Bliss is amazing. They helped me find my dress for my big day on my first day of looking. I found a dress that was so close to everything that I was looking for and their wonderful seamstress helped me make the changes and alterations I wanted to make my dress absolutely perfect for my big day. They were also extremely helpful as my bridesmaids looked for their own dresses and while my mother and mother in law took nearly an entire day to find dresses of their own for the occasion. Their entire staff was kind, accommodating, and very eager to please. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Jodi at Bliss was extremely helpful and helped my find my perfect dress! I tried on many different styles in their extensive collections and it was easy to find many great dresses at varying prices. We got the bridesmaid dresses from here as well and they all came in on time and looked great. They also have great headpieces and I found a gold one that I wore and loved!

I am a very tall woman, and I was very anxious to find a dress that would work well with my body shape. The consultant did a wonderful job of finding the right dress shape for me. She also was very rational when it came to telling me how long it would take for any additional alterations. I was VERY please with my end result!

The first appointment I found the dress of my dreams! They had a huge selection of wedding dresses and Jodi was very helpful in finding the one that I loved (I am picky too!) Once my dress was picked out, she was able to get it in less than 2 months for me to have my wedding soon like I had hoped. I ordered bridesmaid dresses & tuxes from Bliss also. They also have a wide variety of accessories to choose from. I had to postpone my wedding due to illness, and Wednesday before I was able to have them hold off and the tuxes and reschedule for a couple weeks later. Everything went perfect and they were very good about making sure everything was taken care of for me so it made it less stressful on me through it all! They had a great selection of bridesmaid dresses also in many colors! Weekend and late night appointments made it easy for everyone to get in to have their fittings and pick up tuxes/dreses. Quick response with any questins I had via phone or email. I was very pleased overall with service from Bliss & the selection. I had no need to go anywhere else to look.

First of all, let me just say I absolutely loved my wedding dress. It was gorgeous, and I felt so beautiful on my wedding day. The owner of Bliss is wonderful, and she had a great way of making me feel special. That being said, I was disappointed with all of the hidden costs that went with my dress, and my wedding party dresses, which we also purchased at Bliss. I paid over $1,000 for my dress alone, and another $300.00+ for my accessories, and each of my maids paid almost $200.00 for their dresses. There was nothing along the lines of alterations being included, which should have gone with the price, considering they made over $3,000 on my wedding party, alone. That was very frustrating. Also, they only have one person in the ENTIRE store who measures and does alterations. She happened to be gone the 2 weeks I had maids from out of town there, and they had to figure out alterations when they left town. That was frustrating. We ended up doing tuxes through another company since they were pretty expensive at Bliss, and didn't include shoe rental in the tux agreement. Like I said, I loved my dress, but I thought everything was terribly expensive, considering it was in Mason City, IA, not a big city.

When I came to Bliss I had already been to David's Bridal and didn't find what I was looking for(20 dresses). I went in with a few bridesmaids and my step-mom. I filled out the survey to give them an idea of what I was looking for. The 1st Dress I tryed on was a great dress, then I tryed on about 10 more. Jodi(Owner) was very patient with me. Then, through out the process it turned out gorgeous. I was so happy with the service I had my bridesmaids get thier dresses as well through Bliss. They looked amazing and were so happy with the service and variety they had.

My experience at Bliss was one that I will remember forever. Jodi and the girls were great to work with and they made my wedding experience a great one. I found the dress I wanted and my bridesmaids and tuxes in no time at all with the help of the staff at Bliss Bridal. Jodi made sure that my day was perfect and it was! I recommend Bliss Bridal to anyone.
