An absolute dream. Megan and Vanessa did an amazing job on everyone's hair, and Megan did my make-up too. I don't wear makeup often, and that is what Blossom & Beauty specializes in: making sure you look like you. I didn't have my hair piece during my hair trial, and I had a few notes for Megan after the trial, and she took those notes and made everything perfect! Scheduling and communication was a breeze, and making changes to the amount of services was very easy and seamless (I had a bridesmaid suddenly drop out the month of the wedding). I highly recommend to anyone getting married in the PNW area!

Vicky was my bridal stylist and I loved working with her! My wedding day simply would not have been the same without her. After the trial, I mentioned that I wanted to change a few things to feel more like myself on my wedding day. Boy, did she deliver! I looked and felt so beautiful. She was early, organized, and we ended up being ahead of schedule. Vicky was fun, supportive, and calm on a day when that is much appreciated. I’m so happy that the natural look we went for turned out so well. If you’re thinking about it, do yourself a favor and book with Blossom and Beauty!

Vicky from Blossom & Beauty was my stylist for my wedding on September 16th, 2023. She was absolutely phenomenal. This review will be long as I want to give her all the praise she deserves, but tldr; Blossom & Beauty was a dream to work with and I am so grateful I was matched with Vicky. I can't imagine feeling as confident and beautiful without her help. First, Blossom & Beauty was an excellent vendor. I worked with Jasmine, the owner, for the process of booking, communicating schedule, and making payments. It was all very easy and she responded quickly to questions. The photos from all of their stylists are absolutely beautiful. My stylist was Vicky. From the start, she was easy to communicate with and very helpful in answering whatever questions I had. I have never really felt confident in doing my own hair or makeup and I really wanted to love the way I looked on my wedding day. Vicky was reassuring and quelled my anxiety with her confidence and expertise. We did a trial a few months before and I wasn't certain whether I wanted my hair half-up or an updo. Instead of doing just one style, she showed me how both might look on the wedding day. I showed her a couple reference photos for my makeup, and what she created was exactly what I was thinking even at the trial, no adjustments needed. She immediately understood my hooded eyes and what kind of liner would look best, which is something I've been slowly figuring out myself over the last several years. I was pretty sure based on previous reviews that she would be a good fit and after the trial I was absolutely confident and excited to have her as my stylist on the wedding day. Come wedding day, she met us at the hotel at 6:30am to do MOG hair and makeup, MOB hair, and MOH makeup. We then moved to the venue where she did 3 additional hair and makeup services for the bridesmaids. Everyone loved how they looked! I gasped after each bridesmaid was done, they all looked so beautiful with their natural beauty enhanced by Vicky's work. She placed the extra hair florals in each bridesmaids hair, even those who opted out of hair services. My hair and makeup was last and it turned out exactly how I imagined. I've never felt as confident in my makeup as I did on my wedding day. I purchased a clip in extension for volume and Vicky did amazing work blending it all in and creating a beautiful twisted bun. She placed florals in my hair so beautifully, it looked like I had a little halo of roses. The hair and makeup did not move all night. Through happy tears, sweat, and tearing up the dance floor, it stayed put and I was never worried about it. Everything I could ask for! I want to also speak to Vicky's friendly and kind personality. She chatted up each of my bridesmaids and made them feel at ease. She also noticed when I started to get a bit tense, even before I did, and encouraged me to breath, drink a mimosa, and enjoy the day. It helped so much to keep me in the present. After the wedding day, she sent several photos she had taken and a very sweet message of well wishes. Vicky was absolutely incredible and I am so grateful to her for her expertise, her professionalism, and her sweet nature. Thank you Vicky!!

Thank you to the Blossom and Beauty team for helping make myself, my bridesmaids and my mom and mother in law look and feel beautiful on my wedding day! Vicky and Anika made each one of the girls feel their best and did an amazing job. They arrived early and actually finished everyone's hair and makeup early as well! Vicky did a beautiful job on my hair and knew exactly what I was looking for! I can't thank her enough for making me look how I always envisioned on my wedding day!

