I specifically had my mother from out of town fly in to attend meetings with me because I just didn’t know what to look for. I did know that I wanted to see the warehouse first to know what items were available. Many other vendors didn’t let us see a warehouse until we had a contract, but Stylish Stems did. We had met with multiple other companies. We met Jacki and she was so personable and kind. Our wedding was originally scheduled for July 2020 and we wanted bright summer colors. The bridesmaids dresses were royal blue. We ended up postponing our wedding to the Fall, but Jacki reassured us we could still have our vision and incorporate the bright colors we wanted but also make it look Fall-like. We had a chuppah built and Stlyish Stems replicated my vision I had on my Pinteresrt board. It really was incredible and everyone kept complimenting the chuppah. When I arrived to the ceremony, an employee from Stylish Stems came up to me to congratulate me and ask if I wanted to see my bouquet. I teared up! It was so beautiful. The design in the reception room was also incredible. We were able to split the cost for a hanging greenery from a couple who had a wedding at the venue the night before. Stylish Stems was so professional the day of the wedding, and so quick to correspond throughout the year I have worked with them. The boutonnieres were also beautiful and they also gave us a floral dog collar for our dog. We repurposed our bridesmaid bouquets to table center pieces which was beautiful. We loved Stylish Stems and highly recommend! I think the floral and design is REALLY what made our wedding what is was! Thank you!

She balanced the colors and textures of the arrangements masterfully. My bridal bouquet was just incredible! (And withstood hours of photos!) Our guests were very impressed! I had very little communication with stylish stems leading up to the wedding bc I was so busy with other tasks so I was really amazed by how well they did with such little instruction. I also reached out to multiple florists and stylish stems was the most affordable by far. If you are a stressed out bride that wants a florist that knows what they are doing and will take care of it all w little direction needed- I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND stylish stems.

And while Stylish Stems' work certainly isn't cheap, I felt like I was getting real value for the price, rather than being nickel and dimed. Each time I had a question or requested a change, Jacki followed up immediately with an updated proposal. We also decided to use Stylish Stems for our rehearsal dinner, and Jacki was so creative in reusing some of those florals the next day at our wedding! She created such a magical effect using flowers, candles and greenery, and we've received so many compliments on her work. As I told her after the wedding, now I'm trying to marry off one of my siblings just so I can work with her again! We wholeheartedly recommend Stylish Stems.

I was so pleased with how many flowers and other details I was able to get for my budget, and I owe that all to her! Stylish Stems has a policy where they will not meet brides in person who have a budget of less than $5k. I was a little worried about this, but so many other florists completely refused to work with me because of my budget, so I gave it a go and it was the best decision. Jacki always made time to answer my emails promptly and was always open to talk on the phone for a consult whenever I needed it. She was always so bubbly, kind, and patient with me- and that's saying something because I can be so indecisive. She really helped bring my vision to life. And in the end, everything she designed was absolutely beautiful! I got endless compliments on the flowers and could not have been happier with how everything turned out. I do not feel like I missed out at all not being able to sit down and plan with her in person. In fact, it was probably less stressful this way. The customer service I received was exceptional. However, there was a little hiccup the day of the wedding that prevents me from providing a 5 star review. A few things from my floral design were forgotten and not set up by the on-site coordinator on my wedding day. I notified my venue coordinator as soon as I noticed the missing items. Unfortunately, the florist was unable to return and my venue coordinator had to do some quick thinking to resolve some of the missing pieces. However, not everything was corrected and there were a few things I had to just live without, despite having planned and paid for them. Jacki immediately reached out to me about this situation and was incredibly kind and apologetic. She quickly addressed the issue and gave me a generous refund for the missing items. I was very impressed with the professional and understanding manner she handled this situation, as I'm sure it was just as upsetting to her as it was to me. But even with this hiccup, I would absolutely 100% reccommend Stylish Stems to anyone and everyone planning a wedding.

showed up, the female family florals were pin on and they were supposed to be wrist corsages, but they took them away and brought them back with a matching purple ribbon in about 10 minutes - it was awesome and made me very calm in a time of anxiety. The bouquets turned out so so amazing and looked worth more than we paid for them! The only negative I have would be that we got string lights and they were a bit expensive. It was a lot of work to get them up though (over 12 foot ceilings) so I also understand the cost. They really helped make the venue though, so I am happy we got them.

If we would have known this would happen, we would have gone with floating candles. I really felt that they could work with clients with any budget. Mallory had a baby shortly before our wedding and her team was still able to execute my vision perfectly. I expected more greenery and flowers on the overhang structure and the aisle way chairs at our ceremony. There was also no flowers placed on our wedding cake as expected so that was extremely disappointing. I'm not sure if there was a breakdown in communication between the planner, ourselves and the florist. Overall good quality product, there were just a few misses we wish we could've corrected.

Oftentimes I would be at a loss for words to fully express what my vision was, and Gloria would somehow know exactly what I was thinking. She went above and beyond for my wedding. My mom and I could not have been more happy, thankful, and at peace the day of my wedding. Gloria has very similar taste to ours, and she is a perfectionist, just like us, so this gave my mom and I so much confidence that we were in the best hands and that everything would turn out just the way we imagined. She was also a huge blessing throughout the wedding planning process! Only the best florists will go with you to your venue and stay as long as you need going over every detail of your florals and decor and Gloria was there every step of the way. My mom and I called her all the time, shared collaborative Pinterest boards with her, and knew she was only a text away. I think her work ethic and heart speaks for itself. We were not just clients to her, she actually cared about making this the most gorgeous day of our lives! It turned out MORE beautiful than I could've EVER imagined. It was a dream come true, so magical, and marrying the love of my life became an EVEN sweeter moment surrounded by such beautiful work.
