I had such a great experience with Blair Beauty Group. I had a makeup trial in which I felt truly heard in what I liked and didn’t like. I came with a lot of reference photos, and ...
we worked together to create a look I loved. On my wedding day, me, both moms, and my 7 bridesmaids all got hair and makeup done. The team was so efficient, and everyone looked beautiful. We were even running ahead of schedule! Planning was great - an open conversation where I could change my ideas and we also had a very detailed plan in place. They were very professional and knowledgeable. Very great company to work with!
We are all so happy with how our hair and makeup came out with Erin’s team! We had 7 ladies they worked on and they all did a great job on everyone! They were all on time and organ...
ized throughout the whole process. It made the experience so enjoyable and calm!
Specifically, Alex made me look and feel absolutely beautiful! My hair and makeup lasted the whole evening! She even willingly helped touch up the grooms blemishes at the last minute! I cannot say enough good things about their services and would definitely recommend and use them again!
We are all so happy with the service provided by Erin and her wonderful team for my wedding! There were six of us in total, and the entire schedule was executed flawlessly. In fact...
, we even gained a little extra time, which was especially appreciated since, due to circumstances beyond her control, my sister was going to arrive with a very tight schedule.
Erin and her team were professional, organized, and made everything run so smoothly. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you so much for helping make our wedding day so special!
I absolutely loved my hair and makeup! Everything stayed perfect all night without needing any touch-ups, even though we made a few changes from my trial. I was so happy with the final result and felt beautiful throughout the entire evening. I 100% recommend her!

d out even better than I imagined, and I felt so beautiful and confident all day.
She also did the hair and makeup for my mother, mother-in-law, and my grandmothers, and every single one of them looked absolutely amazing. She took the time to make everyone feel special and tailored each look to fit them perfectly.
Beyond her talent, she’s just the sweetest person. She brought such a calm, fun energy to the morning and made getting ready one of my favorite parts of the day. I’m so thankful she was a part of our wedding and would recommend her to any bride in a heartbeat! 💕

beautiful. My makeup looked amazing the whole night. I’m so grateful for her team and the amazing day they were a part of.
TLDR; When I tell you Blair Beauty Group and her team work MIRACLES I mean it from the depths of my soul!!! I would choose them again and again for any and every event.
From the ...
start of pricing and booking everything is so clear and there is no misguided pricing or lack of clarity leading up to the big day. The questionnaires, the planning, the advice to get your skin in peak shape, and everything else in between is top notch. As a limited makeup and skincare type, I found it all so incredibly helpful. What’s beyond that is the time and care that goes into your trial - it’s not fast and rushes through like some you hear about. Time is taken and the conversation is incredible. They’re thoughtful and open to feedback and check in several times for changes leading up to your event. For a group that’s been in the business for so long, they put the thought and care as if it’s day 1 and they’re trying to earn every spot. What’s even better, as a bride you’re prepared for a wedding day to be long. It starts early and it’s chaos until the very end. At our wedding, our hotel block went wrong with our adequate spacing - Blair’s team andapted with us and planned so well to where everyone was still done on time despite a late start when getting an additional room set up. The travel in between hotel and venue was seamless and still on track. When I tell you that I didn’t feel rushed and like the most beautiful I’d ever been my entire life. Wven with the humidity and everything that day I looked like a million bucks. What wasn’t on track is that we completely lost power half way through the event. Lights out and everything in between but you know what did stick? That hair and makeup!!! I ended the night sweaty as they come but with how well the hair and makeup held, you’d never know. A true testament to their incredible work, product choice, and professionalism. I would book them again and again!!
We had the absolute best experience with Blair Makeup & Hair Design for our wedding hair and makeup. From the very beginning, the team was professional, responsive, organized, and ...
genuinely invested in making sure everything felt smooth and stress-free on such an important day.
The hair and makeup turned out even better than I imagined -- polished, timeless, and still felt like "me." Everything photographed beautifully and lasted all day and night through happy tears, dancing, and Texas weather. The team created such a calm, fun atmosphere while getting everyone ready, which made the entire morning feel relaxed and special instead of rushed.
I would recommend Blair Makeup & Hair Design to any bride looking for someone talented, dependable, and wonderful to work with. Truly one of the best vendor decisions we made for our wedding day!

t like me. Anh nailed it. My make up lasted all day and night. I wanted to tweak my hair from the first trial and Anh was very accommodating and hit my vision spot on. She really understood my style and brought it to life beautifully. Anh and Mari were great to work with as they helped doll me up as well as the Moms and bridesmaids. Jamie was my H&MU artist and she was absolutely incredible! She took time to learn about my skin and hair which I really appreciated. On my wedding day, my hair and makeup looked a...
mazing! I have very oily/shiny skin, and Jamie did my makeup such that it stayed matte all evening and late into the night. My hair is very flat and resistant to curls, but Jamie did a beautiful half up-half down style with curls and those curls stayed all night! My wedding look included forehead jewelery (called a tikka, common in Indian bridal looks) and she secured the jewelery into my hair so it stayed all night too. I pretty much can't imagine having a better H&MU experience on my special day. Additionally, Erin herself was very helpful with logistics, scheduling, and payments. Thank you SO much Jamie and Erin!!!

She is very patient and understanding and brought so much ease during getting ready time. glam! Erin heard my vision immediately and calmed all of my fears. One of Erin’s best qualities is that she is your personal hype woman, from the bridal trial to your actual wedding day. I remember I wasn’t nervous on wedding day until I sat down to get my hair and makeup done, and Erin was nothing but kind, encouraging, and comforting. Her techniques elevated my natural/ curly hair and she pulled it all into the updo of my absolute dreams! My makeup felt so light, but with plenty of coverage to survive the dance floor, and I just felt like an elevated version of myself!