Vicky did my bridal hair and makeup (as well as some bridesmaids) and I was SO happy with how it all turned out. From the beginning Vicky was easy to work with - she was communicative and really helpful during the trial as I finalized what I wanted. On the day of, she was incredibly professional, supportive, worked quickly but with care, and my hair and makeup was exactly what I had envisioned. She was able to capture the look I wanted, helping me feel glamorous but also still feeling like myself. I'd recommend her to anyone! Inna also helped day of to do hair and makeup for MOB, some bridesmaids, and flower girls and was also wonderful to work with. She was really patient and flexible while working with the flower girls which was greatly appreciated. I'm happy I chose B&B!

I had been recommended B&B by a friend who also previously worked for this team but had since moved away. I had a fantastic experience working with Vanessa for my wedding. We also had Makayla for my 3 bridesmaids and flower girl. Vanessa was the ultimate hype queen. She made me feel so beautiful and loved. When I came to my trial we ended up talking the entire time. She is so much fun to work with. Makayla was also incredible. My bridesmaids loved working with her. We were perfectly on time and were able to even have time for touch ups after my first look makeup got smudged with tears. It was super easy to book with B&B and felt totally taken care of for my big day. Definitely recommend for anyone booking for their wedding or other events where you need glam.

Jasmine with Blossom and Beauty did my wedding hair and she did an AMAZING job!! She absolutely slayed my trial and on my wedding day she arrived early, surprised us with an extra assistant and worked seamlessly with my makeup artist!!! She also did such an amazing job prepping my hair she hardly had to tease it so combing it out after the wedding was actually surprisingly a breeze!! I’m a wedding photographer and I chose the best of the best for my own wedding because I know Jasmine always kills it!!! Thank you so much!! 💞💞

Megan did such a wonderful job with my bridal hair and makeup! She listened to what I was envisioning and made it come to life. Megan is on time and very professional. I booked Blossom and Beauty for my wedding in August and had an amazing time working with them & was extremely impressed with their day of work/services. My bridal stylist was Bree, and she was amazing! I had two trials with Bree and she absolutely NAILED the look I was going for. I was obsessed with both my hair and my makeup, and all my bridesmaids, mother, and mother-in-law were extremely pleased with their looks. The other stylists who worked with my bridal party day of were Ale and Kara- they both did an incredible job! Jasmine, the owner, was super nice and easy to work with and flexible when I changed details on her multiple times. I would definitely book Blossom and Beauty for your wedding!

Our wedding was 7/9/2022 after TWO postponements due to COVID (original wedding date was 7/18/2020!) Blossom and Beauty was one of the first vendors I wanted to partner with after seeing their work online. What I didn’t expect was to meet the KINDEST + MOST SKILLED people on the planet through the process. Jasmine is an excellent communicator and I felt so confident in the months, days, hours leading up to the big day even with all the unforeseen pandemic hiccups. When we finally were able to schedule my hair and makeup trial, she made me feel beautiful, confident, and empowered. Jasmine took notes on what I liked and didn’t like to help me achieve my desired wedding day look. I felt very comfortable asking her for modifications, etc. On the day of the wedding, she arrived with a second stylist, Ale. Both were professional, fun, efficient, and the pre-wedding prep went flawlessly even with 1 bride, 5 bridesmaids and 2 mothers all getting hair and makeup done! What’s more, our hair and makeup lasted ALL day-- through July heat, tears, laughing, and lots of dancing. I cannot recommend this business enough. I will look for any excuse to have Jasmine do my H&MU again!

