Blanc was amazing. We were so happy with the photos; it was hard to pick our favourites as there were so many beautiful shots. Jun was easy going and so nice to work with. He captured every shot we asked him for and delivered our photos back quickly. He was great in the communication in advance and we didn’t even notice him capturing so many moments on the day. Would totally recommend Blanc for your wedding shots. He also took some beautiful family shots on the beach for our guests and they were all beautiful. Thanks Jun!

There is absolutely no better photography for a wedding than Blanc Photography with its owner, Jun! We had many wedding photo requests at the last minute, and Jun was able to accommodate each one of these requests with professionalism, friendliness and perfection! He even brought in a videographer and gave us suggestions on the photo opportunities at each of our locations, including at our white stretch limo. Jun is the best and there is no one better...he has years of experience and was even familiar with our ceremony venue, and our Pastor spoke very highly of Jun and Blanc Photography as he was able to take all photos within the parameters of the church's requests. Call him today and be confident that Jun will provide you with the best photos and wedding photography experience of your life! Five stars and excellent! There is no one better!

Jun was amazing the entire time. He is fluent in English and Japanese, which was perfect for us as our families only speak English or only Japanese. He went out of his way to work with our time zone for zoom meetings, and was extremely friendly and professional. He offered a lot of great input and advice to help the wedding go smoothly. I cannot recommend him enough, and hope I can hire him again one day when I return to Hawaii.

Photography (Jun) and Videography (Takeshi):
- Perfect aesthetics, very smooth, bright and natural. We picked Jun based on our preferences of photograph styles and he was the top pick out of 10+ photographers we researched.
- Very efficient in terms of delivery. We received much more photos than we expected and they are all carefully picked and touched. Honestly, there wasn't a single photo that we disliked.
- I especially want to highlight Jun and Takeshi's efforts on making our wedding video. Our personal vows were written/spoken in Mandarin, and Jun asked us for the full translation of the vows. The final video has some perfect cuts of our words along with magnificent cinematics. My partner literally cried when viewing the video for the first time. Given the amount of work needed for matching these sentences, I want to express a big big thank you to Jun and his team!
Make-up and Hair Styling (Ikumi):
- Ikumi san was awesome! My partner once hesitated about inviting a specialist for her make-up, but it proved to be the right choice. Our ceremony/photographs could not have been this great without her beautiful work! Highly recommended!
- Words from my partner: "I have never tried make-up this dense/complex, and Ikumi helped make this moment one of the most beautiful moments for me."
Pre-ceremony Communications (Jun):
- Super professional and detailed. We were very anxious when preparing for the ceremony and Jun resolved all of our concerns and questions smoothly and promptly. He actually serves as our wedding planner lol.
- Very knowledgeable about the island. Jun picked the perfect place/time for our ceremony.

The process of working with Jun and his team at blanc was seamless and enjoyable. Everything from our initial meeting, to filling out the questionnaire about what was important to us for them to capture on our wedding day, to the day-of! There's an ease to the process, which allows for his skill and creativity to shine through our photos. We are so happy to have had blanc as our photographer!

I can't say enough amazing things about blanc. In the mad five month rush from "Yes!" to "I do!" for my fiancée and I, Jun immediately stood out from all our other vendors with his prompt thoughtful replies. He made the whole process so easy and stress free for us, from booking to the actual wedding day to the delivery of the final photos/video. Originally we only were planning on booking photography, but after seeing some of their cinema work, we pulled the trigger on both. We're so glad we did! Not only are they highly professional, but they are extremely talented. The photos and video were beautiful! We're super happy with how everything turned out and got so many compliments after showing our family and friends. We definitely will book with them again if we ever need photography services.

The photographer, Jun is professional. He performs as an expert and produces a ton of beautiful photos for us. Jun is a very professional planner and photographer. He helped us planning this fantastic event before we went to Hawaii. He scheduled a video call with us to discuss the details that we want. He also gave us some suggestions and showed examples to help use make decisions. Our package includes makeup and hair style. Ikumi is very nice and supportive makeup artist. Blanc Photography was amazing and we would highly recommend! We forgot where we found them at first but trust us, they are a hidden gem. We browsed through their online portfolio and we fell in love with Jun’s work. We immediately reached out and from our first contact, Jun was extremely enthusiastic, helpful, and professional. Anytime that we would have questions Jun was very quick to respond and we felt like we were in very capable hands. He not only answered our questions, but also provided extra information and guidance to us. On the day of the wedding Jun was just as great in person. He was very genuine and he felt like an old friend. We were happy that he took the lead working with the videographer to coordinate where needed and scout out picture perfect locations; During the day, when we checked in with him he was very positive and showed us some of the great shots he had already taken. We received our photos back less than two weeks after the wedding and they were amazing! We got a mix of quality posed shots and candid ones that we didn’t even know he took. Overall, we had a great experience with Blanc Photography, they provided awesome customer service, a great product, and at a good price; we would not change a single thing! Blanc Photography deserves more than 5 stars!!!

