ttending a few weddings where it was evident a coordinator was not used at all, I immediately made the decision to hire Susan for my daughter's wedding. I cannot tell you how comforting it is to have someone help you make decisions - even when some of those decisions are hard. Having someone "in charge" to ensure the entire evening would run smoothly with everyone where they should be when they should be there allowed me to enjoy the most important night of my daughter's life. Susan's team is willing to do whatever .. whether you forget something, need special assistance for a family member or they have to make a wine run for you! When you hear them say "we'll take care of it," you can rest assured they will. I would highly recommend Susan and her sweet team.

e happy with every last detail. Two weeks before the wedding we had a scare with our baker but Susan reassured me she had control of it and would make sure we would have one for the wedding. The special day was all we could hope for and so special. The bliss team made everything happen. I was unaware of any issues or mishaps (if there were any). Bliss makes it a goal to please their brides and grooms! As a bride I was treated like I was a princess and they made sure we were having fun.

The husband and I wanted to marry in the fall so that meant a rather quick engagement. 5-6 months. With all the excitement over being a bride I figured I could do it all. Oh noooo....

Bliss, Susan, and her staff (we hired two extra servers) were truly the key element to making this wedding 'over the top'! There was not one single worry once Susan took over at ...
the rehearsal. She handled questions and any issues before we were even aware they were developing, and when she had to make inquiries, she did so with a calm, short and sweet way. Her girls gave the bride and groom the attention they needed, as well as the rest of the party. She kept to her timeline like a champ and it was the BEST and most important money we spent throughout this entire event. We hated to say goodbye, because Susan was like family by the end of the night!
