I got married on May 25th, 2025 and couldn't have had a better experience with B.Lovely and Brittany! I hired her for day of coordination and I am so glad I chose to have someone i...
n charge of my day of needs. It brought so much calm and easy communication to my day and made for the perfect stress-free experience. Brittany and her team did an incredible job of setting up all my decor and carrying out my vision. I am so happy to have had a planner that knew not only me and my needs, but was so familiar with my venue. I am so happy with every aspect of my day and so much of that is owed to B.Lovely!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about our wedding coordinator, Cailee. She was absolutely amazing from start to finish! From our very first meeting, she was so warm, organized...
and incredibly communicative. We had a few planning meetings leading up to the big day, and each time she helped talk through every detail, big and small. There wasn’t a single thing she missed. She truly thought of everything. Her attention to detail and calm, confident presence made the entire process so smooth and stress-free. On the day of the wedding, she executed my vision perfectly and everything came together even better than I imagined. I felt completely taken care of and was able to just enjoy the moment knowing she had it all under control. She was also such a pleasure to work with. She is kind, professional and so clearly passionate about what she does. My family and wedding party loved her too! I truly couldn’t have done it without her, and I’m forever grateful!
Brittany and her team were a dream to work with! When we were searching for a Coordination Team to tie up loose ends and take our July 20th wedding to the finish line, we explored ...
many options and were so glad we went with B.lovely Weddings! They were so professional, polite, patient, and most importantly organized. We cannot thank them enough, as they ensured that our rehearsal and wedding day went seamlessly. We were in the best hands and cannot recommend them enough!
Brittany and Cailee were amazing! I had a 1 year old at the time and I needed help planning my wedding because I didn't know what to do nor did I have the time. Brittany was so nic...
e and was available whenever I needed her. She was polite and professional and always made me feel at ease. Cailee was with me on the day of the wedding and she was awesome! She took care of everything and made sure I was drinking water and just making sure we were okay. I could not have asked for a better team. I would 100% recommend them. I am so happy I did!
Brittany and Katlyn were lovely to work ahead of our wedding. We used the day-of coordinator service and it was well worth the money! Rehearsal was super smooth, they ensure no one...
is coming to bother the bride and groom during the day with small details or questions, only the need to knows. I felt in such good hands having them help us facilitate our day. Would highly recommend!

ow the day turned out. Brittany made the planning process much, much less stressful and we are so thankful. As for the day of the wedding, we were able to focus on getting married and celebrating with our guests and not worry about any of the logistics of the day. Honestly, if anything went "wrong" on the day, we are completely unaware of it!! I would absolutely recommend Brittany and her team!
Brittany and her team were amazing help with our wedding and helped so much with everything. Thank you!
It was great having B.Lovely weddings at The Madison. Brittany & Katlyn were detailed, efficient and thoughtful when it comes to the venue. Highly recommend them for your wedding!

h before the wedding Brittany called me & went over the whole rehearsal & wedding timeline. She really made sure she understood our vision for the wedding & helped to put me at ease knowing that we were in good hands. Nicole was who we worked with the day of & she was so great! She has so much energy & is so upbeat! She really helped take so much stress off my shoulders, especially when we had a problem with the florist. She was the one that called them & handled it so I didn't need to worry about it. I absolutely recommend B.Lovely to any bride because even though I am very type A & hyper organized I don't think our wedding could have gone nearly as well or as stress free without their help!
The whole process was awesome from start to finish! Everyone we worked with was so kind and warm. Brittany even took the time to answer a long-winded email of mine when I panicked ...
about a room flip question :)
We went for the day of coordination package and our bridal party was so obsessed with Nicole. She really kept everything running smoothly while still being kind and friendly and funny. I didn’t notice one issue the whole night and I know that’s thanks to her. We received nothing but compliments about her and I cannot recommend her and b lovely enough!

Brittany went above and beyond for my wedding in ways that words cannot describe. Wedding planning was terrifying for me and I chose Brittany for her month of planning package and ...
if I could go back I would have had her along the entire time. Brittany makes you feel safe in a word. Wedding planning is so stressful and she took all that stress away as soon as she came on board with me. During my wedding day the amount of times Brittany would look at me, smile and say "we're good?" and each time my answer was yes. I am forever thankful and indebted to you for everything you did for me, the woman even hung chandeliers from the ceiling for me. I would do another wedding again just for the chance to work with Brittany again. I would do it 100 times over.
Brittany from B.lovely wedding was really awesome and was very flexible in working with me for what exactly I needed and was looking to have for my wedding day.

any, Brittany, sat down with me and went over every little detail for the wedding day so nothing was forgotten. Stephanie was our actual day of coordinator and I cannot say enough wonderful things about her. She was organized, calm, and kept things moving throughout the day. She made sure that every detail I wanted was perfectly placed. She kept myself, my husband, and my bridal party on schedule. Thank you Stephanie for keeping my wedding day running smoothly and stress free. We couldn’t have done it without her!

