My husband and I had an **AMAZING** time on our honeymoon thanks to Cally with Bliss Honeymoons. When we were planning our wedding, we knew that we wanted to travel international for the first time on our honeymoon…and quickly became overwhelmed. We had no clue where to even start looking! I had suggested looking into a travel agency to help us, and my husband was initially very hesitant to the idea. We were surprised to discover that it did not cost us anything extra to work with Bliss Honeymoons, so we were immediately on board. We presented a general budget and vision to Cally, and she worked her magic! She presented us with five different trip options, and we were absolutely GIDDY with excitement because she nailed everything we were looking for in our dream honeymoon. It was SO fun to just pick the fun stuff and not have to worry about all the other little details…Cally took care of absolutely everything and we simply just showed up to enjoy the week. It’s a vacation we will never forget!

WOW. I had no idea traveling could be so easy. We used Cally and she is the best! She helped us with our honeymoon destination. Everything was so easy with traveling and getting to the resort. She had clear communication, listens to your needs, and response quickly. 10/10 recommend!

My now husband and I never thought we'd use a travel agent for our honeymoon but when a friend recommended we look into it, we came across Bliss and were pretty quickly sold. After doing some research we decided we wanted to go somewhere that was easily accessible for us yet also international. During our call with Brian we landed on Portugal, and he quickly made our dream itinerary! We spent 10 days in the country and were able to travel from Lisbon to Porto to the Algarve. Brian took a major task off our plate among wedding planning and gave us a magical trip. He communicated with us throughout the process, was friendly, funny and patient. He made sure we had the flexibility and activities we wanted - if we wanted any, and was an awesome resource even abroad. We now plan to use Bliss for future big trips and highly recommend them and Brian to our friends!!

I do not recommend using Bliss Honeymoons. I partnered with an agent and did not have a good experience. He was not very responsive and did not have a good grasp of location/ things to do on our islands in Hawaii. For example, he looked into luaus for us in Maui and the one he recommended looked good so we booked it. As our trip neared, I investigated the location of the luau since we needed to Uber (the agent knew we decided not to rent a car) and it was over an hour away. I would expect someone planning our itinerary to keep this in mind and notify us of the distance before booking. By the time we looked for more appropriate luau locations, there was nothing available. Also, in Maui I got a call confirming a luau that this agent said he canceled, which was very concerning. I reached out to the agent to ensure I wasn’t charged and he still has not confirmed this. In addition, I was contemplating renting a car and the agent suggested that I call the car rental place to look into options and prices. I was taken aback by this comment seeing as this is the role of a travel agency, not the customer. In addition, I had specifically asked for all my hotels to include breakfast, yet one did not. I reached out to my agent while on my honeymoon about this and he just never responded. Also, the SpeediShuttle service he booked for our transportation wasn’t always reliable. In sum, he was difficult to communicate with throughout my entire trip planning experience. He insisted that we only communicate through email, where the threads were becoming super challenging for both parties to keep up with, not to mention would take much longer for us to get answers/responses. Because of this, I ended up booking my own excursions because I didn’t want them to risk being fully booked by the time the agent circled back. He did ultimately send an itinerary that was quite lengthy, but I think it would be beneficial for the travel agent to walk you through the itinerary as well, like other agency do that I have worked with in the past. It is a lot of information, and the last thing you are thinking about with all your wedding planning is reading through the itinerary at length. There were details in the itinerary’s fine print that may have changed our final decisions (i.e.. how expensive resort fees were), so a review with the agent would have helped get us on the same page. If you choose Bliss Honeymoon, you may put in a lot of effort to help plan, send reminders to the agent, and resolve issues/miscommunications along the way, like we had to do.

Bliss Honeymoons and Joanne were life saving for my husband and I! When it comes to planning trips out of the country it can become super stressful really quickly since there are so many options however, Joanne made the process so easy for my husband and I. We even traveled in 2020 during the pandemic and Joanne made sure we knew all the requirements and had everything we needed before our trip. Our Honeymoon was an absolute dream because of her! From the time we left everything went perfect but Joanne was also always available for us if something did go wrong. Book your Honeymoon with Bliss Honeymoons you will NOT regret it! You already have enough stress planning a wedding so let them plan the perfect Honeymoon for you!

