Blaneks was so easy to work with. The food was incredible!!! We had fajitas with the spinach cream cheese enchiladas. Our guests were raving over the enchiladas!! Very friendly staff and you get a ton of food for the price. Highly recommend!!

Blanek's is probably one of, if not the, best caterers in Waco, Texas. They cook amazing food, and they're a pleasure to work with. My only complaint is that they forgot to put out the glasses at the wedding. They brought them, set the tables with everything else, but forgot to bring the glasses out of the kitchen. My coordinator noticed there weren't glasses on the tables, and had someone run to the store to buy plastic cups so guests could drink. The plastic cups did not quite go with the rest of the decor, but there are worse things that can happen.

Blanek's was absolutely fabulous to work with. They consistently provide excellent service and serve wonderful food. In fact, we have heard from guests how great they thought the food at our reception was! Joe and his great team made the planning process so great and worry free. I would highly recommend Blanek's for your next event!

Food was excellent!

If I had one word to describe this catering business it would be AMAZING! Joe Blanek is the owner of Blanek's Custom Catering and he has been in the business for many, many years. He is great to work with. He will make you anything you want and will help you stay within your budget. I sat down with him before my wedding and he helped me come up with a meal that would tie into the "feel" of my wedding. We served garlic herb chicken, pork tenderloin with a raspberry chipolte glaze, fresh green beans with pearled onions, roasted red new potatoes, cheesy biscuits, and a feta and walnut spinach salad. The food was DELICIOUS, all of my guests were raving about it and some were even going back for seconds! The pricing is VERY reasonable as well, especially for the high quality food and service you will receive. Joe and his staff are very professional and reliable and that made everything a whole lot easier on the day of our wedding. To top everything off, Joe provided a to go bag for my husband and I in the limo with a plate of food and cake for both of us! I would recommend Joe and his staff without reservation for your special day, I promise he will not disappoint, and if he does, he will give you your money back!

Our food was outstanding! Everything was fresh, the perfect temperature and very tasty! We had chicken w/poblano cream sauce and beef tenderloin with two dipping sauces, potato caserole (SO good) and green beans (BEST green beans I've ever had)! Everyone commented on our food and how it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding! Mrs. Blanek even packed us a "to go" meal that way when we got to our destination we could REALLY enjoy our meal. He works well with your budget - tries to get you the most bang for your buck - overall - he, his staff and his food are to die for!!
