These grounds have a fully-stocked 14-acre pond, three enchanting cabins, and a carefully landscaped grass area complete with magical overhead lighting. With indoor and covered outdoor event spaces, a picture-ready setting, and on-site accommodations, this venue makes a marvelous locale to hold your wedding celebrations. With a capacity of up to 150 or more guests, these environs also provide versatility. Blackwater Farms will be a perfect location! It is conveniently located near I-20 and I-95 and only 10 miles away from downtown Florence with hotels and restaurants.
The cost is $2,000.00 per day, and that amount includes the following:
• Views of the 14-acre pond
• Parking for 100 cars
• The use of the Cabin with two baths, two bedrooms, a great room, a kitchen, and an entertaining screen porch.
• Lawn for the wedding ceremony or the use of the Pavilion located in the middle of the pond
• 10 eight-foot benches to use for the ceremony
• Arbor for the ceremony
• On the screen porch, there are six tables and 32 chairs that can be used.
• Wedding night in the Primary suite located in the Lodge away from the Island.
Extra Fees will be charged for the following:
• Clean up
• Trash removal
• Use of bedrooms overnight, other than the primary suite.
• Use of linens and other decorations.
There are three cabins, with two bedrooms in one, three bedrooms in another, and a bunk house.
