We had a seamless wedding experience with Mary and her team! She was extremely helpful and responsive, with an extensive knowledge of the Palm Springs area. On the day of the weddi...
ng, we had no issues arise and everything felt absolutely turnkey. Didn’t have to worry about a thing and knew we were in good hands!
Mary, owner of Blossom Events, was an amazing wedding coordinator! She made us feel comfortable; she is hardworking, organized, a great communicator, and so kind. We hired her over...
1 ½ years before our wedding for Day of Coordination. She was there for us not only on the day of but also throughout our long engagement to answer questions and then came on board officially 2 months prior. Mary helped educate us on the process, her website had helpful forms that she used to create a timeline not only of the wedding but what needed to happen beforehand. Mary communicated with all our vendors to organize the plan for the day. Mary kept all our vendors on schedule on the day of and no doubt put out many fires! Mary, and her assistant, Leilani, not only made sure everything went smoothly to the very end of our wedding but also made sure we had a stress-free day. Leilani was our detail person. Every time I turned around, she was there with water, fixing my train, holding phones and helping with every detail. Mary and Leilani were amazing, and I highly recommend them! Thank you for making sure our wedding went off without one hitch! And thanks for being so kind and helpful and for being there even in the few days after the wedding to assist with final follow up details! We were so happy with Mary and Leilani and cannot recommend them more!
Professional, on top of it, super helpful team. We did their smallest package, and they managed the vendors we worked with seamlessly. This package is a great fit for anybody who a...
lready knows what they want and just wants to make sure that on the day of the event, the vendors will have a reliable point person.
I did the partial planning package with Mary and my experience was okay. With the partial planning package, Mary takes care of 4 vendors of your choosing, as well as the timeline, ...
etc.. With the vendors that Mary helped with I almost always had more specific questions and found it easier and more effective to connect with those vendors myself which was frustrating. A few times at least, there were things I had to follow up on or remind her about as well.
At the end of the day she know's what she is doing and did her job, but did not go above and beyond to make sure things were going smoothly. I was pretty busy the day of and did not interact with her much but the bridal party (and a couple of other vendors) had similar feedback.
Mary and her team were on point 100% and absolutely amazing!!!

o remember thanks to Mary and her team!! Mary was incredibly detail-oriented, and helped us every step of the way! She gave invaluable advice and we felt reassured that no detail will be left untouched. She was always available on short notice and very easy to communicate with during the entire wedding planning process. We recommend her 100%!!

Mary was helpful in simplifying the entire process from recommendations, planning, rehearsal dinner, and day of events. She also helped with last minute ideas and decor options the day of the wedding. I didn't question or think twice about last and final touches with Mary.
DeAndra was so amazing to work with. She exceeded expectations on all fronts. I gave her my vision and budget up front. I wanted a very clean and elegant look. She met with my husband and I at the venue and that was that. Delivered on all fronts; from finding the perfect arch, centerpieces, and even putting together the most amazing flower wall. I was wowed by how it all came together. Super grateful to have worked with DeAndra.
I highly recommend Blossom Events!!!
I'm not the girl who pins things online. The idea of making lists and choosing decorations stresses me out, so I knew we needed a wedding planner. When I spoke to Mary on the phone...
, she was personable and devoted time to me. It was a rare and welcome surprise! We met with her after that and knew she was the one for us. She was willing to coordinate our details and wrangle my family. Plus, she led us to DeAndra for the most amazing floral arrangements (that were on budget)! Because of these two, our wedding ceremony and reception was the party of my lifetime! They helped me execute all the millions of things I had in my head, but never would have managed on my own. DeAndra pinned photos of my grandparents in my bouquet, Mary staggered photos of my family throughout the venue, they coordinated our caricature artist (helped us find one as well), and planned surprise songs for our parents. Even better---While I was busy dancing and having a great time, they packed up all of our stuff at the end of the night. Mary made sure I had nothing to worry about all night long. I cannot praise her and her staff enough! I will continue to recommend Blossom Events for the personality, professionalism, and details.
We booked planning services with Mary and floral services with DeAndra for our wedding and they did an incredible job. Mary was on top of it and made sure things were handled in a ...
timely manner. She had amazing referrals for different vendors - desserts, photographer, mc/dj. When I was not happy about a photographer I had booked in the beginning, she was a pro at handling it and quick to refer me to my super talented photographer. Throughout the year we spent planning, whenever she would come across a new vendor or had a new idea, she immediately reached out. Wedding planning would have been way more stressful without her.
DeAndra was also very easy to work with. She had great attention to detail and was super flexible every time I changed my mind. I am probably one of the least artistic and creative brides out there but she was somehow able to grasp my vision and make it a reality. I was blown away by the arrangements.
Don't get stressed about wedding or event planning and book Blossom Events!

derstood our vision and ideas. We also loved her creativity and enthusiasm. She made sure everything was done on time and that our wedding day was stress free for us. Her attention to details was unmatched and saw potential issues that we did not even think of. We truly enjoyed our special day because the day ran so smoothly and I'm sure our family and friends did as well. We cannot thank the Blossom Events team enough for staying on top of everything throughout the day.
