Where do I begin? Joann was a pleasure to work with. From the first appointment I felt at ease. She was so organized and knowledgeable. I cannot say enough great things about Joann! She perfectly captured my vision for what I wanted for my wedding. Her pieces are stunning! I learned about her through several other brides in a NJ Bride Facebook group, and I am so glad that I did! She sat down with my husband and I to discuss and show us all of the types of flowers and greenery that she could use with my lavender/eucalyptus theme. I knew that she had been in the business for a very long time and this showed completely with how knowledgeable she was. She is so sweet and so easy to work with, showing me all of the images of her work as well as different styles, even texting me some pictures a few weeks before the wedding of different weddings she was doing to get me even more excited! It really made me completely trust her. I was floored on the day of my wedding! My bouquet, the bouquets for all of the bridesmaids, the high top centerpieces (which 6 were also repurposed from the columns from my outdoor ceremony), the 5 arch pieces for my outdoor ceremony (which were then repurposed to fit on my fireplace at my venue as well as the sweetheart table), and the flowers and candles during cocktail hour and the reception were all perfect! People raved at how beautiful my flowers were. I mention how she was able to repurpose some of the flowers to fit in different areas of the venue because this was extremely important to me and cut down the cost significantly instead of having to use double the flowers for these areas. Joann is the type of person that does quality work and will not try to over-charge you on pricing. The price of flowers are expensive in itself, but Joann will do whatever she can to make sure she stays within your budget. I explained what I wanted to several other florists when I was describing my vision, and the quotes I received for the same exact thing were well over what she had charged. I cannot recommend her enough! She is my favorite vendor that I worked with!

Something that immediately comes through is not only her knowledge of flowers, but she is truly gifted when it comes to understanding how a vision translates to the venue and season. We had our wedding at the park chateau estate & gardens in NJ. I found Joann’s work by researching online for florists in the area. Not only did she do a beautiful job, but she cared about us as people and we really connected. We were able to communicate easily, and she somehow matched all of my florals to my bridesmaids dresses. I don’t even know where to begin. Joann from the beginning was an absolute dream. She helped make my vision for my prefect day come true. Joann was the absolute BEST! From the initial meeting we had a year prior to our wedding to the day of our wedding, I could not have been happier. Joann and her staff did such an amazing job on my April 2022 wedding. When we started talking I told her that as long as the flowers are pink, red and colorful I don't care about the details. She took that simple sentence and designed the perfect arrangement for me and our ceremony. I could not have gotten a better vision if I tried. Our flowers were beautiful, vibrant, and pintrest worthy! Her and her staff are true artisans! Good for the wedding budget too.

Where to begin? Joann is absolutely fantastic and I’m so glad I got to work with her as our florist. She did an amazing job bringing to life the exact look I wanted in all of the floral arrangements (very classy, full blooms with pops of color, no ‘wild English garden look’). She was SO helpful too in picking flowers that would actually be available and in-season (Pinterest is so misleading!) Even when we were one week out and I realized I wasn’t happy with the one pop of color flower we had chosen (a burgundy flower for a November wedding), she immediately got on the phone with me, sent me pictures over text of other possible flowers, and gave me updates on what was available that week at the flower market. Everything ended up coming together so beautifully and we received so many compliments on the floral arrangements. She also didn’t bat an eye when I found out there was a noon wedding ahead of us at our reception, and she promised to get everything done in time for us - and she did! She pulled off magic. She also went above and beyond, adding some flowers to our cake (because I suspect she thought our sugar flowers weren’t big or ‘popping’ enough with color lol) It made the cake so much more fun and colorful, yet still classy. There aren’t enough words I can say about Joanne!! From day 1 she knew exactly what my envision was. She was by far my favorite vendor to work with. Any little detail I forgot especially 2 days before the big day I messaged her and she made it happen! We even had a wedding that ended right before ours at the venue and so I was worried that the entire room wouldn’t get done in time and when I first walked in the ballroom that day my jaw dropped I couldn’t believe what she and her staff pulled off in a matter of 2 hours. Her flowers last forever. Everything was perfect start to finish. I couldn’t have asked for a better florist!

