Racinda and her trusted team were a DREAM to work with! As a stressed ADHD bride, doing the month of coordination worked really well for me. Looking back, I wish I would have splurged and done the planner package, but regardless, these ladies know what is what! Maddie, Racinda's designated coordinator for my day, handled each and every problem with ease (not that I even knew there was ever a problem!). Racinda was on top of creating the timeline for me and contacting each vendor. I wish I could relive my big day over and over again, and I would choose these ladies to help me run it each time! Thank you both, you made my dreams come true!!!

God has blessed me and my family of four so I named my company Blessed 4 Events, and I want to be a blessing to brides by making their wedding day one of the most wonderful days of their lives. My goal is to make the couple's wedding be everything they hoped it would be and more. To do that, I listen to every detail of what the bride and groom want and try to bring those details to life.

My wedding day was amazing because I got to marry the love of my life, but my experience with Racinda was not great from the get go. I had hired her to pick up where I had let off ...
to eliminate the stress which ended up being more stressful had I had planned it myself. The communication was horrible as I did not hear from her unless I reached out. I did not hear from her from December to the week before our wedding to speak of when I had to reach out about asking her about the rehearsal. She always had some kind of excuse and always wanted to push back.
On my wedding day the candle on the memorial table did not get lit, our parents did not get to walk out after our ceremony when I clearly stated that I wanted all family to walk before/after us down the aisle from the get-go, Racinda also started breaking down all of the table decor including tables with guest without asking me first which caused my guest to be pushed out feeling like we were done with the wedding!! How do I know that the guest felt like they were being pushed out because I had some of them contact me and tell me about it. The M&M table was broken down way early as I had people asking me what happened to it. The next thing I knew Racinda was gone!! Nothing should have been broken down until it was over!! Racinda did not do a good job holding everyone to the timeline that she prepared and provided. I did not get to spend much time with my husband because I was being pulled to do photos etc that should have already been done had she made sure everyone was held to her timeline!! There is definitely other things that were very frustrating to say the least, but it’s not worth mentioning as I cannot ever get this day back!! Your wedding day is suppose to be the best day of your life, a day that you look forward to. Despite the issues it was amazing but not because of the services Racinda was hired to do. It should not have been this stressful as it was for us. At the end of the day we are married but it could have definitely been more amazing!!
To all the future brides, definitely do your research and choose your planner wisely!

es to show up. So many of them were either very early or very late, and they gave us the times they were told to show up and they were way off from what they should have been told. Tricia and her assistant did great setting up the wedding reception from the pictures and details I provided. However, I received multiple complaints from my wedding party, guests, and vendors about rudeness and disorganization. I didn’t like how it felt like the coordinators were very uninvolved once they set up the reception. I had to run rehearsal the first time through, as well. It wasn’t a horrible experience but I’m not sure I would hire them again.

ice and maintain a high level of professionalism. After you posted this review, I tried reaching out to you to resolve the matter but you would not respond so I am responding here.
You had two vendors of which you booked. I contacted both of them personally. I told both of them the times for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. These were the same times that you approved with me. They in turn told me when they would be arriving. It is not my job to go to the vendor's place of business and make sure they leave at the correct time. It is out of my control what the vendors do. Furthermore, after receiving your review I contacted the wedding venue manager and I was informed that neither one of them was extremely early or late so I am not sure what you are referring to.
To address the complaints of my staff being rude to the wedding party, guests, and vendors; I talked to my staff as well as the venue manager. They did say that a family member was upset because the doors were not unlocked at 10:50am when she arrived to unload and that she was the one that was being rude. Your time didn’t start until 11am. The only other incident they knew of was when the same family member got irritated and rolled her eyes when my staff informed her that they would not buss the glassware after she ask them to. I informed you weeks before the wedding that we do not do that and that you would need to get someone to do that for you.
The venue manager also stated that you were very happy when you left and that everything was fine. My staff cut the cake which that is not our job. It is the caterers and your caterer did not do it so my staff stepped in.
As for them being uninvolved, after talking to my staff and the venue manager they all said that the dj would not wait for my staff to ask him to announce things. He took it upon himself to announce the cake cutting 35 minutes before it was supposed to be and my staff had just sit down to eat while your guests were eating. He proceeded to announce several things without my staff asking him to and without checking with them to see if it was ok.
To address the rehearsal, my staff member ask you how you wanted everyone to walk in and where you wanted them to enter. This isn’t a normal venue and we always like for the couple to let us know if they have a specific way they want the ceremony details to go. Ya’ll tried it two different ways. She was coordinating the wedding party and the music and done it like you requested.
Again, I apologize. We strive to make our client’s wedding day the most memorable and wonderful day.

The day of coordination was absolutely outstanding. Lanae poured her heart and soul into making sure our day went just as we planned it. Our guests were even complementing how fast and thorough she was.
Our special day would not have been the same without these two!

flowers and then taught us how to make the flowers bouquets and boutonnières. She created my dreams come true bouquet! Racinda made the wedding day go by smoothly. We had already chosen the caterer, cake, venue, dj, and photographer. Racinda reached out to them, made sure that they all knew the details of the wedding day and took care of the timeline for them to show up. Racinda decorated my venue and made it so beautiful. one. Racinda was not only super responsive but was by far the most knowledgeable and made me feel much calmer about the process in just one phone call. In terms of the process, she helped give me options based on my price ranges and gave tons of recommendations! She allowed me to keep control of the wedding while helping guide me along but absolutely stepped in and took control of vendors as I needed and requested. But her experience and skills truly shined when it came to day of. Our wedding day was stress free (as much as it can be) and she handled everything! She set up the reception, handled the ceremony, kept the reception on track and took care of the tear down! She seriously was a blessing to have working our wedding.

Our daughter's wedding day was perfect due to her and we could not be more thankful that she was with us! Not only did she keep everything going and troubleshoot but she allowed me to enjoy the day! She also stayed and helped my husband and I pack up and load our van when the service we hired to help us did not lift a finger to load our personal items. I highly recommend Blessed 4 Events! ght ourselves etc. I could have not been more wrong thinking that. Thank God my wife talked me into hiring Racinda. We were engaged for over a year and a half and had booked Racinda just a couple months or so into the engagement. Racinda worked her butt off for us the whole time. She was talking to my wife about decorations, things to think about, helping find vendors and keeping us on track to make it on time from day one. Before the rehearsal day she had already been worth her weight in gold, but after the wedding weekend she proved to be priceless. I could not imagine how the wedding would have gone without Racinda helping us. She’s one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet, but she’s not afraid to go to bat for you if you need her to. We give her our 100% recommendation, if you don’t have Racinda do your wedding, you’re making a mistake.
