They are very flexible with working with you and your bridal party, moms, grandmas, etc. There was not one girl the day of who had their makeup and hair done that was disappointed with their finished product, everyone was stunning! I asked again for them to call to discuss but there was no return call or email response till 4 days later when I requested to cancel the service. I live out of state and gone to many stylists who have styled my hair with ease. This is a very inexperienced business with horrible customer service and lack of professionalism.
