Choosing Racinda as our wedding planner/ coordinator was hands down the best decision we could have made with planning our wedding. I was such an indecisive bride, changing my mind daily about florals, venues, and decor and yet Racinda was soooooo patient with me through the planning process. She offered very effective and practical advice when my husband and I had to make the hard decision to postpone our wedding and didn’t skip a beat when our date came around for the second time. She brought our vision to life and executed the set up, break down, and ensuring the timeline went as planned. This was a destination wedding for my husband and I so booking Racinda relieved us of so much stress and all the hidden hassles that come with putting a wedding together from a completely different state. If we ever had another event in the AR area Racinda would definitely be our first choice. She truly was awesome to work with.
Madison and Macon were amazing! They made order from chaos and were absolute troopers the day of the wedding. Leading up to it, working with Racinda was a breeze and she referred me to some excellent vendors. I highly recommend these folks and found them to be smart, professional, and poised.
Blessed 4 Events was crucial in my wedding going as planned! I hired them as a day of coordinator and I am so glad I did. Racinda and her team were lovely to work with. From the start, they were quick with responses and helped to make sure I had everything in order. They arrived early to help set up and conducted a smooth rehearsal the day of. They made sure everything was taken care of so our day could go off without a hitch.

I was recommended Blessed 4 Events when I started wedding planning. Racinda did not disappoint! I booked her for day of coordinator. So glad I hired her. I planned the wedding myself and we used a family friend to marry us, because of that we didn’t know much about the little things you needed to do and she helped us with that during the rehearsal. Which made the day of ceremony run a lot smoother! Come the next morning i got so many complements on her work ethic throughout the night. Helping with things I could not have done or didn’t know i would need help with! It was so nice to have someone in the wedding field to be there and run things.
Working with Racinda was a wonderful experience. She was so helpful and quick in responding to all of our text. She was thorough and organized. She went over and beyond to ensure everything would be perfect for the wedding. Although Racinda could not be present on our wedding day, her lovely assistant, Carol, did a phenomenal job! We are very thankful for both Racinda and Carol’s guidance.
Racinda was always quite on top of things that needed to be done prior to, during, and after the event. She kept us on task and the day of went as smoothly as possible. Racinda was always available for questions and clarity. She thought of all the things we didn’t even know to think of. Without a doubt, I would recommend her to anyone and use her services again. Don’t let the description “affordable” scare you away. Racinda provided a very high level of customer service.

I hired Blessed 4 Events as a rehearsal and day-of coordinator. Racinda was very good at contacting me and getting all the information. However, all of my vendors got different times to show up. So many of them were either very early or very late, and they gave us the times they were told to show up and they were way off from what they should have been told. Tricia and her assistant did great setting up the wedding reception from the pictures and details I provided. However, I received multiple complaints from my wedding party, guests, and vendors about rudeness and disorganization. I didn’t like how it felt like the coordinators were very uninvolved once they set up the reception. I had to run rehearsal the first time through, as well. It wasn’t a horrible experience but I’m not sure I would hire them again.

You had two vendors of which you booked. I contacted both of them personally. I told both of them the times for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. These were the same times that you approved with me. They in turn told me when they would be arriving. It is not my job to go to the vendor's place of business and make sure they leave at the correct time. It is out of my control what the vendors do. Furthermore, after receiving your review I contacted the wedding venue manager and I was informed that neither one of them was extremely early or late so I am not sure what you are referring to.
To address the complaints of my staff being rude to the wedding party, guests, and vendors; I talked to my staff as well as the venue manager. They did say that a family member was upset because the doors were not unlocked at 10:50am when she arrived to unload and that she was the one that was being rude. Your time didn’t start until 11am. The only other incident they knew of was when the same family member got irritated and rolled her eyes when my staff informed her that they would not buss the glassware after she ask them to. I informed you weeks before the wedding that we do not do that and that you would need to get someone to do that for you.
The venue manager also stated that you were very happy when you left and that everything was fine. My staff cut the cake which that is not our job. It is the caterers and your caterer did not do it so my staff stepped in.
As for them being uninvolved, after talking to my staff and the venue manager they all said that the dj would not wait for my staff to ask him to announce things. He took it upon himself to announce the cake cutting 35 minutes before it was supposed to be and my staff had just sit down to eat while your guests were eating. He proceeded to announce several things without my staff asking him to and without checking with them to see if it was ok.
To address the rehearsal, my staff member ask you how you wanted everyone to walk in and where you wanted them to enter. This isn’t a normal venue and we always like for the couple to let us know if they have a specific way they want the ceremony details to go. Ya’ll tried it two different ways. She was coordinating the wedding party and the music and done it like you requested.
Again, I apologize. We strive to make our client’s wedding day the most memorable and wonderful day.
Mrs. Racinda was phenomenal on the day of our wedding! She showed up and out for us as I am sure she does for everyone blessed enough to cross paths with her during the biggest most stressful planning of your life! Our wedding day was nothing short of perfect and she was a huge help in keeping everyone cool, calm and collected! She was very informative and made everything feel easy enough to tackle as it came. She was so kind, and did an amazing job at helping with decoration of our reception! If you’re getting married in Arkansas and want a coordinator please go with Mrs. Racinda! She will exceed your expectations and go beyond!