wedding day! She works so hard behind the scenes and completely removes almost all of the stress of, not only planning your wedding, but all the stress of things that notoriously go wrong on the actual wedding day! I never knew how badly I would need a wedding planner and I am so thankful B.Lovely weddings was highly recommended to me! She is worth every penny and, I promise you, there is nothing like having someone who has your back and supports you to ensure your wishes for your big day aren’t skewed into the wishes of what everyone else wants for your most special day! We will forever highly recommend B.Lovely weddings and urge you to hire them to help guide/plan your wedding!! You’ll never regret it!
Brittany and her team made my daughters wedding day extra special!! They heard our vision and did the utmost greatest job and beautifully decorated the hall! Everyone loved it!

y that we booked B Lovely for our day of wedding coordinating services. They helped with the timeline, were present on the rehearsal, helped organize payments to vendors, bringing things between ceremony and reception site, and just overall being the quarter back of our special day!! Wouldn’t change a thing!

it was complete and gave me peace of mind that everything would go on without a hitch. If there was an issue wedding day, I never heard about it and it was handled flawlessly. I was able to relax and had the best wedding day thanks to her amazing work!

rking with Brittany - a few were that she was incredibly responsive, professional and flexible. I am very detail-oriented and felt I could plan my own wedding, but Brittany still caught things I missed which was fantastic. Even through some difficulty and uncertainty planning during covid, Brittany was there with solutions all along the way, even when I had to change my reception location 6 months prior due to complications with covid, she provided ideas and support.
The on site coordinator that was there for the week-before meeting and day-of, Stephanie, matched Brittany in professionalism and I received compliments on her from friends and family throughout the wedding day. Everyone was so glad she was there to guide us and she carried out every single detail flawlessly. I did not have to worry about anything and truly was able to relax and enjoy the day. Brittany and Stephanie helped me plan an extraordinary event for us and our loved ones and found solutions to every question that came up. They are worth their weight in gold!

bout my day. Very professional, very attentive, very friendly and honestly was the best decision for my wedding day. They took care of decisions that needed to be made last minute and I was so grateful for that.
Brittany was fantastic to work with. Always available for a quick response or with a list of awesome suggested vendors. Highly recommended.

any, responded very quickly to emails for any questions I had and paid so much attention to the details, especially bringing up ones I had not thought of.
When I was busy during the reception, un-benounced to me Kayla smoothed over a misunderstanding with one of the vendors. She is truly a treasure and went above and BEYOND to make our day extra special. Thank you so much!!!

e was so reassuring and made sure I was always calm! At one point in the night we had ran out of vodka and by the time I had found out she already had people on their way to get more. Everyone adored her and my Dj loved working with her! I highly suggest B.lovely weddings!
Brittany was the calm during the storm (aka COVID) her demeanor, professional and kindness was exactly what I needed. I was able to trust her with my vision and she made it happen!...
The day ran smoothly and if there was a hiccup, I did not notice it. I highly recommend her and her company for your next big event!

yla and she was amazing too! My needs were mostly for the day of: making sure vendors arrived and things got set up, make sure we stuck to timeline and order of events, handle any last minute hiccups, etc. Kayla was thoughtful, professional and just very sweet. So many little things and needs pop up the day of and Kayla handled them all. I wanted a ‘stress free’ day where things were handled by someone else. She did exactly that! I saw her do a million things that day and she probably did a million things I didn’t see and am not even aware of to this day. Very happy with B.Lovely!

her team brought our vision to life. They went above and beyond to make our day perfect. They also helped to make sure we had all the little details ironed out ahead of time- even the smallest of things you might never even think of! If you’re thinking of hiring a planner/coordinator, I strongly recommend investing in B.Lovely’s services. It eliminated so much stress!

d perfect! They displayed, arranged and perfectly executed with great detail. It was more beautiful than I had imagined, and that is a result of B. Lovely’s care for their work and most importantly their clients.

might add this was no easy task at Happy Days Lodge). The wedding looked gorgeous, exactly what I wanted it to look like! Her and her employees were nothing but helpful and concentrated on making sure the bride had everything and the ceremony and reception went smoothly. They cleaned up everything at the end which was great and left it all in my car. That was a HUGE help! I can’t say enough good things about them! I also had donuts being made on site for our dessert and they got them all set up when dinner was being served!

ble to capture my crazy vision and provide so much insight to details that I was missing. On the day of the wedding it was so much going on that I realized that if it wasn’t for Brittany it would’ve gone down hill. She is literally super sweet, hard-working and truly passionate about what she does. I will recommend her again and again. Basically if you are on the fence of hiring a wedding planner, hire her she will make it worth it, trust me!

