Misleading and overall bad customer service. My try-on experience was great, I was told that I would be able to have my dress shipped because I live out of state (and was told that...
they'd help me find a seamstress), everyone was friendly, and I found a dress I loved. They were going above and beyond and I had a great experience. I ordered a dress and veil. A month after ordering I called about to seamstress recommendations and to check in on when my dress was expected to arrive. Three follow-up calls and two months later, I finally receive a call back saying that she has no seamstress recommendations (not a big deal, not her job), and lets me know my dress status. My dress and veil arrive, so I remind them of my shipping situation. Suddenly, they no longer will ship my dress and I need someone to come in and pick it up and ship it for me (NOT what we had discussed). I fly from Wyoming to Indiana to pick up my dress and veil, and they'd ordered the wrong veil. I obviously can't just come by again with the correct veil, so they offer to sell me the sample for a discount. The veil that they ordered (the WRONG one, and I only tried on ONE veil), was less expensive than the only veil I tried on. So they charged me for the price difference on THEIR MISTAKE. Overall, a great experience until they get your money, and then customer service and promises vanish into thin air. Very disappointed in how I was treated after they got my money.

tress enough how much time and effort everyone put into my appointment. First, they have a room blocked off for the bride and her party. It's a one-on-one basis and they let you choose the dresses you want. They are very patient while you're making your decision, and even help you along the way. Both ladies know exactly how to pair dresses with veils and accessories. I felt so loved by these ladies and they were genuinely happy for me in my process. The last dress I tried on was the ONE for me. They did not try to pressure me to purchase that day, they answered all of the questions I had, and were beyond phenomenal. I would recommend this shop to EVERY BRIDE.

e everywhere and offering opinions. B. Loved is completely private for brides. You get one-on-one attention from a stylist and you feel like you are the most important person. I was able to bring a few family members and we got to truly enjoy the moment. My dress came in super early, and B. Loved offered to hold it until closer to my wedding. As I tried them on they asked what I liked and didn't like, and we weeded out the dislikes, Brandy even pulled some that she thought would look good on me and I would like. I narrowed it down to two dresses and had to take some time to think about them, and even though I did not get my dress that day, they treated us wonderfully. I truly appreciate their attentive service, and recommend that if you want that "Yes! to the Dress" experience then go see Brandy and her girls!

r expert advice. There were numerous options for my budget, and ended up finding the dress of my dreams for LESS than what I was wanting to spend. She offered to steam all of my bridesmaid dresses AND made sure our guys looked dapper in their tuxes. For me, it was a one stop shop!