Hiring Bliss honeymoon was absolutely one of our best investment. It was well worth it! We worked with Laura who was absolutely exceptional. She was prompt and responsive immediately upon reaching out to her. We started planning our wedding in 2019 before COVID hit the travel industry, and her patience and knowledge on how to navigate these adjustment was extremely professional and supportive. All my guest were happy with the services she provided while booking trip. We couldn’t have made our wedding in Mexico happen without her. It relieved so much stress of booking and planning a wedding for 30 guests. The entire experience was positive, and we look forward to working with Laura again in the future. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

We worked with Lindsey from Bliss Honeymoon and her and the whole company was amazing! We booked everything tho them including resort, flights and excursions to St.Lucia. Lindsey gave us so many options for everything and continued to show us different resorts and options until we found what was best for us! We had to postpone our honeymoon from April to September due to Covid and Lindsey was on top of everything. She handled the whole process and keep us updated on everything making it so easy for us! I would highly recommend Lindsay and the whole company of Bliss Honeymoon!

We worked with Lindsay at Bliss Honeymoons and it was one of the best decisions we’ve ever made! She was SO thorough, responsive, patient, and thoughtful about every single detail for our honeymoon. I initially didn’t think we’d need a travel agent because I’m usually pretty good about planning trips and activities, but now we’re never going to go on a trip without Lindsay’s help! We are so thankful to have worked with Joanne to book our honeymoon! It was a very easy process for us and with all of the planning that went into our wedding, it was so nice to be able to leave our honeymoon in someone else’s hands and it turned out wonderful! After getting overwhelmed when initially trying to decide on and book a honeymoon, we decided to reach out to Bliss Honeymoons for some help. Based on our interests, we were connected with Delaney and had a greeting phone call with her to go over what we wanted out of a honeymoon. Shortly after that Delaney sent us three great resort options presented in power point form. The power points were informative, easy to read, and included all information about included amenities and even travel. Once deciding on resort, Delaney booked everything for us, including direct flights at times that were perfect for us! Overall the process was very easy as we didn't have to worry about a thing. Our honeymoon was amazing thanks to the hard work of Delaney and Bliss Honeymoons.

Great experience!! Will definitely use again! We worked with Joanne and she was great! We needed guidance of what Hawaiian islands to visit and where to stay and with wedding planning I was overwhelmed with decisions. Joanne at Bliss Honeymoons is absolutely AMAZING. We planned out honeymoon with her and we couldn't be happier. Let me start by saying at first, we planned on doing a smaller trip in the winter and a larger trip in the summer- when we changed our minds due to costs, she was easily able to extend our winter trip and accommodate us. She sent us a powerpoint of options for our trip, including room & location options. I am usually great at planning, but planning an international trip made me nervous- Joanne took this out of my hands and did the hard work for us. With any question we asked, she gave us a very detailed answer with some VERY helpful advice for where we were traveling (ex: how much to tip when, etc.). We leave for our trip in a few weeks and are so excited- we will definitely be using Bliss Honeymoons in the future.

In the middle of planning a wedding I felt overwhelmed with trying to plan a trip as well. We spent hours pricing things out for our trip to Europe a few years ago so we decided to go with a travel agent for our honeymoon. Joanne was our agent and she was amazing! We gave her a budget, she provided us with several options within that budget and then all we had to do was sit back and relax. She booked the flights, transpiration to and from the resort and booked us at a beautiful resort in Mexico. We will definitely use Joanne again in the future and would recommend her and Bliss Honeymoons to anyone. Thank you for making that part of wedding planning super easy and stress free!

This company is fantastic! Joanne was our travel agent. She is ON TOP of everything. She answered every email and question in a timely manner. She was so kind and patient as we made decisions on where we were going and then what excursions to do after that. She got us all of our paperwork and vouchers before we left the States and once we got to St Lucia, everything was taken care of for us. We didn't have to worry about transfers or anything. It was a dream. We want her to plan every trip for our family! If you want a travel agent or are even considering it, contact Bliss Honeymoons!!

One of the greatest decisions we made was working with Bliss to plan our honeymoon. We worked with Lindsay and she was amazing!! We weren’t sure where we wanted to go so she put together several decks of options for us until we landed with Costa Rica. We LOVED our trip and our resort Secrets Papagayo!! What she booked for us at this resort was amazing. We knew we were going to get an ocean view room with a plunge pool but we didn’t realize the views were going to be as beautiful as they were. We also didn’t realize that we had “preferred status” until we arrived and that was a really nice surprise!! We used Kyle at Bliss Honeymoons after a referral from one of our close friends and could NOT have been happier. We had our honeymoon scheduled in January and 5 days before we were supposed to leave my dad became sick and there was no way we could go. We called Kyle on the weekend and was able to promptly reschedule our trip for the exact same resort, same amenities, for a couple months later. We just arrived back in Columbus last week and the trip could NOT have been better. We told Kyle what we wanted and he delivered, everything was exactly what he promised and all transportation was perfectly organized and scheduled so there were no worries. We are so thankful for him and this company, we were able to have a wonderful, delayed, honeymoon and relax knowing my dad was in much better health! Highly recommend Kyle AND The Iberostar Grand Bavaro in the Dominican Republic - you will not be disappointed!

