Of all the elements that go into designing a beautiful wedding, mine is the most important. After all, the bride is the centerpiece of the whole affair! I live for those "gasp!" moments when the bride sees herself as a bride for the first time, especially when those gasps are followed by happy, overwhelmed tears. There is nothing better than discovering your true passion and making a living at it!

I cannot recommend Erin Blair & Co. enough! The team was a delight to work with and made me feel beyond beautiful on my wedding day. I wanted an elevated nature look that still felt like me. Anh nailed it. My make up lasted all day and night. I wanted to tweak my hair from the first trial and Anh was very accommodating and hit my vision spot on. She really understood my style and brought it to life beautifully. Anh and Mari were great to work with as they helped doll me up as well as the Moms and bridesmaids. The pricing of services was completely worth it, given the high level of skill and the fantastic experience. Highly recommend Erin Blair – especially if you are getting married in North Dallas/Texas.

Erin and her team made me and my bridesmaids feel beautiful on my special day! I did not do a trial run, so Erin did my hair and makeup for the first time the day of the wedding! She absolutely killed it! I loved my hair. She made it so voluminous and it stayed looking stunning all night! Her team was prompt and efficient. Jamie was my H&MU artist and she was absolutely incredible! She took time to learn about my skin and hair which I really appreciated. On my wedding day, my hair and makeup looked amazing! I have very oily/shiny skin, and Jamie did my makeup such that it stayed matte all evening and late into the night. My hair is very flat and resistant to curls, but Jamie did a beautiful half up-half down style with curls and those curls stayed all night! My wedding look included forehead jewelery (called a tikka, common in Indian bridal looks) and she secured the jewelery into my hair so it stayed all night too. I pretty much can't imagine having a better H&MU experience on my special day. Additionally, Erin herself was very helpful with logistics, scheduling, and payments. Thank you SO much Jamie and Erin!!!

I highly recommend Janet from Erin Blaine. She did my hair and makeup on my wedding day and it was exactly as I dreamed of and better! I had a trial session with her way early before the wedding and on the day of the wedding decided to go with a completely different updo to match my dress and she was very accommodating and got it exactly as I imagined. Janet also did my Mom’s and bridal party’s makeup and everyone was in awe! Aside from her technical skills, she is really good with people. She is very patient and understanding and brought so much ease during getting ready time. I am so pleased I ended up choosing Erin Blaine, they are very professional and very communicative which relieved so much during the hectic preparation time. I will definitely be using their services again for different occasions.

Perfect wedding hair and makeup team!!! I booked an Erin Blair and I found her and her team very detailed, friendly and helpful through the booking, trial and wedding day! I had wedding attendants that needed the extra attention and level of detail Erin provided up front. We unfortunately had two people run late and Erin’s team handled it calmly and efficiently. I also had two flower girls and Erin’s artist, Janet generously offered to attach their flower crowns even though I hadn’t booked that service. She is such an angel!!!! Both Janet and Misty went above and beyond for me and my family. They provided guidance and kept my desires and feelings as a bride at the forefront. I had Janet at my makeup and hair artist and they thoughtfully ensured she would do both my trial and day of. I really loved getting her - I feel unbelievably lucky! She was beyond kind, knowledgeable, overall encouraging and supporting. And I’ve never looked better in my life!!! I cannot express how amazingly talented and such a joy it was to have Janet as my artist! The wedding day was triple digits and my hair and makeup held throughout all the sweat! What a lifesaver! I will be forever grateful to Erin and her team for being such a worthwhile and extremely wonderful vendor to have by my side. They truly made the day even more special. Erin Blair is amazing! She performed my makeup trial with ideas already in mind, and after showing her a couple photos she nailed it on the spot that day. She was so precise and looking for perfection which I look for when it comes to hair and makeup. This is the best makeup and hair vendor for your wedding! Also book her to stay and do touch ups, it makes all the difference for the photographer.

I just used Erin Blair for my own wedding but have also been apart of it for two other weddings. They do a fantastic job!! My entire bridal party was in love with their looks and everyone is planning to use them as a vendor in the future too! Jamie, Jade, and Meagan were amazing! They’re fun to have in the room getting ready too!! The cost was pretty standard but this was an area I was willing to pay more in because I know how good of work they do!

She is so sweet and friendly and did an exceptional job of creating the perfect look for my mom and I. I absolutely LOVED hiring Erin Blair as my hair and makeup artist. Everyone I've interacted with (Erin herself, Alex,) have been super responsive, friendly, and helpful this entire time! I cannot say enough great things about the main HMUA I worked with, Shanna. From the moment I first met her at the trial run, I knew she was the best person to work on me. She is knowledgeable, but also willing to listen to your preferences. I looked fantastic! In fact, my Mom then wanted to increases services so everyone in my bridal party and herself could get their hair and makeup done! I also got my bridals hair and makeup done by Shanna. For the wedding, Shanna brought Christine to help, and they made everyone look gorgeous and completed everything on time, according to the schedule they put together. On a personal level: Shanna is friendly, fun, and makes the appointments so much fun! I highly recommend Erin Blair for your wedding hair/makeup needs!

