Bloom Fresh Flowers

When everything was said and done, the flowers were beautiful. They added that extra special touch to the most important day of my life. I think the business management and communication could use improvement. Originally, I was working with a woman named Caroline. Responsiveness was beyond slow. I can understand a couple business days, but weeks went by before I received a response. When I finally got someone on the phone, Caroline would not speak to me and I was promised an email. The email response did not include any acknowledgement of the significant delay in communication and only mentioned the most recent email I sent. Caroline and I went back and forth on "the look" for our wedding. After several image exchanges, we came to an agreement on the general idea of the flowers for our wedding. We even had detailed story board. I completely understand that weather/season/flower availability determine what is actually used. However, the notes provided were ignored. I had to reconfirm all of the details from the storyboard with the new person managing my order. My husband requested the smallest possible boutonniere. He received a full size rose with additional flowers/greenery. My mother's corsage was not well put together and broke before I even walked down the aisle. Additionally, I was told they would have room for some of the centerpiece items and could transport them to the venue along with the flowers. After an initial trip to Alexandria where I spoke to a shop employee (who could have told me no and saved me a second trip), I had to go back because their vehicle was "too small" for 10 round wooden slabs. This was an added stressor leading up to the wedding I wish I could have avoided.

Affordable, beautiful flowers and centerpieces. I did not give them a specific vision, but they worked with me to find out what I liked and disliked. My flowers were beautiful, but simple and elegant. Highly recommended!

I cant even begin to explain what an amazing job Bloom Fresh Flowers did! My florist was Lorena, she did an excellent job!! My bouquet was exactly how I wanted it! And my bridal party's bouquet came out even better than I had expected!! My bouquet was all peonies, light pink and dark pink. I heard that peonies don't hold up as well as other flowers, WELL the peonies on my bouquet and on my bridal party's bouquet looked fantastic through out the entire night! in fact they looked amazing on the day that I had shipped them to be preserved (two days after my wedding).The flowers on my centerpieces (assorted in season flowers in pink) looked amazing as well! The flowers really brought the entire venue together!! And the colors matched perfect! Lorena listened and executed exactly what I wanted! I also had large mugs filled with peonies, they looked fabulous on my candy buffet table. My mother and mother in law loved the corsage that we gave them, and I loved the boutonnières! I am very happy that I went with bloom fresh flowers! I believe that I got my money's worth and more!

When we first met with Blook Fresh we spoke with Lorana and we really liked her. She has good ideas and did not get upset when I stated I didnt want to spend a large amount on something that was going to die. We had a sudden change in wedding venue which put them about 45 minutes from our venue. When I touched base with them in regards to this I got an email from someone other than who we had been dealing with. This person was not as helpful and seemed to only care about our business when I stated I wanted to just change florist all together. In the end they did do the flowers for all the attendants and parents along with mine however we went with another florist for the church and the reception hall. Over all my flowers were beautiful but having to spend almost a week stressing over whether they would going to come through was not in by agenda. Make sure when you pick your florist you ask what the policy is if you have a sudden venue change.
