Vicky grew up in the English countryside and spent much of her childhood foraging for berries and fruit on her grandmother’s property. She and Joe developed their palate for various flavors during their travels throughout South America, Asia, and the Middle East. They settled in Vermont and purchased a historic property where they established Blake Hill Preserves.
