ing your wedding day and the things you were unhappy with via email and I left the conversation feeling good and that you were pleased about our services overall on your wedding day and a lot of what you heard/thought was a miscommunication. I would like to address a few things, however that are definitely not accurate in your review. - my day of coordination package is up to 10 hours of service. If you had felt that you were needing additional time, there was ample amount of time before your wedding to add additional hours onto the package at an additional cost. You booked 10 hours you had me for 10 hours. Within that time slot, it was pressing for time to complete set up, but everything was set up prior and on time. The package also doesn’t include an assistant so if you thought I needed help on the wedding day, you should have inquired with me to have brought an assistant at an additional cost or you should have went with a different wedding planner that included that in their package ready. - the guest book was not in any other decor boxes and was finally found in one of the Bartender’s liquor boxes that was staged in her area. Once she brought it to me, I put it immediately where It was supposed to be. - the garland; The arch first off when putting it together was unsteady on the uneven floors of the ceremony spot. The two pieces of garland that I did put on the arch already made the arch very unstable on the floor. I was concerned that adding any more weight to the arch would make it too unstable and not stand for your ceremony, let alone the whole evening. It may have stood in your home perfectly fine with all four pieces of garland on it, but on the actual wedding day with the uneven floors, it was extremely hard to keep it upright. I had to have two chairs holding up the arch while I was putting the garland on because it kept on falling over. Unprompted the Officient saw the arch was unstable and came over to help hold it. At no time did the Officient or anyone did any removal of flowers or breakdown anything at the end of the evening. - regarding the appetizer table there was absolutely no notes on the table as to what goes where. I put the appetizers on the table in a very appealing manner, and I would have definitely refilled the appetizers if I would have been informed there were more appetizers to be refilled and where they were. - missing Garland… I really hope you do not think that I had taking this garland because that is completely a false assumption. I just want to remind you that literally everyone attending the wedding and working the wedding had access to the room where all the decorations/boxes were stored. Blissful Bridals truly tries our absolute best to make your wedding day as special and perfect as it should be! I am very sorry if it was anything less. From my experience, there can be a lot of misinterpretations from various perspectives from the actual wedding day. What matters most is the union between you and your significant other and enjoying the moments the actual day brings. I wish you all the best in your marriage and many happy years to come!