Racinda was a huge help from the moment we had our first phone call to her helping us get into our get-away car at the end of the wedding night. She resolved issues before we even knew that there was an issue. On the day of the wedding she set everything up beautifully and coordinated everything to run as smoothly as possible. Even when there were hiccups she fixed them before any guests raised an eyebrow. If you want someone who will get what you want done, Racinda is your gal.

I cant recommend Racinda and her team enough! I had Tricia for my day of coordination and she was amazing! She set up everything perfectly and allowed me to have a stress free day! Everything was organized perfect! I am so so thankful for Tricia and all of her help!
Racinda was an absolute angel during the entire planning process! There wasn't a question she didn't have the answer to. She turned all of my ideas and inspo photos into the wedding of my dreams! It was huge help that she had done several weddings at our venue so she was able to give suggestions/ideas to what she had seen done before. She always quick to respond and always had a reccomendation for a vendor or an Amazon link when I needed one! We were able to rent some items from her as well, which was a huge help! Lanae and Sienna were our day of coordinators and they were phenomenal! They ensured our day went smoothly with no stress to me! I'm trying to think of another event where I can hire Blessed4Events, so I can work with them again! Racinda and her whole team are the sweetest people. I couldn't recommend them more!
Racinda and her team went above and beyond for my wedding.
Racinda truly dealt with an unconventional situation; helping me plan my wedding halfway across the country, dealing with family members opinions, crazy vendors, and coming in hot in the 11th hour and finding me a dj AND sending all the info over before I could think to ask.
Worth every penny and then some. The wedding was gorgeous, everything went off without a hitch (Thanks to Ashley) and all our hard work spanning over a year and a half came to life.
I cannot say enough to try and convince you to book Racinda. Hire Blessed 4 Events for ANY event. Seriously. You will not regret it.

I wasn’t planning to get a wedding planner on my wedding but thank God I did ans I have no regrets at all picking Blessed 4 Events with Racinda and her amazing team! Racinda is awesome especially in communication ans pulling strings even remotely to make sure I’ll have everything I need before my wedding. Lanae was amazing on the day, she worked so hard and everything went smoothly because of her attention to details and great insight. Some of the things didn’t go as planned but we were so overjoyed. This review is long overdue! I just keep forgetting to actually sit down and type it out. But what I will never forget, is how incredible Racinda is! She is a true Godsend! My wedding was honestly one of the best days of my life! And I was able to enjoy it to the fullest because Racinda took care of everything from start to finish! I couldn’t imagine our big day without her!
Racinda has helped me plan my wedding from the start. I’m from Louisiana, so my wedding was a destination wedding which I knew would be difficult for me and my (now) spouse from the start. Racinda made everything a breeze. I would 100% recommend her for any and all of your wedding needs. Racinda and Ashley are wonderful! Our ceremony was at Anthony Chapel and reception was at Crystal Ridge Distilleries. We booked them for day of coordinating and wow they delivered! Racinda asked all the right questions and coordinated with our vendors prior to the event and Ashley was there the day of to make sure everything went smoothly. Overall amazing experience with Blessed 4 events. I hired them for my wedding on Nov. 5th 2022. Mrs Racinda was very attentive, organized, and pleasant. The professionalism of the team is outstanding. Trust me a wedding coordinator is definitely worth it. There were a few hiccups the day of and it was handled by the team with such care and grace. Do yourself a favor and look no further— Racinda and her associate, Lanae are by far the best around!
Much like other brides, I was nervous about the planning portion and how to make our dream wedding come true. These ladies are the special sauce! From the moment Racinda and Lanae took over, they focused on the details to make our day go smoothly. From calling to confirm vendor arrivals, creating our wedding timeline and to discussing items we would have never thought of— these ladies do it all!
The day of coordination was absolutely outstanding. Lanae poured her heart and soul into making sure our day went just as we planned it. Our guests were even complementing how fast and thorough she was.

