I had a terrible experience with the end product for this vendor. Everything was great up until the day of the wedding. My bouquet looked like a green bush instead of my super colorful inspirational photos, the centerpieces were really underwhelming, the flowers for the arch were dead within two hours and had to be taken down before the ceremony even started (no refund), she screamed at my day of coordinator, and the wristlets were so tight the no one could wear them. It was overall a super disappointing experience for me and I wish I had just gone to Trader Joe’s and done everything myself.

Carlyn was my angel sent from heaven. We were an out of state couple doing a destination wedding in Sedona. We had our original florist cancel on us 30 days out. I called Carlyn in a panic thinking that Sedona might be too far for her. She eased my worries, asked what we were looking for and then went above and beyond. The flowers, ceremony pieces, and reception center pieces were SO beautiful! I wish we had been working with her from the start! We sadly couldn’t take the flowers back home as we left the next day but the hotel and their staff were competing for who got to take which centerpieces home. The hotel even kept a large piece for their lobby. Not only is she creative but she’s the sweetest. I would recommend her to anyone!

Our wedding turned out so beautifully because of Carlyn. She created the most beautiful flower arch I have ever seen and all of the other flower decorations did not disappoint! Prior to the wedding, Carlyn was extremely responsive even though she was on vacation. We exchanged some pictures and afterwards she said she knew what my vision for the wedding was. I went to one in person meeting to discuss final details and pricing. After this meeting I completely trusted Carlyn and did not worry about anything. On the wedding day when I saw the flowers I teared up. Carlyn absolutely captured my vision for the wedding. The flowers were so perfect and I could never thank Carlyn enough!

Carlyn, the owner and flower arranger, is a gem. She's real and honest. She told me exactly what flowers did and did not come in the color scheme I wanted. She offered suggestions of flowers that fit my scheme. And I was over the moon at how beautiful they looked when they arrived on my wedding day. She was transparent in the pricing, and responded to emails in a timely manner.

When my daughter and I initially met Carlyn, she had an instant vision after my daughter described what she wanted. We hired Carlyn a week before my sons wedding. They wanted me to do their flowers since that is what I do, but in Wa state. As the wedding date came closer I was suggesting she should look for a florist to do all the 8 bridal bouquets, arch and the family flowers. So a week before, my daughter in law found Carlyn. I was amazed that she was able to fit us in graciously to her busy schedule and then so thrilled to see exactly what she put together for my sons future wife. She was also able to order me flowers so I could make arrangements for the rehearsal dinner. Everything was so beautiful and we couldn’t have done it without Carlyn. Thank you so very much.

I had the WORST experience. I'm not even sure where to begin here, but I guess I'll start with my bouquet, which was contracted to be a two-foot long cascade. It was nowhere near two feet long and was completely falling apart. My coordinator ended up hot gluing the flowers to the base to try to get them to stay and I ended up only using my bouquet for photos, but I refused to even hold it during my entrance, because, despite the hot glue, flowers were still falling out. Next, my kings table centerpieces, which were supposed to have the illusion of being one long centerpiece with flowers 360 degrees around the cylinder ended up coming to the venue as three big balls of flowers for each of the two tables and it looked horrible. She spent hours at the venue trying to fix it and I still didn't get what I had contracted for. This all comes after she was extraordinarily rude to my coordinator, going as far as to say that she couldn't wait until my wedding was over and how she didn't have to listen to my coordinator because she was 3 times her age. All vendors should note that age doesn't matter when you're doing your job incorrectly. She was instructed not to contact me the week of the wedding and to send everything through my coordinator, but the night before my wedding she started texting me while I was at the rehearsal dinner telling me that my centerpiece arrangements looked horrible and she wasn't going to include the dandrobium orchids on there and instead put them on the kings table centerpieces. She was right about them looking weird, so I told her to change it, but I'm not sure why in the world this was left to the night before the wedding when I know for a fact that she works on the centerpieces for days before the wedding. Let me tell you that I also paid for a lot more of those orchids than were on the kings table centerpieces. All in all, this was the worst experience of my wedding and certainly gave me a lot of anxiety in addition to it all being wayyyyy overpriced.

Due to COVID we had to move our wedding to my in-laws backyard. I was hesitant about the decision because I wanted my wedding to be elegant and look like an actual wedding, not just a backyard gathering. Let me tell you, because of Carlyn my wedding was beyond gorgeous! We decided to use floral arrangements and greenery as most of the decorations and everything looked stunning! It was like a fairytale wedding and her flowers are top quality. My bouquet was exactly what I wanted. She took the time to meet with us and go through exactly what I envisioned and she exceeded my expectations! If you want your wedding to look like a dream and have the most beautiful flowers, go with Carlyn!!

I planned all of my wedding from another state. I randomly found Blissful Blooms on the Knot and it was one of the several floral places I reached out to. Carlyn was extremely easy to work with and made the process super easy for me. She knew exactly what I wanted and all of the florals were stunning. Carlyn was AMAZING to work with during this pandemic. She dealt with the ever changing landscape with such grace and flexibility and helped us create the most gorgeous floral scheme for our wedding. Carlyn was amazing and responsive from the very first inquiry. She met with me a couple of times before I had to head back to London and wouldn’t see her again until the wedding date. (If you live internationally she’s great! You’ll be in good hands!) I showed up at the venue and she created the beautiful floral arrangements better than my imagination could have thought. Wow- Simply amazing! We had the pleasure of working with Carlyn for our December wedding. She captured our wedding theme perfectly - romantic and elegant. The colors matched perfect with our colors of rose gold and navy. The flowers photographed beautifully. My bouquet was absolutely stunning and everything I had hoped for! I loved it so much I brought the bouquet on the plane with me back to Michigan. The tables were decorated perfectly with mixture of flowers, votive candles and floating candles. The bridesmaid bouquets, Mother’s wristlets and boutonnières were stunning. Even the guys mentioned how beautiful the flowers were and guys usually never notice those things. Carlyn was on time and easy to connect with even though we were planning everything from Michigan. She put me at ease that everything would turn out beautiful and she was right! She also worked with our budget and was very patient with me although I made many changes :) The passion Carlyn has is seen thorough the quality of her arrangements.

From day one when we first inquired about floral for our wedding at the Royal Palms Resort and Spa to the beautiful and smooth execution of everything on our big day, Carlyn was truly incredible! She is a terrific florist, hands down one of the most responsive and helpful professionals I have ever come across, and such a pleasure to work with. She was so attentive to all of my (million) questions and details to bring my vision to life. She is extremely dependable, detail oriented, takes great care in her work and delivers a truly beautiful and classy design across all elements from the bouquets to the chuppah and the centerpieces. Carlyn also went above and beyond to make sure that we could procure aspects I had in mind that were not readily available (for example, I had a difficult time finding a specific type of birch chuppah I liked and wanted a certain type of large clear glass compotes for my centerpieces and Carlyn made sure to hunt them down! )She was also extremely patient with me when I changed my mind a time (or two, or three :)) during the design process while being meticulous in capturing and delivering even on the smallest details exactly how I had communicated that I envisioned them. On the day of, she made sure to stay on site at the venue to make sure that everything turned out beautifully even after she had finished setting up the ceremony site. I received so many compliments on how beautiful the floral was. I am so thrilled we had selected Blissful Blooms for our day and want other brides to know that with Carlyn you are in the best hands!!