I remember when considering several hair and makeup artists and teams, I had two concerns, my natural hair/curls, and ensuring I looked like myself on my wedding day even with the glam! Erin heard my vision immediately and calmed all of my fears. One of Erin’s best qualities is that she is your personal hype woman, from the bridal trial to your actual wedding day. I remember I wasn’t nervous on wedding day until I sat down to get my hair and makeup done, and Erin was nothing but kind, encouraging, and comforting. Her techniques elevated my natural/ curly hair and she pulled it all into the updo of my absolute dreams! My makeup felt so light, but with plenty of coverage to survive the dance floor, and I just felt like an elevated version of myself! Erin’s team also could not have been sweeter. My bridal party loved working with them! Most of my bridal party chose to go with an updo, and they all loved their styles! Everyone’s makeup was stunning, and similar to my experience, everyone felt like themselves! I can’t recommend Erin and her team enough. They are intentional, professional, and they make you feel your absolute best and most beautiful! Alex and Alexis were amazing! My mother had a black eye from falling 2 days before the wedding and Alex was able to fix her up to where no one even knew she had a black eye! I couldn't have been more thrilled with the choice to use Erin Blair and her team for the HAMU services for my big day. Her team was phenomenal! They were talented, professional, and helped make the morning so much fun! Erin Blair hair is truly amazing! I knew from the beginning I wanted an update and they truly do specialize in updos. Jamie was so patient with me during my trial and wedding day. I ended up changing my updo from my trial to wedding day and she did an amazing job. She was even patient with my mom for her trial and wedding day hair also. Erin was also so helpful and patient to quickly reschedule bridals when I had a family emergency come up. She worked well with my planner and got everything sorted out. My wedding was actually my third experience with Erin Blair Makeup & Hair Design. They did my hair and makeup when I was a bridesmaid for two of my cousins and then I went with them for my wedding June 17th, 2023! They were incredibly professional and informative throughout the entire process. As a teacher at the end of the school year, they were incredibly flexible with me on trying to book my makeup trial. They did the makeup for me, MOB, MOG, 6 Bridesmaids, and 2 Flower Girls. We got given a schedule for how everything would work and the best way to prepare our hair and skin to make the most out of the service. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants to have someone 100% reliable and talented in their craft on their big day! I only have pictures from my bridals back so far, but I have attached some!

My stylist was Alex and she really listened to what I wanted and made it come to life. She was so nice and easy to work with. Jamie and Megan came out to my wedding and were Amazing! I felt beautiful the entire night! Jamie listened to the changes I made after my make up trial and it turned out perfect. All my bridesmaids were so happy with all their different looks. Megan even took time to redo some styles that just weren't quite right. My Step-mother loved her hair too! My hair held up the whole night of dancing, in the humidity, and looked beautiful in pictures. I highly recommend Erin Blair for your big event!

I am SO glad I went with Erin Blair for my hair and makeup. I was hesitant about paying for hair and makeup and Jamie, my artist, made me so glad to have done the trial and the hair and makeup for the wedding day. Jamie was attentive to what I wanted to change, and did my hair better than I could’ve imaged! I wanted my makeup to still look like myself, but that would last the whole day, and she did just that!

Erin Blair makeup and hair services is fantastic. I used them for my wedding and did a makeup/hair trial as well. During my trial, I had a few changes that I wanted to make for my wedding, and my stylist was understanding and perfectly changed everything I wanted. I loved my makeup and hair on the day of my wedding.

Incredibly pleased with the make-up services Erin Blair provided us for our wedding earlier this month! Alex did my trial make-up appointment for my bridal portraits and took photos and notes for my day-of artist, Jamie, to replicate on our wedding day. I made a few changes to my look between bridals and day-of and Alex made sure Jamie knew what I wanted to change! On our wedding day, Jamie kept all of us on schedule and was so friendly and easy to work with. She spoke with all of us about what look we were trying to achieve and we all looked absolutely stunning!! She gave us options for lip color and lash length and adjusted to our individual looks. We really enjoyed working with her! Payment was easy and everyone on Erin's team was communicative and enjoyable to work with. I would 100% work with her team again for any other event requiring professional make-up services! Look no further!!

The best, most wonderful lady in the industry! She was easy to work with, great communicator, incredibly professional, and when she finished my hair and makeup on my wedding day I CRIED! I’ve never felt so beautiful and I’m so lucky to have found her! Our wedding was perfect and I couldn’t recommend her more.

Overall, Ahn did a fabulous job at our hair on the morning of our wedding and for my rehearsal dinner. I would recommend her again! My only reason for 4 stars is I just had a couple of administrative issues with appointments and invoices and had to contact multiple times to have the issues resolved. I would still recommend due to the wedding day experience but I think the organization just lacks a little bit.

BOOK THESE LADIES NOW!! All communications with Erin and my artist Alex were timely, thorough, and straightforward. Alex is AMAZING, super talented, and did a great job referencing the photos I had sent her for the final look. I did a trial H&M (do it, it's worth it), Alex wrote down everything she did and took reference photos to make sure the day of services would go as smooth as possible. She made me feel so confident and beautiful! If you want an elevated natural look, book Erin Blair!! Jade was also AMAZING! She and Alex did a wonderful job on the hair and makeup for my bridesmaids and mom! They made a great team. On the actual wedding day to the weeks prior, Erin Blair was extremely communicative and professional. All the makeup and hair they did looked fantastic, with no stress towards me. I felt like they really listened to what I wanted and did an absolute wonderful job in execution.

I had a great experience with Erin Blair! Getting my trial was super helpful to make adjustments for the big day. One of my biggest stresses was not sticking to timeline & this team finished early! We had 16 services and I was very happy with how quickly everything got done with little to no stress. I was able to share things I wanted to adjust from my trial and felt like I was in great hands for the wedding day. Thank you guys for making me and all our ladies feel beautiful!

I loved working with Erin Blair Makeup & Hair Designs for my wedding! My stylist Alex was so sweet and struck just the right balance of listening to what I wanted for my look and encouraging me to try a couple of new things - but she ultimately did exactly what I needed to feel beautiful and comfortable! The trial was so helpful in figuring out exactly what look to go for. Plus, she was just fun to hang out with as we were getting ready!
