I strongly advise against this place. We scheduled a Sunday appointment for my daughter's wedding on August 11th at 10 AM, two months in advance (on July 9th), and even received a text confirmation the day before. All of the attendees—close relatives, godmothers, cousins, the maid of honor, and myself—flew or drove in from out of state specifically for this appointment. We arrived 10 minutes early and waited until 30 minutes past the appointment time, but no one showed up. There was no way to contact them, and we received no communication from them. We even tried reaching out through social media and contacted the owner, Robin Dutruch, but still haven’t heard anything back. This is an absolute disgrace and a terrible way to run a business. Their policy states that no-shows lose their deposit, but what happens when they’re the ones who no-show? Fortunately, by the grace of God, I was able to contact the owner of Ashley Renee Bridal in Livingston, LA, last minute on a Sunday. They were incredibly compassionate about our situation and opened their shop to accommodate our party. I highly recommend avoiding Bliss Bridal; they clearly don’t value their customers and don’t deserve your business.

10/10 would highly recommend Bliss Boutique and Bridal! I went to 2 different bridal salons prior and the experience that I had with Bliss Boutique and Bridal was absolutely amazing! They were so welcoming and excited to help me find my wedding dress!! Mrs. Robin and Brandy were so kind and so helpful! They made me feel like each dress I tried on was the perfect dress for me! They went above and beyond during my wedding planning process and even after I got married with offering preservation of my beautiful dress! Definitely would recommend brides to get their wedding dress from Mrs. Robin and Bliss Boutique and Bridal!!

Bliss Boutique. We’re do I even start with the situation we had. If you want to be stressed out for your wedding day this is the company for you. Bad business all over. Robin has zero communication with her clients. We decided to rent tuxedo’s from bliss and robin told us the date to come in. Then Mardi Gras came and she decided she was now going to not be there so we had to reschedule our fittings. We couldn’t get a straight answer on when the tuxedo would even be in after the order was placed. When the tuxedos finally make it in(4 days before the wedding) my father in law tuxedo is completely wrong size. My mother in law called the next day to get the situation corrected and was told robin was on vacation so she needed my father in laws measurements over the phone even though she previously measured him. After finally coming to a solution she said the corrected tux would be in the day before the wedding. My father in law ended up buying a suit from a different business because at this point we had no faith in her to be it correct. My wife ordered her dress through bliss too. When the dress was ordered she was told the dress would come with sleeves and she specified she wanted the sleeves even if it was extra. When the dress finally came in there were no sleeves and when she asked robin told her it doesn’t come with sleeves and she didn’t order them because it wasn’t in her notes. At that point they couldn’t be ordered because they wouldn’t come in on time for the wedding. She did nothing to correct the situation or even attempt to. The nightmare didn’t end there. My wife ordered and paid in full for a veil that Robin never ordered. Weeks later when asked where the veil was robin stated she had no documentation that it was supposed to be ordered. Needless to say this was such a bad business experience. I’ve never been so stressed out in my life. Between the lack of communication, or just the fact she just didn’t care. I will never recommend this place to anyone such a terrible experience.

Robin and her team made, what was a stressful experience at other shops, fun and easy! You can tell that Robin really cares about each and every bride that walks into Bliss. I cannot recommend Bliss Boutique and Bridal enough.

Such a sweet team, and a beautiful selection! Tried on several dresses, but the very first one I tried ended up being the one! It was quite a large size off the rack, and Diane did such an amazing job altering it to be a PERFECT fit!! So grateful for the team over at Bliss!

I cannot say enough good things about Robin and her shop! She has made everything effortless for me, and has such passion for what she does! She even helped me pick out the perfect bridesmaids dresses after I found my dress at her shop. If you aren’t shopping at Bliss, you are missing out! Highly recommend!
