Bloom Meadows

Bloom was the dream location for our western MA wedding. The space is incredibly clean, beautiful, and has lots of space for getting ready and hanging out before the ceremony. They are so well esteemed with local vendors, so finding caterers/ rentals etc was so easy since Rachel at Bloom helped us coordinate all of it. The entire year of planning was SO easy with Rachel and Sarah's help, and the way Sarah & Greg keep up the entire grounds is amazing. We had so many compliments on the venue and decor, and they really made the space feel like 'ours.' It is so worth the price, and having Rachel's expertise and comfort is priceless. We LOVE bloom! Can't rave enough about them!!!

From the moment we pulled into Bloom, I knew we had to get married at this venue! It had everything we were looking for, the bright rustic farmhouse feel, with beautiful grounds with greens and flowers everywhere you look, to the amenities we knew we wanted. A stunning spot for the ladies to hangout before making their grand entrance, to a space for the guys as well (it’s the groom’s day too!) the venue was GORGEOUS! We received countless compliments from our guests saying the same. Their team was fantastic, we decided to get married this year regardless of the uncertainty that covid brought to the table, but Rachel, Sarah and Greg walked us through every step of the way, keeping us updated as rules changed, and changed again and again! They kept us calm, made sure we knew our options and executed everything beautifully. My (now) husband and I looked at each other as we looked around for our outdoor scaled back reception and said “this is perfect”. We are SO happy we went with Bloom, and we’d do it over and over again! Thank you guys!!

The most idyllic Berkshire wedding venue you will find. Beautiful location & well thought-out venue with a staff who truly care about making your day the best it can be. They are talented, attentive, friendly, and worth every penny. I handed them boxes of decorations with very little direction and they turned it into something better than I had imagined. The aesthetic of the space is perfectly simple; every wedding they hold is completely unique but equally beautiful. You can transform the space into whatever vibe you're going for and I think that's so cool and not something that you can do with every venue. Also, who wouldn't want to wake up the morning after their wedding with those STUNNING views from the silo suite? We are SO thankful we chose Bloom Meadows to hold one of the most important days of our lives.

We cannot recommend Bloom Meadows enough. Greg and Sarah were incredible and instrumental to making our wedding day go off smoothly. Greg, Sarah and the team at Bloom Meadows go the extra mile to make sure that you have a wonderful wedding. The place also comes with additional great perks: beautiful chairs and wood tables, a fire pit and a really lovely bridal suite. The space is very flexible and can be configured in a number of different ways. There is also great flow out into the back patio and field. While the event space is really beautiful, the location and back field is stunning. We got married in the summer and everything was very lush and beautiful. We first saw the venue in December in the snow and it was really gorgeous then as well. Our friends and family still talk about what a great venue Bloom Meadows was for our wedding. We could not have found a more perfect spot to celebrate.

When we first visited Bloom Meadows it was nothing more than a slab of concrete at the base of the a breathtaking mountainside view. The owners, Sarah and Greg, walked the property with us, talked over the blue prints, and conveyed not only their vision for what Bloom Meadows would be, but their undeniable passion behind it. Five minutes in and there was no way we could even think twice in considering any other venue. They truly outdid themselves with the impeccable design, details, and overall execution. Booking a venue before it even exists may sound a bit crazy, yet that should be a testament to these two! They put us at ease from day one and exceeded each and every expectation when all was said and done. Bloom Meadows has encapsulated all the beauty the Berkshires has to offer and then some. It is a perfect blend of rustic charm with a modern industrial twist. The bridal suite in the silo is stunning. The space is the perfect place to spend your first night as newlyweds, not to mention it offers up a unique backdrop for photos. Being able to get ready, have our ceremony AND reception all in one location was a huge perk. From all the preparations leading up to our big day through the last guest leaving the reception, Sarah, Greg and their amazing event manager Rachel were there for us. They were always available for a visit when we were in the area, continuously offered up useful suggestions and were beyond accommodating and creative with options for seating and reception flow with our guest list being at max capacity. They coordinated with all of our vendors to ensure everyone was on a the same page, handled basically the entire set-up and literally SAVED the day when we ran into a few major hiccups with our rental company. They hunted down replacement rentals for us the NIGHT before our wedding when our contracted company failed to deliver them as scheduled. Their hard-work and attentiveness from start to finish was exceptional and we cannot thank them enough for making our day everything it was! Their dedication and professionalism is second to none and we are FOREVER grateful to have chosen Bloom Meadows . This is exactly what the Berkshires has been needing and we couldn’t be more excited to watch them continue to grow!

Obsessed. The first word that comes to mind when we think about Bloom Meadows. Patrick and I first met up with Greg and Sarah in front of a pile of dirt, some blue prints, and an early blooming mountainside. It did not take long for us to fall in love with the place! We felt at ease throughout the entire wedding planning process working with them. To watch it evolve into the gorgeous venue that it is today was so fun for us. It is the kind of place that you could dress up with a black tie or turn it into a backyard barbecue, it truly offers something for everyone. Now, Fast forward to our wedding weekend! First of all, there were so many details worked out by Sarah, Greg and Rachel that went on behind the scenes that just amazed us. They coordinated, what appeared seamlessly, with every single vendor. They managed to comfortably fit all 200 of our guests, promised us the rain would hold off, perfectly guided the evening from the minute our guests arrived to the very end of the night, and most importantly made us feel like the luckiest people in the world. Thank you for having a vision in the Berkshires and providing a location that completely captures the Berkshire spirit. And for the icing on the cake, we got to stay in the coolest silo on the east coast! It is safe to say we will forever be obsessed with this perfect gem in the beautiful Berkshires.

We will forever feel lucky beyond words that we chose Bloom Meadows for our wedding venue. After searching for and visiting many different venues, we kept wanting to find a place that felt like "us." We went up to visit Bloom Meadows during the construction and knew it was the place for us after meeting with Sarah and Greg. Their passion and enthusiasm for their vision for the venue made us so excited! The heart they put into every little detail of Bloom Meadows is remarkable and makes everyone feel at home. Sarah and Greg were absolutely amazing to work with. They care so much about you as a couple and were there with us every step of the way to answer questions, provide suggestions/recommendations, and give us peace of mind during an otherwise overwhelming wedding planning process. They set up our decorations and little details better than we could imagined and made our wedding vision come true! We never had to worry one bit on the day of the wedding about any of the little details because we knew everything was in the best hands with Sarah, Greg, and Rachel. Our guests can't stop talking about Bloom Meadows and the unique relaxed feel like no other venue! With Bloom Meadows, you are booking not only a gorgeous venue in a breathtaking setting, but a venue filled with so much love filled all throughout it!

We had our wedding at Bloom Meadows last weekend.Everything was completely perfect. The venue was gorgeous and had everything you could possibly want.
