Barb wasn't pushy that we wanted to do some other center pieces and even helped us brainstorm pretty ideas. We added some floating flowers and pedals to the other tables to add color. We added gold hops because my fiance works in the beer industry and we also added purple kale to signify health, and gold olive branches to signify peace and harmony. Her team was there extra early to set up the ceremony site and ensure everyone had the appropriate flowers they needed for the wedding. They were so nice and very attentive to detail. Bloomin' Buckets also provided our floral arrangements for our rehearsal dinner and they were the most beautiful, large arrangements I have ever laid eyes on. We gave Barb free reign to select an arrangement that would complement our event space and aesthetic and she blew my expectations far out of the water. Barb just does the best job and there's nothing else I can say. Please, do yourself a favor and look into Bloomin' Buckets for your wedding flowers (and all other flowers you may ever need)!

After 2 meetings with Barb and finalizing our choices, I was excited to see what she would come up, and when the flowers arrived on our wedding day, I could not have been happier with the outcome! Barb and her team were so helpful on the day of the wedding, helping set up the reception hall, getting the right bouquets to the right girls, and pinning on the boutonnieres. I really feel like we got a great value for our floral budget since my inspiration pictures were orchids, peonies, roses, and other pricey plants and we had a huge space to fill. The best part is that my wedding flowers weren't copies of someone else's, they were made just for me by an exceptionally creative and talented florist and her team.

Going to the Market with Barb is the absolute best ! Seeing the blooms in person creates perspective. The brides bouquet, bridesmaids, and even down to the bouts all tied in perfectly and looked incredible. The personal service and professionalism just can't be topped. The arrangements lacked the professional polish I expected for spending thousands of dollars. And while she did listen to me in that 1st meeting, she did not use her professional expertise to filter or create beautiful arrangements. They looked haphazard and were very disappointing. Plus many things looked contemporary which was not at all the look we discussed. After the showing I wrote an email that my wedding planner sent to the florist detailing the changes we wanted. And expressing that I was unhappy with the showing. I tried to be nice and professional in it because I'd already paid my deposit and she was my wedding florist, so I wanted our working relationship to be good even if the first showing was awful. We waited for two weeks and heard nothing back despite my wedding planning calling and emailing her. After two weeks, I asked for a refund of my deposit and said I assumed she wasn't' interested in the project since I had heard nothing from, despite her getting an email that I was very disappointed and upset. After I asked for my refund she called my wedding planner and was emotional and unprofessional and mentioned she'd already called her lawyer and didn't have to return any of my deposit. She then said she'd call me the next day when she was more calm. I waited two days and she didn't call again. So I emailed again asking for the return of my deposit. She responded to that by sending me a bill for more money. At this point I figured it was best to talk face to face and just work this out. This was impossible. She was emotional and defensive from the start. She swore at me and told me she "didn't give a sh*t". She admitted the work she had done was not worth $1200 (my deposit of $800 plus the bill she sent me) and said I didn't have to pay the bill but that she could not refund me any of my deposit b/c it was non-refundable and she felt her actions were justified in not responding to me for two weeks when I was upset she actually said "Do you expect me to sit at a computer all day?" and when I mentioned she'd updated her FB, Pinterest, blog, etc. she just kind of ignored it. She basically told me I could only speak with her lawyer and that was totally unwilling to compromise -- I even asked for us to just split the deposit. She refused. While I think this florist can do beautiful arrangements as seen in her photos and at a friend's wedding prior to mine, I would strongly hesitate to recommend her to anyone because of her inconsistency, unprofessionalism and her outbursts. Planning a wedding is stressful enough, I should have had to deal with this. And I would truly worry for any other bride working with her because my experience was 100% the worst customer service I've ever received. Ultimately, she kept my deposit and I hired another florist because I felt working with her would be impossible after her unprofessionalism. Later she offered me a credit of $800 to use in her shop, but I would not trust her to make any arrangements for any occasion based on my personal experience. It would be too nerve wracking.