Racinda helps from big things like recommendations for vendors all the way down to all the little details like what time each vendor should arrive. Racinda is an amazing wedding planner. She was referred to us by my neighbor. I knew that I wanted fake flowers for my wedding and Racinda helped us. She helped pick out wonderful flowers and then taught us how to make the flowers bouquets and boutonnières. She created my dreams come true bouquet! Racinda made the wedding day go by smoothly. We had already chosen the caterer, cake, venue, dj, and photographer. Racinda reached out to them, made sure that they all knew the details of the wedding day and took care of the timeline for them to show up. Racinda decorated my venue and made it so beautiful. I can’t speak highly enough about Racinda and her experience and capabilities! A few weeks after we got engaged, I started calling around to different planners to try to find someone. Racinda was not only super responsive but was by far the most knowledgeable and made me feel much calmer about the process in just one phone call. In terms of the process, she helped give me options based on my price ranges and gave tons of recommendations! She allowed me to keep control of the wedding while helping guide me along but absolutely stepped in and took control of vendors as I needed and requested. But her experience and skills truly shined when it came to day of. Our wedding day was stress free (as much as it can be) and she handled everything! She set up the reception, handled the ceremony, kept the reception on track and took care of the tear down! She seriously was a blessing to have working our wedding.
We used Blessed 4 Events for day of coordination for my wedding at Anthony Chapel and it was amazing! They go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly during the ceremony and reception and make sure everything is set up just the way you want it. Would highly recommend.

Racinda was the best decision we made while planning our wedding. We planned long distance, which can be a little tricky. Racinda made everything easy! Responsive and professional, no matter what our requests were. She handled everything from planning to center pieces to decorating. The day of the wedding, she handled everything to give us a beautiful ceremony and reception. If you’re planning a wedding, you need her.

We could not have been more blessed to have found Racinda and her company! We had everything booked and planned when we hired her, but she made sure we had every detail covered, along with items we had not thought about. We hired her staff to serve dinner, cut the cake and clean up and they were amazing as well! We also were blessed with Ashley as our day of wedding coordinator and she was AMAZING!!! She went ABOVE AND BEYOND for us while also remaining calm, cheerful and witty! Our daughter's wedding day was perfect due to her and we could not be more thankful that she was with us! Not only did she keep everything going and troubleshoot but she allowed me to enjoy the day! She also stayed and helped my husband and I pack up and load our van when the service we hired to help us did not lift a finger to load our personal items. I highly recommend Blessed 4 Events! When we started planning for our wedding I was very much in the camp of let’s save money and do everything ourselves. Have family help run the wedding, make sure everything goes right ourselves etc. I could have not been more wrong thinking that. Thank God my wife talked me into hiring Racinda. We were engaged for over a year and a half and had booked Racinda just a couple months or so into the engagement. Racinda worked her butt off for us the whole time. She was talking to my wife about decorations, things to think about, helping find vendors and keeping us on track to make it on time from day one. Before the rehearsal day she had already been worth her weight in gold, but after the wedding weekend she proved to be priceless. I could not imagine how the wedding would have gone without Racinda helping us. She’s one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet, but she’s not afraid to go to bat for you if you need her to. We give her our 100% recommendation, if you don’t have Racinda do your wedding, you’re making a mistake.

Racinda was the biggest blessing to us! She went above and beyond anything we could’ve expected. She fit right in & we didn’t have to worry about anything on our wedding day. She truly made our day stress free. All I had to do was give her an idea of what I thought I wanted and she made it come to life. I can’t imagine anyone doing a better job than her!! We made sure to get pictures with her because we loved her so much!

