This is a great company. Very eager to help and to go out of the way for assistance.

First meeting. Followed by stress when it came closer tot he wedding. She couldn't do the cake she promised she would for the price we agreed on. So she said 2 days b4 the wedding that it'll need more $ or they can make a smaller cake or a simpler one.;Do not go with Blooming Creations. They have a new location in the OC but it's by the same person. I just found out that. They'll promise you everything until you make the deposit. Then they'll tell you two days before the wedding that they can't unless you pay more and by then it's too late to find someone else and you'll have to pay the extra just because it's already too late. She was rude and sent rude emails after we tried to reason with them about the details. She made the worst cake ever. It literally looked like a child drew on it. It nearly ruined our wedding day. The coordinator is Phyllis Wilson and the baker is Mona Smith. Phyllis the most horrible one and their staff just isn't good at anything. Their pictures on the website must've been fake because our cake was ugly and the chair covers were all wrong. The cake was supposed to be a red velvet cake and it wasn't. the only thing red was the strawberries which were thrown on top. I could have thrown it on myself had I known. DO NOT GO TO THIS BAKER OR EVEN THEIR BAKERY!
