These talented florists bring their careful attention to detail and excellent customer service to every display they curate throughout Central New York.
Owner Brianna Goodwin began working with her mother in the floral industry at a young age. Her keen eye for design made her an excellent florist, and she now runs the flower shop full time. Brianna loves meeting with soon-to-be-newlyweds who come into the store looking for the blooms that will accompany their wedding. Making each client’s big day beautiful and bespoke is her honor and delight.
For your special occasion, Blooms and Blossoms Florist can create everything from your bouquet to your altar décor. Among their many services are corsages, boutonnieres, centerpieces, aisle decorations, flower crowns, and baskets. Flower options include carnations, lilies, daisies, sunflowers, roses, and more. t the fair grounds, where I was thrilled to win a raffle that included a toss bouquet, grooms’ boutonnière, and access to all their glass and candleware for free. I wanted to make some changes and add my bouquet, I was more than willing to cover the difference in cost.
However, the process has been anything but smooth. Since April 2024, I’ve reached out to them twice for an estimate on the additional cost, but I’ve yet to receive a response. The last update I received was in December 2024, when I was advised to be patient and that I would receive something right after the new year. It’s now March, and I have yet to receive anything.
This lack of professionalism and the runaround I’ve experienced have left me deeply discouraged. My fiancé and I were excited about this opportunity to support this business, but unfortunately, we can’t do so due to the poor service we’ve received. If I could give them a rating, I would give them a solid zero stars.