If you need a wedding planner or day of coordinator, RACINDA IS THE ONE! She was extremely responsive all the time and made the wedding planning process so easy. We started our wedding planing during the pandemic. Which was very difficult with shut downs and concerns for our families. Racinda handled everything amazingly. She always had great ideas and suggestions that made our wedding day. Great she was helping from day one to the last day . We may have made a lot of last minute changes or concerns. She did not mind and adjusted quickly. We were able to stay within our budget which was great . She had ideas for us to save money which gave us the opportunity. To be able to have everything paid off on the wedding day without any worries . We were greatly appreciated how she was 100% even when she had a lot going on at once . Everything was done on time and nothing was forgotten or missed. We recommend her 200% if you want your wedding to be great !
I absolutely loved working with Racinda. She is easy to talk, down to Earth, but also very professional. She was always available to go over details, offer suggestions and give helpful tips tips( especially when trying to be budget friendly). I was a DIY bride but Racinda helped me to put it all together and point out things I was overlooking. She works well with vendors and they have nothing but good things to say about her. You can tell she is a seasoned wedding planner and knows exactly what she is doing, almost nothing phased her which is exactly what you need on your wedding day. Her expertise is worth every penny , look no further and Hire Blessed 4 Events!

I just can’t thank Racinda and her wonderful family enough for helping make our wedding day so special. We hired Racinda based on reviews and from the moment I spoke to her she put my mind at ease. She thought of all the things I never would have and she was extremely detailed in all our plans. She noted everything we talked about and kept us all on point. She and Greg were absolutely amazing and thoughtful. We had to deal with rain and a change of venue and they get everything going seamlessly. Mark & I thank you from the bottom of our hearts. It’s hard to put into words how much Racinda was able to take the stress away from the wedding planning process. Whatever package you choose she will go above and beyond! Like many brides I had to postpone because of COVID and Racinda took care of making all those tough calls and had everything rescheduled within a couple of days! I found myself to be a very indecisive bride but with Racinda’s help she always gave me options and ideas when I didn’t have a clue! She is a life saver for any bride who has a busy schedule with work or school. Could not recommend Blessed 4 Events enough!

What a life saver Racinda was for Josh and I! I realized how hard it could be juggling life hurdles and planning a wedding. When I reached out to Racinda, she was more than ready to help and hit the ground running to make sure everything would be in place for our special day. She was very prompt when offering vendor ideas and getting a quote from them so that the best decision could be made. She handled the uh ohs with so much confidence and calmness that she helped me not over worry. I experienced the unfortunate family drama that can accompany a wedding and she supported me through that. She literally is the sweetest person who will help you through all your physical and emotional needs for the wedding. I can’t thank her enough for what she did to make Josh and I’s wedding day so smooth and perfect!

Racinda was absolutely amazing! Kind, supportive, and literally the most put-together woman I’ve ever met. She was so on top of everything we needed throughout the entire wedding planning process and on the day of. If I had any questions about anything with a vendor or needed anything at all, Racinda was immediately on it. We got married in October of 2020 so needless to say, there was a lot of changes that had to be made due to COVID and a lot of contingency plans had to be put in place, but Racinda did such a beautiful job of executing it all! She has also worked with a lot of the vendors in the area so she’s familiar with a lot of the work they’ve done, which is super helpful. The day of the wedding, I was not stressed about a single thing. Racinda made sure that it all looked beautiful and flowed so smoothly. My whole family, bridal party, and in-laws all loved her too and were so impressed. If you want a wedding planner that knows what they’re doing and is committed to making your vision come to fruition, I could not recommend Racinda and Blessed 4 Events enough!

Racinda was our day-of coordinator and was absolutely INCREDIBLE. She was fun, organized, easy to communicate with, and just provided absolutely everything we needed. Even when I had a few questions a couple months leading up to the wedding, Racinda answered and gave advice. Starting a few weeks before the wedding, she started contacting all our vendors, checking in about last-minute to-do items, and just wrapped everything up perfectly. She was wonderful to be around throughout the weekend and I am so thankful for her! Definitely hire Racinda for all your coordinating/planning needs!

