d to what all my bridesmaid wanted. Jennifer was awesome did an amazing job and was willing to do all airbrush make up for the whole bridal party. I would recommended them in a second!

ar makeup, who wanted airbrush, etc. and was able to help with touchups! All of our makeup lasted all day and truly looked beautiful! Jenn traveled to Hamden, which was very nice so we could all get ready together!

a dedicated professional who does outstanding work. I have very curly hair, and one of my requirements was that I needed a stylist who could work with it because I wanted to wear it more natural. Cassie was genuinely excited to work with my hair and did an amazing job. Also all of the ladies who got ready with me; my bridesmaids, Mom, and mother in law, absolutely LOVED their hair and makeup! They all have different hair textures and lengths and Cassie listened to what everyone wanted and was able to flawlessly execute the style. Jennifer did the makeup and also did an outstanding job, everyone looked gorgeous and yet natural. Also the makeup lasted all night despite the humidity and other elements. Not only did Cassie and Jennifer do an AMAZING job, but also they were really fun to hang out with! We had them come to the house where we were getting ready and where the wedding was and it just made things so much easier. Having a fun easy morning before the wedding took away a lot of the stress and just allowed me to fully enjoy my day! I am so grateful I was able to find them.

idesmaids commented on how much fun they had hanging out with them for the day. Not to mention we all looked gorgeous for the entire night. I would definitely recommend them for bridal services. I liked them so much that I will likely continue to visit their salon for regular hair cuts :-)

It looked nothing like the hair trial. For the trail it was pulled back with twists on the side, going into a bun type thing and had pieces hanging with the bangs pulled back. On the day of the wedding my bangs where just kind of brushed to the side, not really given a finished look. My hair was put back loosely with a huge puff on top of my head and the majority of hair hanging . I did say that it was high towards the back on the top, she said they wanted it that way because it will fall a little; however; it was the only part that didn’t  fall. I knew that day I didn’t really care for it but at that point what do you do, can’t start over. Looking at the pictures now I should have spoken up that I did not like it. It looks no different then any other day and for the amount of money, and included tip I would have expected it to look like better. I would have expected it to look like it did in the trial. I also thought the hairdresser would put in the veil in but they did not leaving my maid of honor to do it. This is partly my fault as I should have asked, but with everything going on I didn’t even think of it.  It was a windy day and once we went outside for photos my bangs were flying around leaving me to tuck them behind my ears. The back of my hair dropped so much that it just kind of resembled a mess of hair on my lower neck upper back; in most pictures of the reception it looks like a low pony tail with my bangs tucked behind my ears. I take part blame as I should have been more vocal, but I also would have expected it to have been the same updo as done in the trial. What is the point of paying for a trial if it isn’t the same or what you agreed upon. My makeup was perfect and all of my bridesmaids hair came out wonderful. Unfortunately there is no going back or fixing it, it is what it is. It didn’t look horrible it just looks nothing like I wanted nor was it worth the price.

tely fantastic to work with! Everyone was done with plenty of time to spare and the hair and makeup came out so beautiful! The air conditioning actually broke in our church and - even though it was SO HOT - everybody's makeup stayed on perfectly! The girls all got updos, and they stayed in place and looked beautiful all night. Everyone got a ton of compliments, too! Most importantly, Jennifer and Cassie are a fantastic team, can turn any hair/makeup picture into reality, and are just so easy to work with. We all had a great time getting ready with them. I didn't stress one time, even with ten of us needing hair and makeup, because we all felt so comfortable with Blu. I seriously recommend them to anyone looking for bridal hair and makeup.
