Blooms by Sammi offers every new client an initial consultation. After learning and understanding a couple's vision for their dream wedding, Sammi and her team will design a personalized package for their celebration. This package will include several on-site and off-site design meetings to perfect the couple's wedding décor scheme. Sammi can curate all kinds of floral displays for weddings and other special events, from simple bouquets to dramatic table centerpieces. She and her fellow florists take pride in their ability to pour love, care, and artistry into every arrangement they create.

Owner/Floral Designer
With about 20 years of experience, I started working in the wedding industry in 2004 as a catering manager for the Hilton Americas in downtown Houston. Immediately I fell in love with weddings. After a couple of years I started working as a Wedding Coordinator for a popular wedding venue where I worked an average of 5 weddings a week. So I obtained a lot of great experience. During that time my love for wedding flowers bloomed and I was obsessed. I started playing around with bouquets and arrangements for acquaintances, and taking work shops whenever I could. After a few years a coworker and I started our own business together offering wedding planning and florals. As much as I loved the floral side of the business I was never able to take on more than a couple of large events a month while also doing full planning services. So in 2023 I decided to start my own business working exclusively with florals. I love getting to know the bride. And I love seeing the look on her face when her vision comes to life. I run a small business and have no desire to grow too big. It gives me the time to get more involved with each wedding and it allows me to keep my pricing more budget friendly.
