hat was half the requested height, under-inflated, tied with garish Kelly green ribbons (on a black/white/gold/ aqua) balloon bouquet, and purposely tied/tangled two bouquets together. The experience was a nightmare. Had I not sent my husband to pick them up, I would have refused them then and there. I immediately reached out to the owner, Wendi, with whom I placed the order. She took ZERO accountability, indicating that they were busy with three 10:00 funerals that day. When I responded, requesting a refund (photos were provided), she said she would like to meet me for coffee. I don’t want to meet her for coffee so she can tell me why her small business can’t afford to make this right. She professes her Christianity; however, feels it’s okay to underperform if it makes her money. There is SO much wrong with her and her business practices. All negative reviews make the same claim. I gave her the opportunity to fix this, in lieu of my posting bad reviews. Apparently, her satisfaction guarantee is nothing but false advertising.

ly slightly larger than my bridesmaids. For the significant price difference between the bridesmaids and bride, I would have expected my bouquet to be noticeably larger. I even had several people state they thought my bouquet was the same size as the bridesmaids. Secondly, there was a lack of communication. Our contract stated the use of large tall glass votives for the center pieces. Instead, we were given small floral arrangements for centerpieces which was a disappointment in regards to want I envisioned. Instead of communicating with us that were not enough votives (even though they were included in the price of the contract), we were given a small glass vase for the floral arrangement without being told of the change. A blue ribbon was suppose to be used on the bridesmaids bouquets as well. It never was. As I stated, the arrangements were beautiful and the flowers were gorgeous, but overall, I was disappointed. I would recommend to be in close communications with them. I also recommend to see the arrangements before the big day to make sure they meet your expectations and there are no changes in regards to what was stated in the contract.