Racinda is amazing! She went above and beyond the day of my wedding. I had issues with my bouquet that arrived and she literally called a local florist and helped remake my bouquet and still didn't miss a beat with coordinating everything else. My mom and I agreed that the day would not have been as wonderful if she were not there. Also, Racinda has the kindest heart and a personality that shows her heart truly loves to serve and be a blessing to others. We would highly recommend Racinda to anyone! Thank you Racinda for all you did for us. You were truly a blessing that made for a "Blessed Event" :)

Racinda did an amazing job with not much assistance given from us as to what we wanted and she knocked the whole wedding out of the park. She was quick to respond always, she did amazing with making decor, lining up other items needed, and coordinating with everyone invoked to bring it all together seamlessly!

Racinda was the most amazing wedding planner. My husband and I hired Racinda in January 2020 and she hit the ground running. She made a timeline and updated us several times a week on vendors, quotes, and any decorations or meetings that needed to be planned and attended. Despite planning a wedding during the ups and down of the Corona virus pandemic, Racinda made sure that we had as much of a "normal" wedding as possible. She was an advocate for my husband and I. On our wedding weekend she was early, prepared, made sure people were standing where they were suppose to and much more. I can not speak high enough of this kindhearted and patience woman. Racinda was an absolute pleasure to work with. We screened many coordinators leading up to the wedding that were drastically overpriced or would nickel and dime you for small traveling fees. My daughter got engaged in January and enjoyed her wedding this past weekend. We give Racinda a huge amount of credit for how well everything went! I live out of state and therefore was unable to do a lot of the pre-wedding planning and work. We hired Racinda to do this, and she did it fantastically! She helped my daughter stay on top of decisions about vendors, decorations, and the venue right from the start. She will be an asset to your wedding planning team!

Wow, there are not enough words to describe how happy we were to have Racinda for our wedding weekend. She is absolutely amazing! She kept us on track during the planning process, helped us find our venue when what we thought we wanted we couldn't find, met us a month before the wedding hours away for her at our venue to do a walk through/planning session, coordinated with all the vendors the final weeks before the big day, ran our rehearsal the day before, set up our entire wedding, cleaned up the night of our wedding and packed everything up, ran any interference for any mishaps the day of so I could be present in the moment the day of and have no worries, and overall just be a true wedding guardian angel. My husband and I knew we wanted to hire someone as a day of coordinator so our moms and ourselves didn't have to worry about anything the day of and could truly enjoy the day. Racinda met this vision and went beyond. She was responsive, kind, warm-hearted, assertive, and efficient! She took charge the day of and made sure everything ran smoothly. She was truly my wedding fairy godmother. I could NOT have had the most perfect wedding day that I did have WITHOUT HER!

I worked with Racinda for about year. She listened to all of my crazy ideas and really gave me amazing direction I needed to get some ideas finalized when it came to decor, timeline, ceremony order etc. She was a great mediator when it came to having a lot of people around that had a lot of opinions and it really put everyone at ease knowing she was there and ready to tackle any problem that could possibly arise. She and her family really went above and beyond on our wedding day the weather was a little off and we weren't able to have our original bussers come to help gather plates and empty cups during the reception so Racinda and her family did the job! Amazing service and a wonderful family. I am so thankful I had her in my corner through the wedding planning process and honestly don't think I could have pulled off half of the things I did without her. I recommend 100% her for your big day!

I recently had the pleasure of using Racinda with Blessed 4 Events for my wedding. Racinda was sweet, helpful, organized, and always there when I needed her. Racinda worked with us for a year to plan our wedding! She was amazing we’re beyond thankful we had her through every detail all the way to the finish line. She answered my calls and texts every time I contacted her. She stayed on top of everything contacted my vendors for me. Listened to my ideas and made it happen. On the day of the wedding we had a few hiccups and without her I would have had a melt down if it wasn’t for her. She figured out a way to get what we needed and made it happen. She’s professional, respectful and very humble. We received many compliments on her work and will be passing her name on! Highly suggest working with Racinda as a wedding planner. My husband and I forgot to do a seating chart and Racinda fixed one right up for us the day before our wedding. Without her help through all this planning for the wedding we would have been extremely stressed and wouldn’t have been able to enjoy our day. Racinda is affordable and one of the best around!

God has blessed me and my family of four so I named my company Blessed 4 Events, and I want to be a blessing to brides by making their wedding day one of the most wonderful days of their lives.
