly. They arrived on time, and just added this calming grace to our day. They were always there when we wanted them and never intrusive when we wanted our time to ourselves. They also added a wonderful barrier between us and family when opinions and decisions came about. Guests commented on how friendly, available but not obtrusive they were. And we love our photos to remember our great day. They took a lot of amazing shots of us, our family, and the venue. If you are looking for photographers who can manage a big bridal party (and loads of guests) in a polite way and still get all of the pictures you want in the allotted time, this couple is it! Dan and Britney were amazing!!! They managed to get all of the photos my daughter and her new husband asked for despite people constantly getting in their way. Based on the beautiful images in their online portfolio and their reasonable pricing, we hired BlackLevel Photography to shoot our wedding this summer. We’re very happy with how our pictures turned out! We had a rustic, unpretentious, DIY, outdoor wedding (we literally got married in the woods), and Brit and Dan captured that feeling in their photography. Not only are Brit and Dan excellent at their craft and highly professional, but they were easy to work with and wonderful people. We have to thank Dan for letting us sit in his car to wait out a summer storm after our outdoor ceremony, otherwise we would have been completely drenched!
