fferent and my stylist was so easy going and helpful in choosing what was right for me. The ladies at the salon were so welcoming and a joy to be around. My main stylist was Stephanie and I honestly felt like best friends after our experience! She was incredibly lovely. She and her assistant showed up to my venue early, gave us time to get settled, then did 9 girls hair, and it all got completed on time! It was such a fun day and I owe so much to Stephanie and the whole blo bar crew!

different things, from little pixie-cut blowouts to complicated braided up-do's and Stephfell nothing short of perfect for each style. Everyone's hair lasted all night and even into the next morning for our brunch! On-top of her insane talent, Steph was so much fun to spend our morning with and has such a calming personality. She's no fuss and so fast, which is JUST what you need on your wedding day. I'd go back to her AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN!

found that they wanted to charge a pretty penny to have my bridesmaids wear their hair down in curls. Im talking close to $200 each which i thought was a little ridiculous since they weren't getting updo's. So i decided to do some research and find a salon close to my venue to do the hair the day of. That's when i found Blo Glen Cove Rd. I called to find out that blow outs with curling iron would be $40 per bridesmaid in bar. They had availability the day of my wedding. I set up an appointment for a bridal trial on the spot. The day of the trial the stylist took care of me. I didn't bother to tell her that i was a hairstylist so that I wouldn't psych her out and also to test her ;) lol! Well, she did a phenomenal job and i knew i found my place! The day of the wedding sitting in the stylist's chair i finally told her i was a licensed cosmetologist and the look on her face was priceless. She mentioned to me that they are hiring and i told her i was actually looking to start working in another salon after being out of the industry for about 2 and a half years. I've been employed with blo glen cove road for 2 months now and i could not be happier.

my hair which also came out great (even though my hair was not cooporationg that morning...lol). I had another girl go to do my flower girls hair at another location which was not a problem even though added on late. Everyone looked beautiful!

days! My mother who is typically fussy just loved her hair and makeup. All my bridesmaids hair was perfect and exctly what they had wanted for my big day!! All the stylists listened to exactly what we wanted and delivered above and beyond what we had expected! It was one stop shopping. We were all able to get our makeup done professionally with a very sophisticated look. My husband loved my whole look that day and when you're new husband can't stop looking at you it truly makes you feel like a princess!!

, planning, and scheduling - Jean, Becki and Ashley were so amazing. They were incredibly responsive, so kind, and answered all of my questions - they even helped to calm my nerves about the big day. They were extremely helpful in putting together the contract, and revising it as I continued to add people to our line up for the day. I also found that blo was incredibly affordable compared to other vendors I interviewed. I set up 2 trials with Stephanie and she literally did not stop styling until I was completely happy. She did exactly as I envisioned and more. She and Susan (the stylists for the big day) arrived at my wedding venue early, and set up their "stations" impeccably and got to work. They listened to each of my bridesmaids to ensure that they were given the styles they wanted - everyone was thrilled with their results. We are all so happy with how our styles came out, and they truly translated beautifully in pictures, too. I cannot say enough good things about my bridal experience with blo! You will not go wrong by choosing blo to style you/your bridesmaids on your big day!!! They are awesome!!!!!

nd they have perfected the look I dreamed of for my big day! All the stylists there are great and Ashley has helped make all my events so special. I had them style my hair for the engagement party, engagement photo shoot, bridal shower, and my bachelorette party. They also have make up artists, so I am having Blo do not only my hair and makeup, but they are styling all 9 of my bridesmaids and my mom. They will be coming to my venue which so super convenient. I highly recommend them for weddings, and all special events. - April L