My wedding party and I had a great experience with the Blossom & Beauty team! Jasmine was very easy to communicate with and flexible with our timeline. Bree was my stylist and she was amazing! I don't do my makeup very often so Bree gave me plenty of input during our trial session to help create a look that made me feel beautiful all day! Vicky and Suzi were the other two stylists who worked on my bridal party and everyone just looked amazing! Shout out to the whole team for starting so early with us at 5AM! Mai from Blossom and Beauty was my absolute wedding superhero. All of my vendors were amazing, but if I could only pick one to sing their praises it would hands down be Mai. I am an anxious person in general and wedding planning amplified this time a million. I was probably more anxious about finding the right beauty team than I was about anything else (except maybe finding a good photographer), because - you know- I wanted to look good! I selected Blossom and Beauty based on their reviews, and communication. Jasmine was very communicative throughout the process and that made things easy. Jasmine paired me with Mai and I will be forever grateful. She worked with me and my anxieties patiently. When I wanted to make last minute changes to my makeup after the trial she was open and receptive. She asked fantastic questions that helped me be able to communicate my desired look. We texted back and forth and she worked to ease my nerves making sure she knew exactly what I wanted and reassuring me that we could make any changes I needed. On the day of the wedding she made me feel beautiful. Mai got my hair to look like I never knew it could! She made it look full and beautiful and didn't even have to use extensions! My make up was absolutely perfect! Both hair and makeup lasted all the way through the night and into the next day! If I could go back in time and tell anxious wedding planning me "don't worry, you've got Mai, she is going to make you look beautiful!" I would. But that is not all. Mai went 1000% above and beyond for me. We got ready at my mom's house as planned, but when we were ready to head to our venue, Mai offered to meet me there to help place my tiara and cathedral length veil. She helped me when my dress caught on my hair as I was putting it on. When she saw my veil was catching on the ground as I was walking to my first look she picked it up and carried it with my bridesmaids. She offered to hold my bridesmaid's baby while we took photos. And when a bridesmaid we thought wasn't going to make it showed up last minute, she stayed and did her hair. She even snapped a few photos and sent them to me and they are some of my favorite from the whole day. I'm actually in tears right now thinking about all she did to make my day wonderful that wasn't even a part of her job. And she did it all with a gentle grace offering help and advice without ever being intrusive or overbearing. A thousand thank yous to Mai, a beautiful person who made me look and feel beautiful!!

I am so happy that I chose to book Blossom and Beauty for our wedding hair and make up team. Jasmine was so easy to communicate with to get the process started, and I cannot say enough about how talented my Artist Catelyn was. She is so naturally skilled, and easily understood the look I wanted for my wedding makeup. I looked like a glammed up version of myself and appreciate all the time she took to make me feel my absolute best on my wedding day. The Blossom & Beauty team were awesome to work with for my wedding! The owner Jasmine was super prompt and efficient with email communication and paired me with stylist Vicky. I did a bridal hair & makeup trial with Vicky and explained just a few themes from my wedding and without any reference she was able to present me with an awesome hair and makeup plan for my big day. One of my hair pieces did not show up in time for my trial, but Vicky reassured me it wouldn’t be a problem and she would make sure to get it just right for my wedding. On the day of the wedding, Vicky and her assistant, Inna, were prompt, professional, efficient, and super flexible. They communicated super well with each of my bridesmaids on how they wanted to look and were flexible to even do a last minute bridesmaid makeup appointment. Vicky was even super gracious and put some eyelash extensions on my grandmother. I really appreciated how Vicky did my hair and makeup. It made me feel very lovely and confident (and the photos came out great!). She even told me which lipstick she was using so I could buy it ahead of time if I wanted to keep it. I highly recommend Blossom & Beauty for your wedding.

Catelyn was phenomenal for my bridal hair and makeup. She was such a pleasure to work with - very professional and accommodating of the look you want. When I changed my mind about a few things after my trial she absolutely nailed the look I wanted! Inna did a fabulous job with my bridesmaids and mom on the day of as well - everyone looked great and she was able to customize their looks based on what they wanted. Can't say enough good things!

All of our hair and makeup from Mothers to Brides to Bridesmaids turned out absolutely beautiful and lasted throughout the night! Everyone we worked with was so nice too! Things took a bit longer than stated on the website but that can be expected.

You will not regret hiring Blossom & Beauty for your HMU! I had the opportunity to work with both Stephanie and Jasmine – and they are both amazing. Jasmine did my bridal HMU in Sept. 2020 for our elopement after our wedding reception was postponed to 2021. And Stephanie handled HMU for myself and my siblings for our wedding reception in 2021. Both Stephanie and Jasmine did an incredible job – we looked and felt absolutely beautiful! They listened carefully to what we wanted and made it happen. And in addition to being amazing stylists, they are both an absolute dream to work and spend time with. Jasmine and Stephanie are both so professional and communicative. They are also such kind and generous people. Jasmine was so easy to work with when we had to reschedule—understanding and supportive. And Stephanie arrived on our wedding day just as we discovered that our car battery had died. She helped us jump the car before we even started our day! Do not hesitate to hire Blossom & Beauty. They are truly special.

