I honestly was surprised at how comfortable and thrilled I was with more makeup on than my usual. They also did my bridal hair. I again was a bit clueless on this but they helped me figure out what I liked and what would work for placement and stability with my very heavy veil. These awesome ladies also went out of their way to drive to me and do hair and makeup at my hotel. The hotel messed up my room, which I had planned for space to do hair and makeup but these pros reassured me, and worked with the space we had to make sure it was not only usable but the fun get-ready environment that I wanted! I highly recommend Bliss Salon and Boutique for weddings and other events needing hair and makeup expertise. Did I mention how fast and efficient they are?

dos and Jo super exceeded my previous experiences. You show a picture and many times, when finished they don't look near similar. Jo knew EXACTLY what I wanted and made it look better than my envision. I was also nervous about having my makeup done. I'm not one who normally wears a lot of makeup and Cindy did amazing. She knew I wanted something natural and made me look so gorgeous. I felt so beautiful on my wedding day. One of my bridesmaids got slightly sunburned the day before my wedding and after Cindy's work, you could hardly tell. All of my bridesmaids likes their hair and makeup as well. It rained all day of my wedding except a half hour before the ceremony started. My makeup and hair held throughout the whole day, night, and looked great still the next morning. If you have a question/request about anything, Cindy is very quick to respond back and that is super relieving when planning for your wedding. If looking for hair and makeup, I highly recommend Bliss. They're team is so friendly and accommodating. You won't regret it!

ir & makeup was ridiculous  My mom and I had a wonderful date at Bliss Salon & boutique in Pequot Lakes a couple months prior for a trial run (included in price). The day of our wedding, Cindy and her team came out to our wedding venue at Manhattan Beach Lodge for bridal party appointments (12 Hair and ~7-8 Makeup). The team was efficient, organized, and kept us on time (possibly even early). Each is extremely talented in their work – everyone’s hair and makeup looked gorgeous and natural. They were able to make suggestions and were flexible to requests. I loved how the team was fun and low maintenance, adding to the laid back atmosphere of our weeding. The process from start to finish was frictionless. The team let themselves in, knew exactly where and how to set up, and snuck out without notice once finished. It was a perfect getting ready experience. If you’re getting married in the area, I would highly recommend the Bliss Salon for your wedding day.

nerally does not like seeing pictures of myself, I have to say that if it weren't for the ladies at Bliss, I would not have felt as beautiful as I did on my wedding day and I would not love my pictures as much as I do. If only I could have them do my hair and makeup every day!

Not only did me, the moms, and our bridesmaids look wonderful - but our hair and makeup looked wonderful through our 13 hours of May rain and 50-degree weather! We were picture-perfect all night. Don't hesitate before booking these amazing ladies!

Jo did my hair and it was so beautiful and even more amazing than I could have ever imagined, she has such a fun sprit about her and I felt like we had known each other for years and it was so much fun to chat with while she worked her magic. And Cindy's make-up work was so detailed and elegant, I felt like a queen for my special day! She had a heart of gold to say the least and is very talented. She was so organized and amazing from the day I booked our appointments to the day of the event, she made me feel so taken care of and thought of every detail- I'm a detailed person but boy as a Bride there's so much you don't even think about! She kept in constant communication with me throughout the entire process and I cannot say enough good things about her and her crew :) I had four bridesmaids and they all raved about their experience as well!! I also had my mom, my mother in law and my step mother in law as well as my Grandma and Great Grandma come into the salon for hair and make-up and they too were so pleased with the experience and the results of the girls' work. I would highly recommend Cindy and her team in a heartbeat for anyone getting married in the Pequot Lakes area, you will NOT be disappointed! If I lived closer to the salon I'd always go there for any of my salon needs, their service level cannot be beat! I wish I could repeat my wedding day all over again, they made it that enjoyable :)

Not only is Cindy a total rockstar at her craft, but she is 100% the person you want hanging out with you as you prepare to see your groom & everyone you know. I trusted her 100% as she prepared my friends and I for an 80 degree day, and we had a ton of fun and laughs along the way. I am so thankful my venue suggested her to me, she and her team truly are absolute gems!!

take a shot in the dark and send Cindy an email a few days before the wedding to see if there was ANY way I could buy some of the makeup she was using to have my friends touch up the makeup OR if she would come back to touch it up. Without hesitation, Cindy offered to come back after the photos to touch up my makeup before the ceremony and even mentioned if need be she could touch it up AFTER the ceremony, too.. (I sweat terribly!) I was blown away at this amazing customer service. As silly as it sounds, this seriously eased my stress that I was having about the forecast for the day! She also always responded immediately to my emails. She has such a great personality and was so great to work with. I HIGHLY recommend Cindy!!!!! THANK YOU, Cindy-- For a fabulous job!!