Joann creates masterpieces! Every little floral detail was perfect and beautiful. I could not have been happier with how everything look for our wedding day. We used Blooming Brides Florist for our wedding day! Joann was AMAZING! From when we booked to the day of, Joann was professional and thorough. She made changing our wedding day easy and stress free. Prior to the wedding day, Joann scheduled a call to review all the details. The day of, Joann was on time, professional, and assisted the bridesmaids and groomsmen with the floral arrangements giving pointers because it was a very hot day (97 degrees). Even with the hot weather, the bouquet, boutineers, and corsages all lasted the entire day looking great! I definitely recommend Blooming Brides for any couple looking for a florist. Words can't describe how great Joann is! I, like many others, had to have my wedding rescheduled due to covid. I did not even get to the part of picking a florist for my original date, and then held off on hiring anyone for a while because of the uncertainty of everything. I called Joann last minute and immediately connected with her. My rescheduled date was the same weekend as Mother's Day, so it was definitely not an easy task! Joann put together the most beautiful centerpieces, bouquets, and statement pieces all around with the shortest timeline and no guidance from me. Joann is so incredibly talented and was super easy to work with. I walked in at our first meeting with barely any clue what I was doing or wanted and she was so helpful and patient to help me figure out what I wanted. I recently used Blooming Brides for my wedding in March and could not recommend enough. Joann was so helpful and easy to work with. She stayed in constant communication with me and always answered any questions I had very quickly. She also went over details I hadn't even thought of. She joked with me about her perfectionism, but it is precisely that mixed with her fine attention to detail that made her such an exceptional choice for our florist. When I first met Joann, I knew she was the florist of my dreams and I couldn't wait to work with her for my wedding. Fast forward several months and COVID, Joann has been nothing but kind, understanding, and accommodating. After postponing our big wedding in May 2020, we decided to go forward with a small church ceremony in July 2020 with plans of still having our big wedding in the future. My frantic self called Joann and she literally made my bouquet, boutonnieres and corsages with 3 days notice and delivered them to my house. They were absolutely beautiful and I'm so thankful that she was there for me at moments notice. I look forward to working with her again for our big wedding in 2022.

Joann is such a wonderful person to work with! We first approached her to provide the arrangements for our wedding which was originally scheduled for April, 2020. Then the world turned upside down. We gave her the new date (July, 2020) and she was still able to accommodate us - and the world continued to be crazy. Our third date was picked (11/21/20), Joann was still with us, holding my hand, keeping me calm, walking me through the process and last minute details, even as new pandemic regulations were being announced. She reached out to me ensuring all would be well. The big day finally came, and the bouquets were absolutely GORGEOUS! Better than I could even imagine, the scent of the roses was soft and gently perfumed the air. The boutonniere flowers were fresh and firm, and held up through out a day of congratulations, hugs and dances. Our centerpieces of potted succulents added such a unique flavor to the tables, allowed for conversation to flow, and matched our color scheme of silver and dusty pink. Blooming Brides and Joann Montague are one of the best vendors I have worked with. The pieces were well within our price point, and just completed the entire bridal dream that had. Blooming Brides and Joann are AHHHHMAZING!!!!!!! We hired Blooming Brides for our wedding on October 24. I am not a big flower person and Joann knew just how to make my day special just for us! She would text me ideas and becomes excited when making the arrangements which makes you even more excited!! She is extremely knowledgeable, creative, and patient. I wanted white pumpkins as my centerpiece. For weeks before the wedding, Joann went above and beyond to find those white pumpkins. When she couldn't find ones that would be worth putting as my centerpiece, she called me more upset than a vendor should be! She never took the cheap way out. We changed the centerpieces to orange pumpkins and I truthfully could not be happier. All the centerpieces were taken by family and friends and they are STILL calling me to compliment how beautiful the arrangements are. She truly exceeded all expectations, and I was amazed by her talent, professionalism and most importantly, her kindness. Blooming Brides florist was amazing! Joann, the owner, is so accommodating and fun to work with. She was always a call or text away and I always felt like a priority. Her team came early the day of the wedding and their work was awesome. I would recommend Blooming Brides a million times!!!

