She held my hand through all of the madness that is the final 60 days of wedding planning and she flawlessly executed a ceremony and reception at two separate venues. I cannot recommend their services enough!

Communication was flawless—she kept us in the loop every step of the way, which really put us at ease. Our wedding was in an aircraft hangar (not exactly your typical venue), which meant we had to bring in EVERYTHING ourselves. The amount of time, attention, and coordination this required was next-level, but Stephanie handled it all with such grace and precision. Her relationships with vendors saved us thousands of dollars, and I honestly can't stress enough how smooth the entire process was because of her. Stephanie and her team went above and beyond in every sense. She even offered to do our mirror seating chart with vinyl herself—who does that?! I can truly say our special day wouldn't have been nearly as incredible without Stephanie by our side. If you're lucky enough to have her as your coordinator, trust me, you're in the best hands. I can't say enough great things to express how much I recommend her.

They planned the time line, worked with the vendors and kept us on schedule on a busy holiday weekend (Memorial Day) as well as making sure what we had arranged was executed. The bride and groom were able to relax and enjoy themselves. We heard from multiple guests it was the “most fun” wedding they had attended. The Bliss ladies were professional, responsive, organized and delightful throughout.

penny, and quite honestly saved us money with her connections, reputation, and expertise. Stephanie and I scheduled a consultation via Zoom. My parents attended and very early on in the meeting we messaged each other in agreement that we had to hire her. She was comforting and professional, and without pressure. I originally hired her as a day of coordinator but soon found out that I needed her from fruition to the day of. She is WELL connected, a vault of resources, and may as well be duly certified as a counselor. She is the best listener and was solution oriented. I never had a single issue that wasn’t taken care of ahead of time due to her ability to perceive and dodge before I was even aware something was turning problematic. That does not negate the fact that she is communicative, honest, and fair. My husband forgot his pants the day of… Didn’t even know. My hair and makeup vendors ended up an issue and she literally did my hair for me. Quite honestly, it turned out better than my expensive consultation. I wanted a memorial bed for my dog… done and the spelling of her name was corrected on the seating chart… without me even asking. Detailed, communicative, fair, professional, salt of the earth. I am so confident in Stephanie that if you're on the fence, please reach out to me.

It was important to me as a bride who did the planning myself with a lot of DIY elements to be able to enjoy the day and have someone else in charge of our schedule and available to troubleshoot. The fact that Hailee was available to run our rehearsal the night before was hugely helpful, and she made clean up the night of the wedding go very fast and smoothly. We had a relatively simple wedding and our venue was pretty much full service so there weren't a lot of vendors for Hailee to liaise with in advance, but it was still 100% worth having Hailee there the day-of. We were on the fence about hiring a coordinator, but it was absolutely one of the best decisions we made! Thank you Bliss Events and Hailee!

She made the ceremony flow beautifully and was great with giving instructions to goofy groomsmen. My mom loved her too! I highly recommend Bliss Events.

ng. She was available at all times via text with any questions I had about wedding traditions, timing of buying what, and which vendors to use. She suggested GREAT vendors and had invaluable experience in the wedding business. She was knowledgeable, professional, but also friendly, personal, and compassionate. She wasn’t afraid to ask my vendors and potential vendors for everything I wanted as often as needed. Stephanie was available for several meetings through the year we worked together, worked with our vendors seamlessly, and would make very good suggestions about our decisions. Fast forward to the week of our wedding, and Stephanie handled everything so beautifully. She was in control of the rehearsal, and had everything done with 15 minutes to spare. She knew what she was doing, and she allowed us to enjoy and take in each moment. During the wedding, she kept track of time without rushing us, she went with the flow but still made sure our important pieces were included. She & her assistant Jen made sure I got to try some appetisers during cocktail hour, she reminded me of the bouquet toss, and she made sure everyone was lined up for our send off. She organized and worked with all of our vendors to ensure everything was exactly like I discussed, and I didn’t have to manage anything day of the wedding, I could just enjoy. She even called my grandpa and talked to him on the phone when he left the reception early. Her personal approach to planning really made a difference, and I feel like I gained a friend as well. Nearly every vendor we worked with, our venue and photographer mentioned to us that Stephanie was an AMAZING planner, and they’ve seen a lot of wedding planners in action. They said she is truly on top of everything and very organised. My Maid of Honor stayed after to re-collect my items and said it was SO quick & easy, Stephanie just handed her the boxes of things already packed up to take home. The biggest compliment we received multiple times from multiple people on both sides of our family was that it was “The most beautiful wedding they had ever been to”. We could not have had our dream wedding without Stephanie. She made our day a dream come true, a wonderful memory, and made sure that we had some time together as husband and wife before the party began!