eas to make our wedding better than we could’ve hoped for. They were great at listening to what we wanted as a couple and helping make that happen. The wedding itself went so smoothly and having them there to help allowed us to enjoy the day.

needed her to do and expected of her. She was very friendly and attentive and took great notes! Brittany wasn't available on my day so one of her employees, Alyssa was the main contact on my big day. They both came to the rehearsal dinner which was super helpful. Alyssa did a great job coordinating day-of and I don't know what I would have done without her! I will recommend B.lovely to all future brides!

my bridesmaids used her for her wedding and I’m so glad she was available for my big day too! Brittany was available whenever I needed her for any situation. She gave me advice and helped calm any of my nerves about how the wedding would run. Brittany was even able to line up a last minute vendor when I thought I might need one two weeks before my wedding. Highly recommend Brittany and her team!

ing myself but was worried about how all the details would come together. I found B.lovely out of the blue on the knot and we set up a phone call. Right away I was excited to work with her. We met a few weeks before the wedding to go over details and we were blown away! She was so prepared, detailed, thoughtful, professional, yet incredibly down to earth and fun! This continued throughout the rehearsal and wedding. She decorated the venue, facilitated the rehearsal, and guided our first-time officiant seamlessly. Any details I forgot to cover were taken care of perfectly. She was there when I needed her and never obtrusive to the day. If I could go back and do it all over again, I would have hired her to help me plan the whole thing rather than just coordinate. Again, the best vendor decision of my entire wedding!!

n our wedding day. We chose Month of Coordination and had three separate planning meetings with Brittany. She helped us make a day-of timeline that made everything run smoothly and on the wedding day they kept us on schedule. They decorated our wedding venue, which was complex and non-traditional and it came out absolutely stunning. They choreographed our ceremony and rehearsal. They coordinated with all the vendors the day of. When we realized that the chairs were facing the wrong direction 30 minutes before the ceremony, they moved them. I have no idea what other fiascos occurred, but I’m sure there were plenty and I never even knew. That is the beauty of working with Brittany and her team. They are a great value and totally worth the investment.
Brittany did an amazing job!! I picked the “day of” package and everything went as planned. We had a long phone conversation the week before the wedding to get everything planned a...
nd organized for the day. She did not miss any details! The only thing I wished would have happened was that Brittany was at the rehearsal. Her assistant came and it did not run as smoothly. It was Labor Day weekend and Brittany had another wedding - so it was very understandle. I would just make sure to sort out those details ahead of time and hopefully the same assistant can come the day of the wedding as well. Overall, great experience with B. lovely weddings!
Brittany and her team were amazing! They made sure my vision was executed with perfection! Highly recommend:)

y appreciated her willingness to always help with one-off questions I had, her organization, and her calm demeanor yet upbeat personality that everyone loved when interacting with her. The weekend overall was so amazing for us and we could not have done it without the help that Brittany provided. Highly recommend.

set up our hall as we didn't want to ask family and boy did she deliver! She took the time to meet us prior and go over set up in our home. I ordered greenery from a wholesale store to be used on the tables and she made our reception hall look like something off of Pinterest. It was absolutely perfect. She was timely, professional, quick to respond and answer questions, and ensured that we felt confident and relaxed on our day by taking care of the nitty gritty. We have recommended her services to many of our friends because the wonderful service we received!

elp with everything — from bustling my dress to setting up details at the reception exactly how I wanted them even though I felt like I gave her very minimal direction. She even drove my fiancé and I to our rehearsal dinner when our wedding party forgot us at the church! She was by far the best person we worked with throughout our planning process. If you hire her, she WILL be one of the best investments on your wedding day — besides your new journey into marriage of course!

anner. And although we navigated the venue, church and caterer selection, I didn't realize how clueless I was about the final details and especially the actual wedding day details. Brittany skillfully and patiently guided us through the process. I had the most stress-free day knowing that Brittany was behind the scenes taking care of everything. I don't know all of the gymnastics she was doing in the background, but at the end of a wonderful day the bride and groom were smiling, all of the guests were smiling, and all of the vendors were smiling. My advice - focus on the enjoying the day and let Brittany do the rest!

through at our unique space and theme. We had major vendor issues in our wedding planning process, as well as our reception locale was bought out by another company the month before our wedding and Brittany managed all of this well and with ease, helping us greatly. Our reception was phenomenal and wouldn't have been possible without her organization, planning and hardwork!

well as to answer any random questions we had. My fiance was initially incredibly hesitant on spending the money for a coordinator and in hindsight - he is incredibly glad. Brittany made it easy for us to enjoy the day without worrying about people contacting us with last minute questions/decisions. She was incredibly professional and helpful. She even helped us organize our rehearsal as we did not have it in the church.
I would highly recommend B.Lovely Weddings to anyone looking for a coordinator. She was fantastic to work with.