We went to Maui and worked with Lindsay. She was so nice and helpful. Their service is amazing and we highly recommend it, not only for your honeymoon but for any vacation. They are there 24/7 with no strings attached. Very helpful and it was nice to be able to relax and enjoy our honeymoon without having all the worries. They do all the worrying and work for you. Joanne was our travel agent who helped plan our trip to St. Lucia and I couldn't have asked for a better first experience with a travel agent/agency. She helped us pick and recommend the perfect resort for our honeymoon, eased our worries about potential weather catastrophes and ensured we were all taken care of the whole trip! From start to finish she was extremely easy to get a hold of and would respond to our needs day of! We also were upgraded to a two story butler villa upon arrival, which led to me being in tears of happiness. It was the most beautiful surprise and made the first four nights of our trip even more memorable! We have our travel agent, Joanne to thank for that! We would 100% recommend Bliss Honeymoons! We worked with Kyle, who was very knowledgeable, easy to work with, and patient! We went through so many different options and changed our minds multiple times until we found our perfect trip. We decided on Palm Island Resort, a very remote island that is part of St. Vincent and the Grenadines in the Caribbean. This place was a hidden gem and the Caribbean's best kept secret - we probably would not have found out about it if it weren't for Kyle! It took 2 flights and a boat ride to get to Palm Island, but Bliss Honeymoons made all the arrangements. Also, they set up a honeymoon registry for you, which was a great alternative to the typical wedding registry. We had an amazing trip thanks to Kyle and Bliss Honeymoons!

We wanted to go on a big trip for our honeymoon (December 2016) but definitely wanted it to be as stress free as possible. Starting months and months before our date, Lindsay helped us go through different options and scenarios for our trip. We ultimately decided to go to Europe (London, Paris and Munich) and all the details were sorted out through the great communication by Lindsay. She even met with us right before the trip to go over everything and all the documents. Our trip was as stress free as possible, so fun and just an AMAZING experience overall. We would not have been able to do it on our own. We also loved being able to give our guests the options of gifting us different experiences and tours for our trip via the Honeymoon Registry that Bliss helped us set up. It provided our guests a different option for gifting and helped us pay for 1/4th of our trip! This trip was a "trip of a lifetime" thanks to Lindsay at Bliss.

Bernie was great to work with while booking our honeymoon to Costa Rica. We actually booked with another vendor a Sandals vacation to Jamaica that I didn't want to go on but we felt pressured and it was the only thing we could afford. After cancelling that trip and switching to Bliss it was a great experience. Bernie started with 3 options after sitting down and meeting with us. After getting our feedback, she provided 3 additional options and then an additional 2 options. Where we picked our perfect honeymoon. Most people won't need that many options, we were very undecided on where we wanted to go. Secrets Papagayo in Costa Rica was amazing. We were treated great. We will use Bliss in the future to book more trips!

We worked with Kyle to book our honeymoon in Riviera Maya, Mexico. Kyle knocked it out of the park with his suggestions for us. He really listened to what he wanted and we ended up having a once in a lifetime experience that I don't think we would have had if we had not had the help of Bliss Honeymoons. The travel arrangements and tips Kyle provided were extremely helpful and we didn't encounter any issues on the trip. He was kind enough to call us the day before we left to make sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend if you don't know where to start with planning your honeymoon.

Our travel agent with Bliss helped my husband and I select an all-inclusive adults-only resort for our honeymoon. They charge $100 initially for their services, but if you use them for future vacation packages you do not have to pay this fee again. The resorts they recommended were all beautiful, and they booked all our flights and transportation from the airport to the resort, and then from the resort back to the airport. We really would have liked a little more up-front advice for what kinds of clothes to pack for our specific resort, but pretty much all their other advice was spot-on. I think my husband and I will take an anniversary trip in a few years and have Bliss make the arrangements for us!

I chose to go through a travel agent for our honeymoon because I didn't want the additional stress of having to research and plan. Lindsay had gotten my email from one of the vendors I was using and contacted me with the available services. I was immediately drawn to the honeymoon registry offered. My finance and I have lived together for many years and didn't need all the typical wedding gifts. In our first meeting Lindsay was able to answer all my questions. We were having a hard time deciding the location we wanted so Lindsay drafted up two separate options. Anytime I had a question she would respond very quickly. The information she gave was so helpful and we ended up choosing Paris. I couldn't have been happier with our choice. The hotel and services she booked for us were better than I had hoped for. Lindsay was by far one of the easiest people I worked with during my entire wedding.

