Sophie was incredible! She made me look and feel so beautiful on my wedding day while also still looking like myself. My hair and makeup lasted all day and night, even with lots of dancing and crying in the middle of Texas summer. My venue got changed last minute due to Hurricane Beryl and Sophie and her team were super accommodating! They made sure that I was still able to receive all of my services even with the last minute changes. Sophie and her team are extremely kind and their work is amazing. I would recommend them to everyone :) You won't regret booking her for your wedding!

Sophie did my bridal hair and the hair of my 4 bridesmaids. The hair turned out even better than my inspo pics, I was blown away at her expertise and artistry. She was on time and reasonably priced, and also has a wonderful personality.

She did exactly what I asked for during our trial, and as the day went on, I realized a few changes I wanted to make my big day! I wrote them down in my notes and on the day of my wedding she so easily changed and perfected the things I wanted! I felt so beautiful and still so much like me! The biggest thing that hit it out of the park for me was she STAYED on my wedding day and helped me secure my veil into place after I got my wedding dress on! It really felt like I had an extra friend there with me! I could keep going on and on but I could truly not recommend Blooming Beauty enough for future brides! Ps. The way my makeup didn’t even think of budging when I was crying! Amazing!

I did hair and makeup services for myself and my bridesmaids and moms through Blooming Beauty and had a great experience. From a planning perspective, Sophie is great to work with. She sends tons of tips and tricks for prep as you get closer to your day and also recommends products to use. She is very responsive to any questions you have throughout the process. I was nervous in general because I usually don’t do very much with my makeup so was really up in the air as to how I wanted to look on my wedding day. My trial was very laid back, Miranda and Sophie were open to playing around and experimenting to see what I wanted, always noting we can make tweaks on the day if I felt a certain way about something once wearing the hair and makeup throughout the day. On the wedding day itself, Sophie was on hair and Miranda was on makeup and they did a great job keeping to the time schedule. They are both very personable and were fun to have around and did a great job with understanding what each person was looking to do style wise. Everyone was very happy with how things turned out and I was personally very happy with my overall look. Wearability was good (through all my tears) and they gave us all the puffs to use throughout the day and I had a little extra of my lip color. I would definitely recommend using Blooming Beauty!

Sophie and her team were absolutely amazing!! Their communication was great throughout the whole process and made me feel at ease. The morning of our wedding, Gissel and Laura worked so efficiently and got everyone finished well within our time frame. We could not recommend Sophie and her team enough! They were so accommodating (even fitting a last minute hair styling in) and everyone looked wonderful throughout the entire night. She even snuck me an energy drink last minute which I really needed lol!

Communication was prompt and clear throughout the process, scheduling the trial and day of timeline was easy, and we were thrilled with the results. They were efficient and on schedule, listened to exactly what each person wanted, and delivered beautiful results for everyone.

Sophie was a great coordinator and communicator! However, the two team members were both late. One was 20 minutes late and the other 30 minutes late. I was rushed doing my own makeup because of this reason. My hair was AMAZING and exactly what I wanted! My bridesmaids' makeup and hair was also perfect!

Sophie’s communication is outstanding; her prep emails leading up to the wedding helped me feel confident that every detail was in place and cut down on wedding stress. Professional features like the Blooming Beauty portal and a recommended skincare line and regimen were next level. Sophie listened to my preferences and easily personalized my makeup during the trial, including cool tones, smaller lashes, and a bright lip. My first hair and makeup artist was not communicating and a few weeks before the wedding we decided to change to someone different. Giselle was amazing! From being there on time and ready to start hair and makeup to ensuring everything looked great despite running 10 minutes behind schedule. She was very professional and understood what we wanted for hair and makeup and exceeded our expectations.

Sophie was such a joy to work with!! I wasn’t crazy about a couple things from the trial but she was able to easily make those adjustments on the wedding day and helped me feel so confident walking down the aisle! She did an AMAZING job at keeping the makeup looking glam but still keeping me looking like myself which is exactly what I wanted. And that makeup lasts ALL DAY! I had a July wedding with outdoor pictures and an active dance floor and my makeup did not budge once! My updo stayed pretty amazingly too. If you are looking for someone to feel comfortable and confident with, Sophie is your girl!!!

Sophie, the owner, is helpful and clear with any questions you bring to her. She is very communicative and prompt responding to and updating clients. I, the bride, received hair and makeup for my wedding day along with a trial run. I do not know much about makeup, as I don't wear it often, and at my trial I had inspo photos and Sophie easily took it from there. The makeup was beautiful and natural looking. When we were discussing my hairstyle, she worked with me and gave advice on how best to structure it for what I wanted. Sophie did both my hair and makeup on the wedding day. I also received a touch up kit with my bridal package. I had four bridal party women get hair and makeup, and two received only hair services. Karla did their hair and Sophie did the women who wanted makeup. Both Karla and Sophie did a wonderful job on achieving everyone's desired look. Sophie recently moved her studio to the Galleria area and the new location is great! There was great lighting, some snacks and drinks were available for clients, and Sophie had a speaker playing music for us while each bridal party member waited to be called. I highly recommend using Blooming Beauty Company! Sophie is professional and knowledgeable and it shows in her company. With her services, you do not become someone else for your wedding day, rather, you become a more beautiful version of yourself. For someone who doesn't usually wear makeup, I was grateful that I could still see myself looking back at me in the mirror. I still look at the wedding preview photos from two weeks ago and think "dang, I look hot!".

Sophie and Karla did an amazing job for my wedding! I literally have never felt as beautiful as I felt on my wedding day. I have dry skin and acne so I was really worried about how my makeup would look, but it looked great all day! I didn't have to do any touchups throughout the night. They also did great work on our moms (60+ and picky!) and bridesmaids, and were able to roll with any changes. Sophie is a perfectionist, and I felt like I was in great hands with her from the trial, to my bridal portraits, and my wedding day!

Karla and Gloria were the dream team for my wedding! They did hair and makeup for all 7 bridesmaids, my mom, and myself (bride). Everyone looked absolutely stunning! Blooming Beauty was amazing to work with! We had 12 people getting hair and makeup done and the team was great! Everyone loved how their hair and makeup turned out and it held up great! Pictures came out beautifully too! Blooming Beauty was so easy to book with and quick with communication. I had my hair and makeup trial done and I tweaked a couple things for day of and Sophie knew exactly what I wanted! I was complimented all night by everyone saying how beautiful I looked (thanks to Sophie 😊). The style of Blooming beauty is an absolutely perfect mix between natural and glam makeup, so you’ll look beautiful in pictures and in person!

Sophie did hair for myself and a few of my bridesmaids and I honestly cannot say enough great things about her and her services! I found her through my photographer’s social media and I’ll always consider her my saving grace as I was having a hard time not hearing back from other hairstylists. She styled my hair for my bridal session as well and she was the most understanding person when I called her almost in tears for running late to my trial due to Houston traffic and was very comforting and reassuring that everything would be okay. My girls and I loved having Sophie to help out and make us beautiful for the big day. She was also very prompt at replying to any emails and questions I had, which is always a big bonus for me. The trial went smoothly (she is literally hilarious) and knew I could trust her on my big day. She did exactly what I wanted. My hair looked exactly like the photos I showed her. Amazing job. They arrived on time, had fair pricing, did great work, and made the entire getting ready process fun.