Vicky is amazing!!! She is sweet, fun, and sassy and it was so much fun having her as part of our special day. My trial was perfect, and Vicky’s day of work was even better! She listened to what I wanted with patience and grace and made everything even better than I could have imagined. I had several interactions with jasmine as well that were wonderful. She responded to questions in a very timely fashion and was always so kind and friendly. Overall they are a slam drunk!

When my original stylist unexpectedly left the company, they immediately contacted me and set me up with a new stylist who delivered exactly what I was looking for. Blossom and Beauty did a fantastic job with hair and makeup for our wedding day - Vicky was our amazing stylist for myself and our moms. From the first outreach through the makeup trial and the day of, she was extremely organized, communicative, and professional, making it easy to work with her. I don’t wear a ton of makeup normally and was a bit nervous about having it professionally done. Vicky had me bring some inspiration images and beautifully recreated the look I was going for in a way that best suited me. It’s so obvious Vicky cares about her brides and she made sure I was comfortable with my look and that it matched my personality. The day of, my wedding did not budge (even through lots of happy tears!) and yet it felt and looked very natural. Vicky brought such a fun energy to our getting ready room and really wanted to get to know us - we had a blast with her and she made everyone feel so beautiful!

I couldn't have been happier with my hair and makeup provided by Blossom & Beauty for my fall Portland wedding. Serafina did my hair and makeup exactly how I envisioned. We had a trail run session to ensure that everything was how I wanted, and so I felt confident going into my wedding day knowing that I didn't have to worry about my hair and makeup. On my wedding day, Serafina was on time, fun to be around, and even flexible when my mother asked for a change to her hair and makeup. During my wedding reception everyone commented on my hair and makeup, and I honestly can say that I never felt more beautiful in my life than I did that day. Geneva with Blossom and Beauty was such a pleasure to work with! She was super nice and fun and of course very talented! After the bridal consultation, I had a few changes I wanted to make with my makeup. She listened to my feedback on the day of, and my makeup was EXACTLY as I wanted it! I had ideas for my hair, and she was able to give me great insight into what would look best for my hair type. Loved everything about my experience with Geneva! She was fantastic working with my MOH and mom as well.

I had my makeup and hair done by Lacey, and had her do makeup for my three bridesmaids. I was thrilled with my trial, and Lacey listened to and implemented my ideas for small changes perfectly on my wedding day. I got so many compliments on my hair and makeup — and especially important for wedding day makeup, I had multiple people comment on how well and how long it lasted! My bridesmaids were all thrilled with how they looked. She was able to listen to their ideas and highlight their individual beauty flawlessly. Lacey was professional, timely, and great to be around.

Blossom & Beauty was wonderful. As an out of town wedding, they were able to not only help with the wedding party but send additional stylists to the hotel for other family members looking to get hair and make up done. I even made a mistake on how many people needed to be done and they were able to accommodate the extra person and make everything work so I didn't have to stress. Everyone looked beautiful and I can't thank them enough.

Vicky was my hair and makeup artist, and also styled for my bridesmaids and MOB/MOG, we also had help from Karina. I can't say enough about these ladies, and especially Vicky. From the first booking she reached out immediately and was so flexible with my scheduling for trial hair run as Portland was a destination wedding for us. I had an amazing experience using Blossom & Beauty for my wedding day hair and make up. Catelyn accommodated an early trial run in Portland. On the day of, Catelyn and Rachel came out to my venue over an hour outside of Portland. They were so fun to be around and were able to work with all of our ideas. I changed my hair completely from what we had trialed and Catelyn rolled with it and did an AMAZING job. Everything was perfection. I want to get married again just to look as beautiful as they made me that day!

