Blair Conference Center

My husband and I recently got married at the Blair Center. We could not recommend them enough! The staff was so helpful and wonderful. They went above and beyond to meet our needs. Everything g was minimally stressful because they provided linens, center pieces and general decor. The catering is in house and SO good. We got so many compliments on our food. Our coordinator Stef was easy to communicate with and very responsive. Our photos are BEAUTIFUL. The Inn being right down the street was a huge plus for us and our guests.

I am still in awe of the wonderful experience that was provided to all the guests. From the moment I stepped through the doors, it was evident that every detail had been meticulously thought out and executed to perfection. Our guests really enjoyed the ability to be outside or inside the entire night. Having people come in from out of state, while having access to The Inn, walking distance away, made their experience better. The venue itself is nothing short of stunning. The architecture and interior design create an elegant and inviting atmosphere that strikes the perfect balance between modern sophistication and warm charm. The spacious layout allowed for seamless transitions between different parts of the event, from the heartwarming ceremony to the lively dance floor. What truly sets the Blair Conference Center apart is the exceptional staff. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care for every guest's experience was evident throughout the entire evening. From ensuring that dietary preferences were accommodated to promptly addressing any needs that arose, the staff went above and beyond to make everyone feel comfortable and cared for. The culinary experience was a highlight of the evening. The catering was nothing short of exquisite, with a diverse menu that catered to a wide range of tastes. The event coordinators (Stef) at the Blair Conference Center deserve special recognition for their impeccable planning and execution. The BEST venue for our wedding day! From the beautiful buildings and golf course setting to the amazing staff and great food, we could not have asked for better. Stefani and Michelle helped us plan out the whole reception with great organization and attention to detail! The entire event ran just as planned! Could give more than 5 stars.

The Blair Center and staff were AMAZING! The site is beautiful for both a ceremony under the tent overlooking the golf course as well as a wonderful indoor reception. The team made sure everything was exactly as we discussed, flexible with changes, and very accommodating in making any unique parts of our vision come to life. The on-site chef, the hotel “inn” 0.2 miles away for ourselves and guests, and the Blair center coordinators really acting as day of coordinators made our wedding run flawlessly. I hope to never have another wedding but if I did I would chose the Blair Center over and over again!

We used the Blair Center at Westfield Country Club for both our ceremony and reception. Our wedding turned out absolutely beautifully! You work with the staff to plan everything and they are all very professional and organized. The planning process was very easy since they have everything there if you want to use it - wedding planner, caterer, some decorations, etc. You have to use their caterer, but the meals are EXCELLENT. Our guests all enjoyed their meals (especially the vegetarians!) They are very willing to work with you to make your wedding personal, enjoyable and within your price range. The ceremony is held outside under a covered tent with closable sides, so even in the event of rain you can still have your wedding outside! The reception is held adjacent to the ceremony so it's very convenient. There is also a large patio and guest area so your guests have lots of places to sit and talk during cocktail hour. Since the back of the building faces the golf course, it's a great background for pictures. There are a couple of bridges and ponds with fountains that make the scenery very picturesque. The bridal room has plenty of room for the wedding party to get ready in and they provide you with juices, teas and sodas in the room. The groom and groomsmen get ready in what's called the the tavern, where there are flat screen TVs, poker tables, a pool table and shuffle board. My husband and his guys loved hanging out there the morning of the wedding! Overall it was a wonderful experience having my wedding at Westfield. They made our day stress-free and beautiful. Our guests had a great time and we highly recommend having an event there!
