Don't do it. Marty is a smooth talker that can't deliver. Good to know he has a sweet massage chair and a second home on the beach though. Nice work Marty. https://youtu.be/qEPM...

Our wedding was in 2008. It took over a year to get anything from Marty and the final product was terrible. Most of the audio was "lost".
Just don't do it. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity - don't give it to this vendor.
If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. That’s the best way to explain my experience with this company.
Sure, they were responsive when you inquire with them, and the pr...
ices were reasonable. My husband and I decided to go with them because they seemed to have good reviews (the reviews here are questionable aka FAKE ACCOUNTS, because I’m not sure how they could get anything higher than 3 stars) and the price was right.
The moment we signed our contract, it took 4-5 times to finally get a response. Planning a wedding is stressful enough; it shouldn’t take a bride that many times to confirm that someone from Blu will be showing up to the big day.
The finished product? It took almost 6 months to get a preview, let alone the actual footage. And I’m using “footage” very loosely here because you don’t get any raw footage of the actual ceremony or reception. It’s very unfortunate that we cannot watch our full ceremony, but can watch random clips of guests coming in and chatting, but not the important parts, like VOWS.
In the end, it is worth doing your homework a little more and spending a little more if it means that you don’t hire this company.
Please read the bad reviews, because whatever they say, is actually true.
They are fraud! I've never received my wedding video after 4 months! No response no communication no nothing! The worst experience I have had in my entire life!
My wedding was in December 2018 and I have yet to receive my wedding film.
I wanted to write this company a good review - as everything leading up to this point seemed fair and re...
asonable. Unfortunately, they have yet to deliver my film. I have sent multiple emails, called, left a voicemail and have had no response from them for over a month. Another frustrating aspect is when I received responses in the past they all came from different points of contact, so you never have one person you can count on. Almost feels like your being passed around to be avoided.
Trust my word on this one brides, you deserve better!
I can't even find the words to express how impressed and happy we are with the final product, We just watched our wedding video and we were completely blown away!! Our love story w...
as portrayed better than we could've imagined!! The drone footage and video editing were just incredible. Thanks again Blu Couture, we LOVE our video we can't stop watching!!!

eally fun to work with. Truly, they delivered and exceeded our expectations! I would definitely recommend Blu Couture.
I do not recommend Blu Couture Wedding Films. Against my better judgment I went with this company to film my November 2018 wedding; I typically don’t do business with companies I h...
ave never hear of, no one I personally know that has used them, or that I haven’t been able to meet in person . My husband and I have paid for our wedding film in total and on time and have yet to receive any film and communication with the company has been slim to none. We wanted to get our film back before my husband deployed for a year, or at least an example or update on how the film was going-- we have not gotten ANYTHING. And continue to get the run around about what is seemingly happening behind scenes. We got the smallest package (which was still costly for what is offered) and it is beyond us why it is taking 5 months to get it finished, to get anything finished. And at the very least offer where the company is at on finishing or even starting our film. Your wedding is one the most special times in your and you spouse life and you should not have to deal with lack of communication and risk wasting money on what appears to be a scam for such a special service, that is having a visual memory for such an important day. My husband and I are extremely frustrated and will be escalating this matter. Please save yourself a headache and the heart ache for potentially missing out on getting video memorabilia for your special day; DON’T use Blu Couture, there are plenty of other companies that will offer better service and I wish I would have went with someone else. DO YOUR research and don’t impulsively jump at the first deal that seems great.

I am not one to write reviews. Heck honestly I didn't even want a wedding video but my wife did so now we have one. I am very impressed with Blu Coutures ability to create somthing...
that frankly I couldnt even imagine. My wife was blown away to say the least and I was pleasantly surprised. The only reason I am giving them 4 stars instead of 5 because I wanted the raw footage from the day and they wanted to charge us for somthing that I feel we already paid for. THey already shot the footage, why not just give it to us. I understand business but I feel that this is somthing we should get for free. Other then that they have been stellar.
I can't believe we ever considered not having a videographer! Blu Couture was worth every penny! Dave was completely unobtrusive, and somehow captured all the amazing moments that ...
meant so much to us, even some that were such a blur and all came back to us when we saw the video for the first time. Its funny too because I remember them saying later that they are wedding ninjas - LoL. The Video feels like it was totally customized for us and really conveys our personalities and emotions of the day in a way that still photos didn't manage to capture. (dont get me wrong I LOVED my photos too - its just such a different feeling I guess) We were so surprised to get the email that one of our videos was ready while we were still on our honeymoon! It was a short 60 second video but I loved every second. the nice part about it was they said it was a thank you gift for allowing them to film my day. I am stunned and so happy that I found team blu - class act all the way. thank you!
