Kim at Blu tree was honestly THE BEST wedding decision we made. She is so unbelievably talented, and has an eye for amazing shots. I wish we could have another wedding just to work with her again!!

Kim is my absolute favorite vendor from our wedding day, and she doesn't even feel like a vendor! Our engagement photos were beautiful and I know our wedding photos will be too! We've seen a few so far, and my family and friends are already raving and asking when we'll have them all. Kim's work is telling on its own, but her demeanor and personality make her even more of a joy to work with! She constantly had a smile on her face and was ready for the next great shot! She adapted when things came up and is truly one of a kind. I'm so glad we chose her for our day and couldn't have imagined it any other way!

I met Kim at the Bridal Expo at the Avalon in Merrillville and we clicked immediately. I had previously seen her work on Facebook (which of course I loved) and could not believe that I was seeing her at this expo! I went up to her booth and she was immediately a ray of sunshine!! My mom and I were chatting with her, talking about wedding photos, etc. and she mentioned, as an example, about taking photos with Grandma Betty. Our hearts immediately melted because my Grandma’s name is Betty and she was too sick to attend my wedding. After talking with Kim, my mom and I walked around and after about 15-20 minutes I said to my mom that I just have to book her, so I did and it was the best decision!! Kim is so kind, gracious, and a truly beautiful soul who made us feel so comfortable and as if we have known her forever! Our engagement photos are gorgeous. She took the time to get to know us and that was special for us. On our wedding day, Kim, her daughter McKenna, and her assistant Wendy showed up excited and ready to work! They did the most remarkable job and were such a pleasure. So far our pictures and absolutely beautiful and more than we could have asked for. Ladies, you will NOT regret choosing Kim as your wedding photographer. I feel that we have a lifelong connection with her and our wedding day would not have been the same if we did not chose her!!

Brides, Grooms, and Families of all! There is no better person out there to tell you story through the art of photography better than Blu Tree! There are truly no Words cannot begin to describe this woman and her daughter, but I will try my best! We met at a Bridal Expo and her friendly words and creative photography caught my eye! I ended up making the call and we met before the wedding wth my husband so she could hear our story and try to recreate it through photographs at our wedding! Wedding day came and it was (as chiche as it sounds) the best day of my life! A lot of it had to do with the beautiful soul that was there taking our pictures! The attention to detail is incredible and she was so easy for the whole bridal party to be around! She is so personal and I felt like more of a personal friend than a customer! I am absolutely speechless with how all my photos turned out! They came very efficiently after the wedding and I got a few previews as she was editing, which made the time go by fast! I may be married, but I can guarantee I will be having her take ALL my life pictures! Anniversary, Pregnancy, Newborn, everything! She is just that amazing! I cannot just let her go in my life! Love her!! A million times, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!

There are not enough words to describe how AMAZING Kim was on our wedding day! I knew she would be a perfect fit for us from the first time I met her! Where Do I begin?! I came across Blu Tree Studios doing a Google search. My husband is military so we're not local. I was hoping to find someone who would work with us long distance, since all of our planning for an Indiana wedding was done over the phone or via email. Just looking thru Kim's incredible portfolio, I knew she was the one. From the first message I felt like I knew her, she was so easy going, fun and friendly. On the big day, she knew exactly what I was looking for, her excitement made me more excited. I literally couldn't have dreamed of a better person to capture our memories on the most important day of our lives. You guys are truly amazing and I'm so honored you were at our wedding. Every time we travel back to Indiana I hope you can continue to tell our story!

AMAZING photographer! She does great work and has a friendly, spunky personality that makes it easy to work with. She handles things professionally and has a quick turn around time. I can’t speak enough about how happy I was with my engagement and wedding pictures! She traveled with us to Florida and didn’t break the bank! Highly recommend!

Kim Blu Tree Studios Photography is amazing! The first time I met Kim I knew we would have the best pictures ever! She really takes her time to get to know you and your fiance as as couple. We are nerds and she definitely helped bring that out in some of our pictures hahahaha! During our engagement photo session she made everything very easy for us, especially for my fiance who hates taking pictures lol! I absolutely love our engagement photos and I can't wait until our wedding day to see what awesome work she will do then!

I have absolutely no regrets about choosing Blu Tree. Kim is FANTASTIC. Her work is amazing and she captures so many wonderful moments. She has everything together the day of and makes sure she has a plan and knows what you want. She also takes a lot of pictures you didn't even know you wanted until you see them! She got us out to take a picture with a double rainbow and did many lovely shots even in the rain. My husband felt she was engaging, has lots of energy, flexible, and he felt very comfortable with her. They even got out of the golf cart at one point to push when we got stuck!!! She and her crew go above and beyond in every way!

Kim and her team are phenomenal!! Every photo she takes has something that just shines right through them. I just adore my engagement photos and my wedding photos... STUNNING! She’s not about snapping photos and moving on. She gets to know you. You feel like you’ve known her for years. From the first meeting, to her big hug and congrats as she leaves your wedding for the night, and everything in between. I couldn’t imagine having anyone else take such precious and memorable photos. If I could give Blu Tree Studios Photography 10 stars I would! From the moment we met Kim we fell in love. She was so sweet and down to earth not like the others we had met before. The first thing that appealed to me is her take on what she does...she's not just taking pictures to make money she's doing it to tell your story and I love the fact that she does engagement pictures with all her clients as a way to get to know them before the wedding. The ones we have seen so far have been breathtaking. Kim always greets you with such a warmth that you feel like your own friend is taking the pictures.
