ve the back I envisioned, and custom work seemed like the perfect solution. That was my first mistake! From the start, I provided clear direction. I signed a contract that laid everything out, reference photos, the exact dress name and style number, detailed notes about the modifications I wanted. I even fit well within their promised production timeline. My first appointment was March 25th — four full months before my wedding. Back then, their advertised turnaround was 1–3 months. Even now, with the changed policy of 2–4 months, I still fit perfectly within the timeframe. I initially came in with a $1,000 budget, but the moment Olivia told me dresses started at $1,200, I raised it without hesitation. I neverexpected perfection, I expected professionalism, honest communication, and a result that didn’t look like a budget-site knockoff. What I got was the Temu version of my dream dress. Olivia took my measurements. I verbally confirmed them, because I trusted her skill. That trust was misplaced. The bodice was a mess: tight in some areas, gaping in others, uncomfortably high in the front, dangerously low in the back. The underarms? Dug in so badly I was quoted $200 by a professional seamstress to fix it, and she called that a major alteration. Olivia paved this as a “minor” alteration, and could not even fix it herself. Let’s be clear: Olivia spent “11 hours” altering this dress that according to her, only needed “minor tweaks” To me, this was not a small fix, it was a rescue mission due to her inaccurate measurements. Cheap fabric. Visible bra pads that weren’t even neutral-toned. Bottom lining that stood out like a sore thumb. The dress was shockingly heavy — nothing like the light, elegant inspiration gown I provided. And don’t even get me started on the lace. I was pressured to approve its placement just to get the dress shipped faster — not because the design was done. I was asked to pay for expedited shipping after being told by Olivia, “I’m not going to ask them to do it because I’m ready to kill them already with how long they’re taking so I rather just get it here and tinker with it myself” (referring to her designers). During my try-on, Olivia offered — in front of multiple family members — to deliver the dress or meet me halfway due to how tight the timeline had become. Upon taking her up on her offer, she completely flipped and said that she never offered that and was no longer willing to meet with the dress. What I didn’t accept was the dramatic shift in tone once I voiced concerns. Suddenly Olivia was defensive, dismissive, and downright rude. She even began posting passive-aggressive comments on her business Instagram about me. That’s not only unprofessional, it’s immature and deeply telling. If you’re dreaming of something custom, detailed, or lace-heavy, run the other direction! In my experience, this team is not equipped to deliver the quality they promise. I didn’t expect a miracle. I expected competence. I got cut corners, guilt trips, and a dress that missed the mark by a mile. Olivia: I hope this serves as a reminder that professionalism isn’t about defending your ego or trashing your clients online. It’s about owning mistakes, communicating with respect, and remembering that at the end of the day, we’re brides, not burdens.

& how accommodating Olivia was. Seriously could not stop raving about my experience. It was truly a blessing and one I will cherish forever !!! I cannot wait to wear my custom dress on my wedding day.
