Blissful Weddings and Events

.. they were late to appointments, did not return calls or emails promptly, little attention to detail. we loved our venue site (that we found and set up the meeting and viewing for) and they were present to keep us in budget. after we talked about what was included, not included, how to craft a package that would work for us and thought we were set, we got a phone call a few days later that this venue actually was not within budget... AFTER WE HAD FALLEN IN LOVE WITH IT!so we went with it and squeezed other parts of some extra cash. our programs for the ceremony were missing a groomsman, the DJ did not have our wedding party list so instead of being able to introduce couples, he just had to say "the wedding party". when this was brought to the wedding planners attention (before the anouncement) she said there was nothing she could do about it. one of the planners in this duo was not there for the wedding day and was completely uninvolved for at least 4 months before the actual wedding date, but had no problem sending the final bill the week after the wedding. the one that did show up brought her husband and friend that day to help as her "staff" who we provided a meals for. our bus was late, the flowers never made it to the groomsmen so when it came time for pics, our guys were not ready... all things the wedding planner could have helped with, had she been there... we thought they were overpriced, inattentive, and sloppy. we would not recommend them to anyone.
