bride's hair is artificially inflated even though the exact same service is provided. I was OK with this due to the convenience, flexibility of the stylists in working with my family, and the overall end result. I was very happy with my hair for all events as well as with the hair of most of my bridesmaids. I received great service from Greisy.
However: We had arranged ahead of time for one of the bridesmaids to have an updo using her naturally curly hair, and this was communicated multiple times to the manager of the hair salon. Apparently, however, it was not communicated to the individual stylist, and my friend did not notice that her beautiful curly hair had been almost completely straightened out until it was too late. She was upset, especially because we had discussed her plans to keep her hair curly due to the Miami heat for months leading up to the date. Ultimately though, the stylist slicked back the top and a lot of the natural curl came back for the bottom, so she looked pretty great for the wedding. Overall, we were pleased, just had a few setbacks. I would recommend service at Blo for a wedding nearby in order to save on the cost of bringing a hair stylist into the hotel. One weird point: the salon does not have a bathroom inside? Only in Miami, right?

Not only is their work top notch, but the ladies are lovely and so much fun to work with.