We had the pleasure of having Joann as our florist for our wedding on 8/28/2020. She was truly wonderful to work with throughout the entire wedding planning process. We had major changes to our wedding due to COVID-19 and Joann was quick to adapt with us. She is extremely responsive and her attention to detail is unmatched. She is passionate about her work and it shows – our flowers were more beautiful than we could have imagined, and we received compliments on them all day and night. Her arrangements were beautiful and fresh, and they held up well throughout all the festivities. Joann went above and beyond for us and brought our wedding vision to life. I had my small wedding on 8/22/20 with just 26 people. Worked with Joann to generate my vision of simple floral arrangements and decorations within my budget. With the inconsistency of state guidelines in the current climate, we had to make constant changes, but we were able to work everything out in the end. Her suggestions were helpful. The floral arrangements and bouquets were beautiful. One thing I was not super satisfied with was the garland arrangement that I asked to be fixed atop of a faux flower wall I was renting from another vendor. It was not what I expected it to be and it was off center which bugs me a little when I look at the pictures. Otherwise, professional and punctual.

Absolutely gorgeous! Our winter wedding went great with her help. All the flowers were fresh and on time. Highly recommended.

Blooming Brides (Joann) was AMAZING!! She was incredibly responsive & easy to work with and provided absolutely gorgeous flowers for my wedding. Even in the midst of a pandemic, she was delightful and able to pull my vision together. We weren't able to do a normal meet & greet and had to coordinate solely via email and by me sending a few inspiration pictures. Joann delivered what I asked for and so much more. Absolutely beautiful arrangements for a very good price. Cannot thank Joann enough!

There are no words to describe Blooming Brides Florist other than THE BEST. Joann is the most kind and helpful person we've worked with throughout the wedding planning process thus far. When we first met Joann, we had absolutely no idea what kind of flowers we wanted for our wedding day. Within an hour, we left our consultation with centerpiece and bouquet ideas more beautiful and better than I could have ever imagined. She also worked within the budget we provided her. Any time we need Joann, she responds immediately! I appreciate this so much since I have not had the same experience with a few of our other vendors. Unfortunately, our wedding was postponed from June to November due to COVID-19 and she was unbelievably accommodating and professional, simply rolling our dates over. She made a really stressful situation a breeze! I can't wait for our wedding day to see the beautiful bouquets and centerpieces I know Joann will create!!

I don't even know where to begin! Joann, of Blooming Brides Florist has been nothing but amazing since the first time I spoke to her almost a year and a half ago. We booked her right on the spot. I had some visions, and with that, she turned my visions into something that I knew would be beautiful. During the months of the planning process, Joann was so helpful, kind, patient, and supportive. She worked with us to make sure our flowers for our wedding was everything we wanted. I had so much confidence in her, I knew she was one vendor I would not have to worry about. When Joann came and brought me my boquet, it was everything I wanted and more. The colors and the flowers, and how she wrapped it with a piece of my late mom's veil. It was stunning to say the least. My guests raved and raved and raved about how beautiful our centerpieces were and I couldn't agree more! I can say tons more nice things about Joann and Blooming Brides. But, I'll leave it at this.. not only is Joann hard working, creative, imaginative and talented, she is so incredibly sweet. Thank you Joann, for everything you did for us and for making our day so special with your beautiful, hard work. We both truly appreciate everything.

Joann was absolutely wonderful. We knew nothing about flowers or how we wanted everything, and within an hour of first meeting her she helped formed our jumbled thoughts into beautiful designs that were custom to us and our wants. She knew the exact questions to ask us to be able to design our ceremony space and centerpieces as well as all the bouquets. Since everything was customized specifically to us she didn't have any pictures of arrangements she did in the past that would be exactly the same, so she sent us pictures as she was picking out our arrangements to make sure we knew what were were getting . I had also wanted to put some sentimental items on my bouquet and Joann worked tirelessly to make it perfect! The day of centerpieces and bouquets were more than stunning and we got so many compliments about the flowers. One of the few weddings I've been to where people were gladly taking the centerpieces home with them. Could not recommend Joann enough!!