Blossom and Beauty did a flawless job with hair and make-up for our bridal party. Vicky was my bridal stylist - she was fantastic! She was professional, took her time to make sure everything was how I envisioned - while also being efficient, and clearly an expert in both hair and make-up! She remembered everything we discussed for the trial-run (which already looked awesome) and improved upon that for the real day. She was also kind enough to style my mom's hair (even when it wasn't originally requested). Rachel was our second stylist and also did a great job with the bridal party - she was patient and worked to get everyone's looks how they wanted it. Jasmine was my hair and makeup artist for my wedding. SHE WAS AMAZING! I first met Jasmine for my trial. From the get go I felt so comfortable with her and just knew she would do an amazing job. She made an effort to get to know me, my preferences and my style. She was so positive and made me feel so confident! On my wedding day, she was the perfect calming energy I needed! My hair and makeup turned out flawless. There is no better feeling than looking like the best version of yourself and I have Jasmine to thank for making me feel so good on my wedding day! Rachel was so great to work with! She was easy to get in touch with, accommodating. She's laid-back and easy to connect with. She helped make the whole experience fun! She worked so well with my mom, who wasn't sure what exactly she wanted, and she handled me changing my mind about a side braid a time or two. I felt so beautiful on my wedding day and loved my hair and makeup! My mom was super happy with her hair and makeup too, and she looked fantastic!

Mallory was hands down the best hair and makeup artist I could have had! She is professional, extremely talented and kind. She did everything exactly how I wanted for my wedding day and I couldn't have been happier with my experience with Blossom and Beauty!

Catelyn was absolutely incredible. She did my hair and makeup three separate times--for my boudoir session, for my trial, and for my wedding. I could not have imagined anybody better. Blossom and Beauty came highly recommended by my planner, and specifically Catelyn. She is not only extremely skilled, but so kind and calm. She was the perfect presence on my wedding day. I came to her with a mess of inspiration photos and completely useless statements like "I like this, but not as much as this. But I don't know why," and she absolutely NAILED the look. She was always on time, despite my wedding venue being two hours from Portland on a busy holiday weekend. She did myself and five bridesmaids, and stayed for as long as it took to get everything absolutely perfect. I even popped back by my hotel room when she was packing up, and she did a quick touch-up for me (even though to anybody but her, my hair and makeup still looked impeccable). My wedding day was at the beach and it was a very windy day. I also cried endlessly. I swear it looked as good at the end of the night as it did when it was fresh. I got so many compliments. I only reapplied my lip once, after dinner, and even then I didn't really need to. I will be recommending Catelyn and Blossom and Beauty to all my engaged friends. I had the pleasure of working with Blossom and Beauty for my destination wedding in Oregon. The entire experience, from initial inquiry, to selecting a stylist, to trial, to final event was seamless and so efficient. I was so fortunate to have Christine for myself and bridesmaids. She was so attentive, creative, and personal with each of our individual styles and catered to each of our specific needs. I would recommend this vendor to all prospective brides who want to look like the best versions of themselves on their special day!

Geneva was A.M.A.Z.I.N.G. She not only made me look beautiful but she also made me feel beautiful. During the trial she took the time to listen to what I liked and what I didn't like and made the changes to instill the confidence in her skills and that she would be able to do exactly what I had envisioned. She showed up on time and prepared on my Big Day and left me with no worries. My makeup lasted all afternoon and evening (on a summer night, none the less!) and my hair was just as beautiful. I wish I could have her do my hair and makeup every day. Thank you Geneva, you are truly talented and made my wedding day just perfect. Oh! And the coordinator, Kerry, is brilliant as well. She was extremely responsive and wonderful at communicating. I would highly recommend hiring this team of women for any special day as you won't have to worry about a things. It was worth every penny to have the prompt communication as well as the talented artists.

Great job on hair and make up! One thing I would note is it was really difficult trying to find a time to schedule my hair and makeup trial with Mallory. There was a lack of communication. Also, the day of the wedding the team was not very positive and complained about a previous wedding the day before. It didn’t seem like they wanted to be at our wedding venue.

I chose Blossom and Beauty because I liked the idea of working with ONE stylist for both hair and makeup, and because of how accommodating they are in coming to you the day of your wedding. I was matched up with Mallory, who is crazy talented and completely down to earth. I’m pretty sure she could do just about any look you have in mind, but she completely read me during my trial appointment when I started describing my vision for the big day and nailed a look that matched our classic, romantic ballroom vibe. We chatted like friends while I was in her chair, and I walked out feeling fabulous. Then when I went into full-on bridal stress meltdown mode and started questioning everything about my hair style, Mallory graciously fit me in to her packed schedule for a second hair trial to ease my mind. The morning of the wedding, she met us at our hotel room and made my MOH and I look like something out of a magazine. My hair stayed put all night, my eyelashes survived the first look tears, and I have wedding photos I feel great about myself in – what more could I ask? Thank you Mallory!