We had the pleasure of working with Laura to book our honeymoon. We got married in October and booked our honeymoon through Bliss Honeymoons. WE were clueless when we were trying to book our honeymoon. From the minute we met with Laura all our worries went away. She knew exactly how to do everything! We did not have one glitch with our entire travel. She advised us the entire way through the process. When we arrived at St. Lucia Grande we were immediately swept away to the club room where they did everything for us. We would have not known to book the Club level if Laura had not suggested it. It really made our stay at the resort much easier and much better. WE chose to book our helicopter ride at the last minute and she did not hesitate to do this for us. I will forever and always use Laura as my travel agent. Completely professional, helpful, and insightful. DO NOT LOOK anywhere else! Call Bliss Honeymoons!

Ok so let first say I did NOT book my honeymoon with bliss. The staff there was very misleading. She sold us a dream about a villa and then informed us that she couldn't get started booking our room until we made a deposit. So We paid her non-refundable $250.00. Then we get a phone call from her letting us know that she couldn't hold the room util she recieves another $500.00 and a credit card to charge it all on. To make matters worse we are a lesbian couple and the resorts that we were being sent weren't gay friendly. I wouln't recommend them to anyone.

My husband and I used Bliss while planning our honeymoon. We found it very strange that they require a deposit up front and were uncomfortable with that but we were stressed so we were willing to try. Working with Bliss was like talking to a wall. We would say, here are the things we want, and they would come back and suggest things that had nothing to do with what we had said. After six or so rounds of emails back and forth, I was getting tired of it and upset. I had noticed that our presentations they went us had funny dates on them but disregarded it. When my fiance asked what the dates that one trip had been quote to us were, the response we were given from the Thursday before our wedding to the Thursday after our wedding. Our wedding was not a destination wedding. It seems shocking that a travel agent, who specializes in honeymoons, could mix up travel dates and be putting together quotes for during the wedding. We wrote a long, respectful email asking for assistance from the owner, stating that we felt like the staff member we were working with was a challenge for us. We felt like we were not being listened to and that important details were being overlooked and/or ignored. We received a response that was slightly rude, stating that she did not know what else her staff could have done to make us happy other than what they had already done. At this point we switched to another travel agent, giving up our deposit that we had paid. We were given prompt, excellent service, without having to pay money up front. Out of curiosity we had them quote a few trips that Bliss had for quoted for us, and the price was much better at the other place. It is also good to note that Bliss is not reviewed on Angie's list (as it has no entries whatsoever), it is also not endorsed by the bbb. I suggest not even bothering with Bliss.

Bernie and Bliss Honeymoons helped us plan the absolute perfect honeymoon. We had no clue where we wanted to go, but Bernie had great suggestions that she offered from experience. She made multiple powerpoint slideshows explaining different resorts and what they had to offer. It helped us settle on both our destination and resort. I was amazed at how flawless everything turned out to be!! From our amazing room to excursion transportation.. we never had to lift a finger to plan a detail about our honeymoon. Not only did they help us plan our trip, but they also helped us set up our free honeymoon registry, a great alternative for guests to give wedding gifts from. It was the most amazing trip we've ever had and we have Bliss Honeymoons to thank.

My husband and I worked with Hilary at Bliss Honeymoons to arrange our dream Italian Honeymoon. Hilary was extremely helpful, knowledgable, professional and organized. She took care of absolutely everything we needed and was always available for questions even once we were in Italy. She did an amazing job customizing the trip to our exact tastes and preferences and she did a phenomenal job. Hilary made the process of planning a huge trip completely stress free.

Use Bliss for booking your honeymoon. Laura helped guide us to pick a great resort in Mexico that fit our budget. We had a small issue with a pre-booked excursion, but we called Laura, and within minutes she was working with the vendor to make things right. She was quick to answer all of our questions and helped ease our concerns about traveling to what some view as a questionable destination. We will be using Laura again for our Anniversary trip.

We went through Bliss (Hilary from Millersburg) to plan our honeymoon. Hilary was very great and guided us through the process. We eventually selected Secrets Silversands and were not disappointed. She met with us several times though out the process and answered all of our questions. Very responsive to emails. She worked within our price range and narrowed down choices (3) which was great with all of the other planning we had to do. Life saver. Our honeymoon was indeed Bliss.