Jun and his team is Super Amazing! Jun helped me to contact the makeup artist and pastor for our wedding, which makes everything so convenient! We had great time with Jun and his team in Hawaii! I love his photo style! Also, because of some personal reasons, we need the photos sooner. I can't believe Jun send me all the photos less than a week! Extremely happy with this company. And I’m picky.

From start to finish, Jun and his team were kind, friendly, punctual, and professional.
Jun took the time to hear what the bride and groom wanted. We collaborated on how we hope the pictures will turn out. They totally delivered.
I was looking for a “modern aloha” vibe, with a mix of candid and editorial shots, and the finished product took my breath away.

Blanc Photography was fantastic! Jun and his videographer blended seamlessly into my wedding day, capturing the intimate moments with my partner as well as the larger party with our friends and family. Very supportive of my awkwardness behind the camera. Flexible and easy to communicate with. Also very affordable, even after flying Jun from Honolulu to Kona, his package was the best deal. And the final product was magnificent, unique, interesting, and beautiful. The film was different than other wedding films I have seen, it captured the mood of the wedding as well as the important moments. It was tender and heartfelt without being cheesy. Overall I have looked at the pictures and the film over and over since the wedding, reliving that wonderful day. I would absolutely recommend hiring Blanc photography and videography.

Working with Blanc and the team was incredible! Jun is helpful in asking questions and getting a dialed-in understanding of what we, as the couple, are looking for in the mood and composition of our images and edited video. We loved how our images came out and the way the team captured our "essence" as a couple and also our solo shots. I was so impressed with our edited video and so excited to share it with family and friends who were not able to make it to Hawaii for our special occasion.
The editing and the camera equipment they use are top-tier quality. Truly worth the investment to have Blanc handle photography and video.....it is a keepsake that will forever be treasured and re-lived when we look at our images and watch our video again.

Jun and his team did such an amazing job with capturing all the moments during our wedding. Jun was so communicative throughout the planning process and was very flexible with any suggestions or desires that we had. He also delivered all the photos and video content right on schedule after the wedding. Not to mention his photography and videography skills are of the highest caliber. Truly a work of art! I highly recommend him and his team for any photography, videography needs that you might have!

Jun was the photographer for my friend's wedding in Oahu and I would recommend him and his team to anyone! I have been in bridal parties for other weddings with great photographers but Jun was especially magnetic to be around. He made us feel comfortable and added to the joy, excitement and laughter of the day. Jun took the perfect mix of professional and lighthearted candids to capture the personalities of the bride and groom. Obsessed with all the photos!!! Jun & blanc team is incredible! I was searching for a photographer to capture 30 year anniversary vow renewal during our stay in Oahu and blanc was the perfect match! I sent Jun some info on what we wanted to do and he & the team arranged everything from the pastor, ukulele performer, to the little details like flower shower to make our special occasion truly a moment to remember!! Jun & blanc fully understood my vision and they made it way more than what I expected and exceeded my initial vision! Let’s just say I sent them right to the printer to be framed and made an album! As a couple we have had to endure a long distance relationship for 2 years. Blanc has captured our happiest memories, and created an amazing storybook romance!With wardrobe coordination and professional hair and makeup artists on staff, the preparation is first class. Traveling with the photographers to the places we hold our fondest memories, and ending with a final shoot at sunset was a magical experience. I still think back to our day with Blanc when we visit our favorite locations in Hawaii.
Since then our love affair has continued, and we are expecting a baby soon! We planned our Gender Reveal Party, and again Blanc was there to capture the special celebration. We are so thankful for their professionalism, and all of their hard work to insure our love story will never be forgotten.

We were able to find blanc and had a great time taking picture with them.
You will be working with previous lead photographer of a wedding company, and his life partner. Both of them are a delight to work with.
The photoshoot was done at the beach near magic island. Although it might seem crowded, we were able to get some great shots done in that one hour frame.
The quality definitely exceed the price of the service.
I will recommend this photographer and his team.

I saw photos of a family member's wedding taken by Blanc. They were absolutely stunning!! Although the weather on their wedding day was overcast and cloudy, the pictures still looked gorgeous which was what I was most impressed about. When the time came for me to get married, I insisted on having the same services. Since my wedding was in Utah, Jun from Blanc flew from Hawaii to take our wedding photos. He did not disappoint!!! He worked wonders in using the local environment to take scenic wedding pictures including the sunset. The professionalism, skill, and quality of the service were absolutely worth it. Jun was efficient, experienced, and paid close attention to details. Weddings are a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, and I was once told that the most important investment you can make is to hire a good photographer. I am so glad that I went with Blanc to take my wedding photos.

5 stars just doesn’t seem to do justice for the experience we had with Jun!
Jun took our wedding photos at the beach on our wedding day. On an exciting yet overwhelming occasion, it was such a huge relief for us to have Jun take our photos, as he is professional, personable and knows what he was doing. He did all of the thinking for us and took command of the photoshoot all while making us feel comfortable and catered to our wants and desires. He knew every angle of the beach to produce the most beautiful photos. He absolutely exceeded our expectations in every way possible. We would definitely recommend Jun to anyone!
