Blaneks catered our wedding and it was wonderful! They were on time, prepared, and the food was excellent. Their staff was also very kind and friendly!
Lovely people, wonderful food. I was extremely satisfied with this vendor. They catered my wedding in January. The food was amazing and a big hit even amongst the kiddos. Jamie was...
so easy to talk to and so accommodating. You could really tell that their main goal was for me to be happy. I would highly reccomend them to anyone.
Every time I work with Jamie at a wedding, things are always perfect! She is so sweet and her catering is to die for! I never have to worry about her being on time and serving fres...
h, delicious food. Being a wedding planner, I work with a lot of catering companies and Blanek's is definitely one of my favorites!
Hands down the most professional and delicious caterers in the central Texas area!! I’ve had the privilege of tasting many different things from Blaneks over the years that have co...
nsistently been delicious so when I got engaged they were my first choice for our wedding. The day of my wedding ended up being a bit of a time crunch for the vendors to set up, however Blaneks was on top of things and so accommodating. Everyone raved about the food and left totally satisfied. Thank you for your willingness to serve us and treat us with the utmost kindness.
They also even accommodated food allergies for myself and my guests!!!

taff and you get a ton of food for the price. Highly recommend!!
Joe and his staff were very professional and worked well with us to accommodate dietary needs and gave us a great price as well! Would definitely recommend!
Very very delicious and they were great to work with!
Blanek's is probably one of, if not the, best caterers in Waco, Texas.
They cook amazing food, and they're a pleasure to work with.
My only complaint is that they forgot to...
put out the glasses at the wedding. They brought them, set the tables with everything else, but forgot to bring the glasses out of the kitchen. My coordinator noticed there weren't glasses on the tables, and had someone run to the store to buy plastic cups so guests could drink. The plastic cups did not quite go with the rest of the decor, but there are worse things that can happen.
Blanek's was absolutely fabulous to work with. They consistently provide excellent service and serve wonderful food. In fact, we have heard from guests how great they thought the...
food at our reception was! Joe and his great team made the planning process so great and worry free. I would highly recommend Blanek's for your next event!
Food was excellent!
If I had one word to describe this catering business it would be AMAZING! Joe Blanek is the owner of Blanek's Custom Catering and he has been in the business for many, many years....
He is great to work with. He will make you anything you want and will help you stay within your budget. I sat down with him before my wedding and he helped me come up with a meal that would tie into the "feel" of my wedding. We served garlic herb chicken, pork tenderloin with a raspberry chipolte glaze, fresh green beans with pearled onions, roasted red new potatoes, cheesy biscuits, and a feta and walnut spinach salad. The food was DELICIOUS, all of my guests were raving about it and some were even going back for seconds! The pricing is VERY reasonable as well, especially for the high quality food and service you will receive. Joe and his staff are very professional and reliable and that made everything a whole lot easier on the day of our wedding. To top everything off, Joe provided a to go bag for my husband and I in the limo with a plate of food and cake for both of us! I would recommend Joe and his staff without reservation for your special day, I promise he will not disappoint, and if he does, he will give you your money back!
Our food was outstanding! Everything was fresh, the perfect temperature and very tasty! We had chicken w/poblano cream sauce and beef tenderloin with two dipping sauces, potato c...
aserole (SO good) and green beans (BEST green beans I've ever had)! Everyone commented on our food and how it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding! Mrs. Blanek even packed us a "to go" meal that way when we got to our destination we could REALLY enjoy our meal. He works well with your budget - tries to get you the most bang for your buck - overall - he, his staff and his food are to die for!!
