Not impressed. The hairstylist did not listen to what I wanted for the trial or my wedding day, even after being shown. I feel like she didn’t know what to do with my hair type and...

used way too much product, making my hair look extremely greasy on my wedding day. On top of that, the owner didn’t allow us to choose how much we tipped and made us tip at least 20% even though we weren’t pleased with the service. Do not recommend.

our experience did not meet your expectations. I do want to clarify that during your consultation two weeks prior to the wedding, no concerns were expressed, and you chose to move forward and sign the contract at that meeting. Additionally, the 25% gratuity is standard for all bridal bookings and is clearly outlined on both the invoice and discussed in person. That said, we truly strive to provide excellent services and if there is anything we can do to address your concerns or to improve your impression of our business, we would be happy to hear from you.