As soon as I met with Joann, I knew she was the florist for me! I cannot say enough about how beautiful and wonderful her work was. She spent a lot of time getting the exact vision of what I wanted for my wedding (which was a lot because I basically came in with just my color scheme and that I wanted lilies in my bouquet). The day of, I was blown away by how beautiful ALL my flowers were! The coral matched exactly to my bridal party (which is amazing because that specific coral was hard to find outside of David's Bridal) and the lilies in my bouquet were stunning. I got to live the coral, peach floral fantasy on my wedding day! You will not regret booking her!

Joann truly is a magician. When I forest contacted her I had no idea what I wanted. She was able to narrow down all my ideas and took into account everything I wanted and didn’t want ultimately creating my vision of perfection. Hiring Joann was easily the best decision we made. She treated us like family and made our special day so much more beautiful! She is absolute BEST!

All I can say is thank goodness for Joann! My husband and I planned our October 5th wedding in under three months. It wasn't until early September that we decided we absolutely needed a florist. I panicked and assumed that with such short notice we might not be able to find one. For us, it was a no brainer to reach out to Joann of Blooming Brides Florist first. After reading the positive reviews left by other brides, I crossed my fingers and hoped that she'd be available. After frantically explaining my situation and the timeframe we needed to work with, Joann reassured me that everything would work out. We made an appointment to meet with her and from then on it was smooth sailing. Joann is a true professional and really connects with, and cares about her client's and their vision. I showed her some photos of what I wanted our arrangements to look like and on the day of the wedding I was absolutely blown away. Joann has totally mastered her craft. From our centerpieces, to the boutonnieres, each flower was perfectly in place. What made the morning of our wedding extra special was that Joann delivered the flowers to the venue and was able to share in my excitement. We received so many compliments on our flowers. I still have one of our centerpieces on our dining room table. My bouquet as well! I have been recommending Joann/Blooming Brides Florist to all of my friends and will continue to do so. Joann was nothing short of exceptional. She was easy to work with and used her experience to help us make the best decision for our flower arrangements. During the day of the wedding everything was PERFECT. The bouquets were beautiful, and the table center pieces made the room look amazing. The flowers on our cake were elegant and gorgeous. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Blooming Brides! We had met with a few florists while wedding planning, but within two minutes of meeting Joann, the owner, I knew we found our florist. She was the full package - passionate and excited about her work, extremely knowledgeable, creative, and patient. At our initial consultation (before we even hired her), she spent about an hour listening to all of my vague ideas of what I wanted, and was able to build on and develop them until I had a clear vision for my wedding. She spent so much time showing me photos of her past weddings, looking at my inspirational photos from Pinterest, walking me through all the vase and candle options, etc. I just knew we were in good hands with her. From that initial consultation through to the wedding, it was all smooth sailing. On the day of the wedding, I could not believe how gorgeous everything looked! The centerpieces, bouquets, chuppah and everything else - all stunning. One of the beautiful, personal touches she added is that she took a ton of photos in the hours leading up to the wedding (she was at the venue with her team setting up), and sent them all to me. One of those photos, taken at the ceremony rehearsal, is everyone's favorite photo from the wedding - better than anything our photographers captured! She truly exceeded all expectations, and I was amazed by her talent, professionalism, kindness, and enthusiasm. I also want to add that her prices are extremely reasonable. That might even be an understatement. And she will suggest ideas to help you save money (like she suggested that we recycle the flowers on the chuppah to use on the sweetheart table instead of paying for an additional sweetheart table arrangement). Hiring Joann from Blooming Brides as our florist was truly one of the best decisions we made with respect to our wedding. I emphatically recommend her!

Blooming Brides/JoAnn was an amazing florist to work with! I did not know much about flowers and she was so helpful in her suggestions. All of our flowers (bouquets, boutonnières, ceremony, reception, even cake flowers and flower girl basket) all turned out absolutely beautiful. The colors all coordinated so well and looked amazing.