My husband and I had an extremely limited budget, but Bernie was able to help us go to The Riviera Maya in Mexico, stay in a 5-star Adults-only all-inclusive resort in the best room they had for a whole week! My husband planned our honeymoon to tahiti and they were very helpful. They made sure that everything was taken care of and when we ran it to an issue with missing our flight, they quickly set things up so that we got out of the next flight. It was great.

While I chose to "DIY" most aspects of my actual wedding day, I am SO RELIEVED that I did not "DIY" my honeymoon!!! Upon contacting Laura at Bliss Honeymoons, we immediately began the process of choosing our honeymoon location. Laura asked a set questions as she got to know me over the phone, and promptly e-mailed me a document with her top three location suggestions. While we perused all three, my fiance' and I knew right away that the first suggestions was "it" for us! Once we made Laura aware of our choice, she got to work securing a room and flights. A few days prior to our departure (my first international trip and resort stay), I e-mailed Laura with a few silly questions. She responded VERY promptly and left me feeling excited and prepared for our trip! Once we landed, Laura had taken care of everything - transportation, resort upgrades, etc. We were blown away by how much we DIDN'T need to do. It was the perfect way to start our honeymoon. Our week away was absolutely perfect thanks to Laura and her knowledgeable suggestion and preparation on our behalf. I'm so glad we chose to use her services. I would wholeheartedly suggest that other brides call on Laura and Bliss Honeymoons for their travel needs!

I had a destination wedding in Mexico and used Laura to do the leg work. It was great to not have to handle all the details myself, so I'm overall glad I used her. On the down side, she was hard to get in touch with and my family and friends all described her as "flighty". Everything came together nicely in the end, but I feel that was more due to the wonderful resort (Azul Sensatori) than Laura.

When we decided that our honeymoon would consist of 2 weeks in Hawaii including a cruise and island hopping, we decided we wanted to use a travel agent that specialized in honeymoons... Laura was amazing to work with and planned everything out exactly how we wanted it! The hotels she chose for us were gorgeous and everything went so smoothly while we were there. It was all a very stress-free process which is exactly what we needed! She charged a deposit but then that was put towards the total cost after we booked everything so she ended up getting paid by the vendors, not us. I would definitely recommend her to anyone planning a big honeymoon!

Bernie with Bliss Honeymoons was very helpful in our honeymoon planning process. She prepared short powerpoint presentations of our 3 top destinations with the flight and hotel details, estimated cost and things to do. I did feel alittle rushed to make a decision on where to go since the prices could change, but overall it's been a great experience!

Laura really helped us plan a great and affordable honeymoon. We didn't have to worry about anything. Our honeymoon was truly memorable and she was really easy to work with. Will be using again for future trips!

I cannot even begin to describe how helpful Laura was as our travel agent! I had a million questions for her and she took the time to answer each and every one of them. Halfway through our planning we even switched our honeymoon destination from St. Lucia to Jamaica and she had no problem switching our reservation. We had a few bumps in the road when we arrived at our hotel and she worked to straighten everything out while we were there. There’s no way I could have done everything she did for us, nor would I have wanted to deal with the stress of booking the honeymoon on my own wile planning the wedding. I would recommend Laura a thousand times over! She’s just amazing at what she does.

Bliss Honeymoons planned an amazing honeymoon for us that went beyond our expectations! We couldn't believe the beautiful resort and decadent room we could afford on our budget! Kim went out of her way to respond to every email I sent, every question I asked within a day- if not hours- so I felt fully prepared for my honeymoon and excursions when I arrived. I've never let a travel agent plan a trip for me before and I was nervous that without myself in control that our trip might not be what we wanted. But Bliss Honeymoons made sure everything was to our specifications and even surprised us with little things I wouldn't have thought of. They took the micromanager out of me and let me relax and fully enjoy my trip. I would highly reccomend Bliss Honeymoons and Kim Whittaker to anyone who wants the perfect trip within their budget and not have to lift a finger to plan it! :)

I worked with Bliss for my cousin's destination wedding in June 2009. The agent we worked with seemed very unorganized. A few of us left from starting points different than the majority of the group and had emailed our airline itineraries (including flight numbers) every time we received an update. However, she still called several days before the trip to ask for the very information she had already received. There were times that I felt like I knew more of what was going on than she did. Like when I made a payment early and she sent me a remaining balance without that amount subtracted. I rated the company as a 3/5 because I'm sure that my family is not completely blameless in the situation. I get that big families have a lot going on and everyone isn't always on the same page, but they've also got some improvements to make.
