Our WEDs serve as dedicated guides, assisting couples from the very first consultation through the final delivery of their wedding films, photos, and albums. They work closely with you to curate the aesthetics, special moments, and traditions—both old and new—that make your celebration uniquely yours. From helping design the look, feel, and style of your final imagery to coordinating key moments, they ensure every detail reflects your love story with authenticity and elegance. On the wedding day, your WED is your behind-the-scenes champion—equipped with an emergency kit to handle any unexpected challenges, directing the wedding party and guests as needed, and supporting our media team to capture every significant moment flawlessly. Acting as a liaison between your wedding planner, vendors, and our media team, your WED ensures a seamless experience so that you can relax, celebrate, and enjoy every moment knowing that every detail is handled with care and precision. The purpose of our WED's is to assist couples through their journey of planning their special event from the beginning with unique ideas of aesthetics of the decor, special events, old and new school traditions, through planning the look, feel and style of their final imagery. Our WED's will be an onsite assistant with an emergency kit to handle any unforeseen circumstances that might pop up, coordinate the wedding party and guests as needed, as well as assisting each of our team members while ensuring they not miss a single important moment on your big day. They will also serve as a liaison between your wedding party/planner, vendors, and our media team so you can relax and enjoy your nuptials knowing everything will be going to your plan as much as possible.
