Kate is absolutely amazing! I wasn't sure what to expect as a bride when it came to stationary (or what I needed!), and Katie was there for me every step of the way. Her sense of style and art is unparalleled -- I'm being completely serious when I say that I got multiple unprompted texts and phone calls about how incredibly beautiful my invites were after they were sent out. In addition to the invites as a whole, one of my favorite things she did for us was include a watercolor of my venue (White Willow Farms) in the invite and some of the wedding stationary itself; it was an amazing personalized touch. I've saved copies of all of the stationary she designed, and the other pieces she provided like signs really contributed to the overall aesthetic of the wedding. and will always be grateful for Katie's contribution to me and my husband's big day!

Katie was an absolute pleasure to work with while designing our wedding stationary. She actually designed my sister's as well for her wedding 5 years ago and we loved her and her work so much we hired her again for mine this fall. We chose to do most of our meetings/designs via Zoom or email but Katie was so great and mailed us multiple different styles of previous invite suites and our proofs so we could see them in person. Katie was such a pleasure to work with and her work is stunning! She made the entire design process easy, organized, and not stressful at all. We had multiple calls where we discussed vision, ideas, etc., and she provided me with several examples to work off of and help determine which elements I wanted to incorporate in our own stationary. Her work is the highest quality and is stunning! I had no idea invitations and wedding stationary could be so beautiful and personalized until I saw her work! Aside from her work, I appreciated how responsive and helpful Katie was throughout the process. Katie was an absolute creative genius when it came to our invitation suite. She was flexible when I wasn’t sure about the style I was looking for and was very knowledgeable in the dos and don’ts for invitations. She even coordinated the floral watercolor with our florist so that it would match the day of our wedding. We’ve so far successfully sent them out and have received tons of comments from our guests of how gorgeous our suite turned out. I know invitations don’t rank high on everyone’s budget, but they meant a lot to me. I wanted to be able to frame them, to look back and appreciate them. We used Katie for all our wedding print from the save the date, to the invitations to all the “day of” programs, menus and table seatings. She was so easy to work with and her designs were beautiful! She was so patient in working with us while we went through many changes to find the perfect burgundy color for the flowers :-). Katie made sure we got EXACTLY what we wanted. Katie was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was quick to reply to emails, professional in all aspects, and overall so pleasant! Katie never made me feel rushed while deciding on an invitation suite design and she always made sure I was absolutely in love with the design before we moved forward. We had one small hiccup- our invitations printed lopsided (not Katie's fault), and Katie was quick to get that fixed directly from the printing company without me having to worry about anything. Katie truly strives to make every design exactly what her client dreams of and makes the process painlessly easy. My husband and I are so happy we chose Katie to design our invitation suite and reception menu cards!

We literally couldn't wait to see our invitations printed and when receiving them all of our exceptions were met and exceeded. I've always appreciated a nice card or invitation, but didn't realize how excited I'd get about my wedding invitations and can't thank Katie enough for producing something so beautiful!

I chose Blu3 Designs/Katie for my wedding invitations after being referred to her by my planner. I am a very indecisive person so I was nervous if I could explain what I was looking for well enough. Katie was so patient with me as we worked through that, and she ended up creating an invitation that was more perfect than I ever could have imaged. Her knowledge and talent is incredible. She communicates quickly, makes the process enjoyable and stress free, and produces amazing invitations that are exciting to send out. I am so thankful to Katie for helping my dreams come to fruition and for her incredible kindness in the process. I definitely recommend Blu3 Designs to anyone!

For our June 2019 wedding, with a 300 person guest list, we chose to book Katie from Blu3 Designs for our formal invitation suite and all day of paper including ceremony programs, menus, table numbers, signage, seating assignment chart, place cards, etc. From the start, we were impressed with Katie's prompt responsiveness and wiliness to make modifications to stationery designs with our invitation suite. She is a truly talented designer, with a multitude of ideas to make your paper goods stand out! Katie does not include invitation suite assembly in her standard packages (it is available as an add-on), and we were happy to do the assembly ourselves. However, during assembly, we experienced an array of issues, predominately involving the inner envelope liners. A few inner envelope liners were delivered to us adhered inside the envelopes crooked. A few inner envelopes had two liners adhered on top of each other. And the majority of inner envelope liners had the glue adhesive applied so sloppily that the envelopes were stuck together in the packaging, which caused the liners and envelopes to tear when separated. To make matters worse, when these issues were presented to Katie she admitted that she failed to check our invitation suite order for quality prior to delivery to us. She was also quick to inform us that we were making her aware of these issues more than 48 hours after delivery, which was a part of our contract, and that ultimately, she is not responsible for the quality of the product her printer partner produces, as they are a third-party provider and she is not responsible for their printing. She did begrudgingly refund a portion of our cost of for the poor quality of the inner envelopes. Closer to the wedding date, we began our second order with Katie designing our day of paperie. I was hopeful that the issues we experienced with the invitation suite were merely an odd fluke occurrence. Unfortunately, we had more careless errors when it came to our day-of paperie. Since she admitted that she had not checked our first order, both my wedding coordinator and myself requested that she personally check each product prior to delivery to us. She assured us that she would. Unfortunately, multiple pieces of signage were printed in what appeared to be grayscale, or black and white. The vibrant colors in our design proof were printed out to be a muted gray. Again, when we brought these issues to Katie's attention, she had more excuses and blamed the poor print quality on her printing partner. She reminded us that her printing partner is a third-party company, and that she is not to be held responsible for the quality of their work. She did have the signs remade for us, however, her comments were out of line and inappropriate. Particularly after assuring both myself and our wedding coordinator that each product would be checked by her prior to delivery. Working with Katie was daunting and produced a great deal of anxiety at her unwilliness to accept responsibility for the issues with her products. Even if she made some things right in the end, it was not without her complaining and excuses. I WOULD NOT recommend this vendor.

Katie was so amazing to work with, and one of the sweetest people I have ever met! From save the dates, to invitations, as well as day of stationary and signs, I could not be happier with how everything turned out! It was all so beautiful!

Katie added such value to our wedding planning process with an easy and fun design process. She truly cares about the couples she designs for, and you become a part of her Blu3 family. She's open, honest and very communicative. I joked with her that she responds too quickly! Katie is truly the best as a person and designer.

From the moment we met Katie to receiving our day of stationary, Katie was so easy and fun to work with! We would describe what we wanted and what we liked and Katie quickly created a vision for us that we loved. Katie's prices are more than reasonable and she even responded while on vacation with her family. Where to begin with Blu3 Designs?! They were awesome to work with! Every little detail that we asked for was implemented into all of our save the dates, invites, and programs! They were very easy to communicate with and kept everything organized as well! Everything we had designed by them came out perfect and we couldn’t have asked for anything better! Katie was awesome!!! We emailed basically all day every day and she was always willing to give me exactly what I wanted! She hand lettered my entire seating chart as well as parts of my invitations and a few signs! Everything was amazing! She even got me different table numbers the day of my wedding because the kind I picked did not end up working out!! She is so great and I highly recommend her invites and signs!
