t we could save our top tier for our one-year anniversary. Our top tier was smooth, the second tier had icing dots, the third tier was a smeared look, and the bottom tier was icing roses. If I figure out how to upload an image, I will add one. The idea was from top to bottom that the roses were being created. The cake looked absolutely beautiful and tasted amazing! For our flavors, we did layers of both unsalted caramel and cookies & cream. It was so delicious! Everyone loved both the look and the taste of the cake. Loved our wedding cake. She did such an awesome job and listens to what you want. She even took it upon herself to ask my florist for a few flowers to help decorate the cake. Very talented and highly recommend!
