ill using a LOT of fun, bright color and looking completely original. I had this strong gut feeling about her website / portfolio and it was definitely right! Bloom52 absolutely delivered, and threw details into the florals that we didn't know to ask for but that were absolutely perfect - from fully fleshing out the color palette we asked for to including the season's last gorgeous peaches 'n cream dahlias to beautiful flower crowns for our flower girls (since our church did not allow throwing flowers on the ground). She was very detail-oriented and very easy to work with, flexible when we asked to add things to the contract, even offered to take me on a tour of the flower market (though I ended up too busy). She tailored the sizes of our different pieces to our church & reception venue - and even adjusted pieces depending on how our table settings were changing in the last few days. Oh, and I am still DREAMING about my wedding bouquet and wish I could preserve it in some way - she totally took my vague ideas and turned them into a real-life fairytale bouquet. Hire her right now if she fits your budget - she'll deliver on whatever your wedding floral vision is, and it'll be unforgettable. Literally racking my brain right now trying to think of the next life event I have that'll justify hiring her again.

ing my wedding I didnt have much input in this department. Probably not what a florist wants to hear haha, but Katie and my planner worked together to create perfection to say the least. My bouquet was a mix of succulents, white peonies, white garden roses, blue thistle, blueberries and other stems you just have to see to imagine. It was a casual yet classy design perfect for my beachside wedding. She absolutely nailed it knowing my likes and dislikes. I LOVED everything she put together: She decorated the edges of the arch on the alter, my bridesmaids bouquets and centerpieces were beautiful, AND she even gave my pup the cutest floral wreath for around his neck :) Her prices are extremely fair and reasonable for the amount of effort and love she puts into her work.. Especially when traveling to Cape Cod to pull it all together. I can't thank her or recommend her enough! Plus she is literally the sweetest person I met along the wedding planning journey. I can safely say after my wedding, I truly enjoy flowers now and always have some in my home (even my front door wreath totally resembles my bouquet). Our bouquet has been dried and is now the centerpiece on our coffee table. Definitely book Bloom 52 for your wedding!!

l off, a portion of the money for the flowers go to purchasing art supplies for inner city students. Prior to the wedding day, Katie talked with me on the phone about my taste and met with my fiancé and I. When we met, she surprised us with a “thank you” bottle of wine and Japanese flowers. She is so professional and personable! On the day of the weeding, I was blown away by the magic she created. The asymmetrical floral/ greenery altar was amazing, the bouquets were breathtaking, and she even made peony necklaces for my surprise alpaca guests! Her creations are unlike any you have seen at any wedding. Her talent, professionalism, and thoughtfulness is unmatched. You can feel good about buying flowers from Katie because not only will they look amazing, but you are also supporting a good cause!

We had already booked our designer for our wedding down in Atlanta (the shower was in New Hampshire), but as soon as I saw her work I wished I had booked Katie instead!

dding was more of an elopement, very small and non-traditional, located in the Boston Public Garden. I had a vague vision of a bridal bouquet and a few small arrangements for some family members to hold that incorporated a range of dusty pink and ivory hues – other than that, I honestly had no idea what I wanted! Katie knew all the right questions to ask and immediately had several ideas with examples to view. She made our conversation so personalized and completely set my mind at ease: “How about this [size, shape, color],” and “do you like this style, or would you prefer it be [lighter, darker, taller, shorter].” She took notes about every detail and provided the most amazing guidance when I was unsure. 2. Incredibly transparent pricing: Following our meeting, Katie sent over the most beautiful, personalized, pricing sheet that included the examples of everything we discussed during our initial meeting. This allowed us the most stress-free ability to take a few days to figure out what we wanted to include, while knowing the exact costs. 3. The day of the ceremony: Katie arrived early at the hotel where we were getting ready and had all of the arrangements set-up and ready to go. She then took the time to help secure the flower combs for my sister and I, before meeting up with the guys to secure their boutonnieres (avoiding all assumed jacket mishaps had she not been there to help). Expertise: 1. Katie took my vague ideas and color schemes and turn them into the most extraordinary arrangements; she hand selected every single flower with so much thought and the most incredible eye! 2. The quality was unbelievable – I don’t believe my husband has ever commented on flowers, but the moment our ceremony ended he whispered, “those flowers are AMAZING!” I feel like that could be a review in itself. 3. Knowing that I was a non-traditional bride, Katie recognized that I wasn’t considering several things – the best example was the hair comb: she knew that I wanted to keep my hair simple and down, but also that I wasn’t sure about accessories. So she shared a few examples of different styles and past combs she created, just to see if it would be something I’d be interested in. Looking back, the floral comb is one of my absolute favorite parts of my wedding look and I am so appreciative that Katie thought to bring it up as an idea! Overall, I can’t recommend working with Bloom52 enough. The entire experience was so, incredibly, positive from start to finish. Also! I have to mention that Katie is a former art educator in the Boston Public Schools; when you work with her, a portion of your purchase goes directly toward supplying Boston art classrooms with new supplies and materials. Living and getting married in downtown Boston, we loved knowing that choosing Bloom52 as a vendor would result in supporting such a great cause in our community.

ouch. Katie was super easy to work with, guided me every step of the way to the perfect flowers and most importantly worked with my budget. I couldn't say enough about how FABULOUS my experience was!!
