I am so thankful to have gotten married at such a gorgeous venue. I couldn't imagine having gotten married anywhere else!

We were so excited to finally be able to celebrate with family and friends at Bloom Lake, and Adam and Monique were flexible and accommodating throughout our time working with them over the years. All of our guests were blown away by the venue! We had many kids in attendance as well, and they loved running and playing outdoors together. Bloom Lake has every amenity you need in a venue. My favorite aspects of Bloom Lake Barn are the lights and chandeliers on the top level, the bridal suite, and the beautiful scenery for photography and videography. I would highly recommend this venue, and am sure that (after getting to see Bloom Lake during our wedding last week) we will have friends and family members getting married here in the future as well! We cannot rave about our experience enough! It was amazing!

ience with Bloom Lake Barn. We were so disappointed and hurt about how our experience went with this venue. We were so excited to have our wedding there and to work with the owners when we initially got engaged. Then COVID hit, and our 200 person wedding just felt impossibly dangerous in September 2020. We simply did not feel comfortable hosting our wedding when there were so many similar events this past year that resulted in COVID outbreaks. Moreover, we have immediate family members who are compromised and would be at high-risk at such an event. With the decision to postpone, we simply wanted to be able to rebook another available date in the future with Bloom Lake Barn. We were shocked when they told us that we couldn’t have any Friday or Saturday dates in 2021, even though there were plenty available. We were told these dates were reserved for prospective future couples, so that their business could make extra revenue in light of the financial losses due to COVID. Essentially they wanted postponing-couples to take up their weekday slots that never get filled. This just felt like a huge slap in the face to us as existing clients who had already put down a deposit, invested both time and money into planning and had signed a contract. While we completely understand that businesses are really hurting because of COVID, we also feel that companies must have their own contingencies in place to remain financially secure and not put that burden on their clients. If a business is going to choose to make decisions like this, they should sure bet they are going to get bad reviews. All of our other vendors helped us to find another date without even charging a fee. While we didn't expect this exact service from Bloom Lake Barn, we at least expected that they would allow us to select a weekend date if it was available. They didn't even give us that option with an upcharge or additional fee. It didn't feel true to the contract, as our contract had said that if a reschedule was decided, the owners would "use all reasonable efforts to work with client to reschedule the event at a later date if necessary, subject to Bloom Lake Barn’s availability". They had availability in this case, they were just withholding it so they could book extra weddings. The ultimate big kicker though, was that when we asked if we could cancel altogether so we could find a venue that could give us a weekend date, they wouldn't give us our deposit of $2500 back. We felt like we had no choices. We could not possibly select a weekday for various reasons, so we ended up canceling with Bloom Lake and losing our deposit. We simply felt like they had no care in the world for us as clients. In talking to other vendors and businesses, they were all absolutely shocked that we didn't get the opportunity to cancel and have our deposit refunded. All in all, I would strongly discourage you from booking here as they don't honor their contract and they don't seem to value existing customers.

You can really feel the love they have put into this place and the little details to make your day special. It was my dream to have a barn reception! The bridal suite, wooden tables, updated bathrooms, and rustic vibe really add to the charm of Bloom Lake Barn. Our guests were talking about how gorgeous this place was for days!

I still cannot get over how freaking GORGEOUS the both inside and outside of the barn is. The lighting is incredible. It all felt like a fairy tale!!! It got a little warm (We got married late August.), but the airflow in the barn is better than most and fans kept it cool enough for everyone to still have a great time dancing! And, of course, Monique and Adam (the renovators and owners) were so friendly, laid back and helpful! They were great to work with and helped our day go so smoothly! They put so much work into this venue, and it shows! Can't thank them enough!

Monique provided table set up options to assist us in staging the dinner and allowed us to tour the barn a number of times with our parents. Adam also went out of his way to get hay bales for us to use as decorations. Not to mention how incredibly beautiful the venue is! I would highly recommend Bloom Lake Barn to anyone looking for a rustic barn wedding.

After talking with Adam and Monique it was clear to us that this venue was going to be something special, and boy were we right. The detail and work this couple has put into the barn is beyond perfect. The barn itself is very large. With good weather, there are several beautiful options for an outdoor ceremony. If you luck out like we did and have rain, no worries at all because the inside of the barn is spectacular as well. Since the barn is so large there is plenty of room to have your guests retreat downstairs for a social hour while the upper level is flipped for the reception. No one felt crowded or uncomfortable which was important to me. Our guests could not stop talking about how much they loved the venue, even though it was raining. Monqiue and Adam are wonderful to work with. They are always willing to answer questions, respond to questions quickly and are flexible. They allowed us to coordinate with the couple getting married the day before us which saved us some money on lights and decor. We looked at several other barns before choosing Bloom Lake. You won't find more helpful owners and a more stunning one then this.
