The flowers were beautiful and exactly what I was looking for! Their prices are affordable. My bridal bouquet was huge (maybe even a tad too heavy lol) but then again totally wort...
h the price! Delivery and pick-up was prompt, and Brianna and her mom were very sweet. Would recommend!
Blooms and Blossoms stands out as the most disappointing business experience I’ve encountered throughout my wedding planning journey. In January 2024, I attended the wedding expo a...
t the fair grounds, where I was thrilled to win a raffle that included a toss bouquet, grooms’ boutonnière, and access to all their glass and candleware for free. I wanted to make some changes and add my bouquet, I was more than willing to cover the difference in cost.
However, the process has been anything but smooth. Since April 2024, I’ve reached out to them twice for an estimate on the additional cost, but I’ve yet to receive a response. The last update I received was in December 2024, when I was advised to be patient and that I would receive something right after the new year. It’s now March, and I have yet to receive anything.
This lack of professionalism and the runaround I’ve experienced have left me deeply discouraged. My fiancé and I were excited about this opportunity to support this business, but unfortunately, we can’t do so due to the poor service we’ve received. If I could give them a rating, I would give them a solid zero stars.
They were very accommodating. Friendly. Produces beautiful arrangements! Wish I could keep my bridal bouquet alive forever!