Second, she diligently reviewed our vendor contracts, and made sure we were getting our money’s worth. It felt so great knowing we had someone who had our back. Third, during our venue walkthroughs, Stephanie’s experience and attention to detail really shined. She asked many important questions we missed, noted any To-Dos on our part, and made conversations very productive. She was also so perceptive; she could tell when we were unsure of something and she would prompt the question on our minds. Fourth, she was such a joy to collaborate with on ideas. We had a few Zoom calls with her, and every single one felt so fun and productive. And last but not least, Stephanie is so incredibly nice and friendly. She was so polite and warm to not only us, but to our friends & family. It’s been such a treat to know her and to have worked with her. We will really miss her, and we enthusiastically recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding coordinator. She made our wedding vision come to life and freed us up to truly enjoy the day and stay in the moment knowing she and our decor assistant, Jen, had everything under control. Our experience with Jen was also great. Her work in setting up decor at our reception venue was superb. We received many compliments on our tables, our entryway, and more. Bliss Events was 100% the best investment we made for our wedding. Without them, our wedding wouldn’t have been the wonderful day it was.

I was frantically looking for a kind, professional, and efficient day of coordinator to help me with my wedding about 1 month before the day of. I came across Bliss Events on TheKnot and upon asking her if we can have an informal video meeting, with no hesitations Stephanie agreed and answered all my questions. Since that first encounter I knew I found the day of coordinator I needed for my wedding day. From that day forward & with about 1 month before the wedding, Stephanie stepped up and helped me in a way that I can’t even explain. From getting all the details for that day, to communicating in a timely manner, to connecting with all my vendors, and even going with me to the meeting with the venue.. she was INCREDIBLE!🙏🏽 BEST. WEDDING. INVESTMENT. EVER!!!!🤍 Not to mention, the actual day of the wedding she took care of every little detail she could help with so my husband, our families and I didn’t have to worry. She made one of the most stressful days, stress free! I cannot thank her enough for everything she did for us and my only regret is not hiring her sooner! , had a creative eye when creating our welcome table, found a clever solution to a place card issue (the wind was an issue), had the best attitude and kept her commitment to us. She treated our kids like they mattered and dotted on my mom and dad. She was perfect. She was punctual at all meetings, answered emails, texts, and phone calls promptly. She brought in extra help when it was needed at the wedding event. She actually saved us money overall and even if she didn’t would be worth the amount of stress she takes away from the family (or in my case mother of bride) planning it. I was easily able to convince a friend to use her and she now feels the same way.

She was super responsive and reassuring with all of my panic emails leading up to the day. On our wedding day we were able to relax knowing that Hailee had us covered. Our caterers were late but she made everything go smoothly and no one even knew! She helped make everything beautiful and exactly how we wanted it, and kept our event going on schedule- making sure we were fed and happy! It was so nice to be able to leave the venue knowing she had everything under control. And of course, she is a delightful, kind human who was so lovely to work with! We are so grateful for her help!

Once i got in contact with Steph, I didn’t have to reach out to my vendors anymore, she was constantly updating the timeline and sending it to me and my vendors, always checking in on me to make sure i was doing okay and to see if there was anything else she could take off my plate. I mean i could honestly go on & on about Steph. My family and guests absolutely adored her and couldn’t stop telling me how wonderful she was. She is worth her weight in gold and I would hire her again & again.

hired Steph about a month and a half before my wedding and I was really happy with her attention to detail and taking on so much in such a small amount of time. She really impressed me! The wedding was perfect and my MOH was able to just enjoy the evening with us instead of running around making sure everything was happening as planned.
