About this vendor
Blue Bee Cider at Summit Stables brings old world charm to the Scott's Addition neighborhood. Originally built in the 1940's as a Works Progress Administration project, it housed mules, carts, and supplies for the Richmond Public Works Department. After extensive renovation and historic rehabilitation, it is now a full-fledged fine cider production and tasting facility, and venue.
The property lends itself to a variety of layouts and vignettes which our Event Manager can discuss with you. The French country style of our buildings and garden provides an old-world feel, requiring minimal décor to make your event memorable.

Absolutely beautiful venue at an amazingly affordable rate!
Beautiful, intimate, romantic wedding venue! My groom and I selected the Cider Salon space for our microwedding, and we could not be more pleased about how it turned out. The eve...
nt coordinator, Mackenzie, is the sweetest and most helpful! She was extremely patient and flexible with all of the changes we had to make due to covid, and I can't thank her enough for everything she did to make sure our day was exactly what I envisioned! Blue Bee is a beautiful space, and a must-visit spot in Richmond!
BEST Venue in Richmond! The space sells itself but Mackenzie and the Blue Bee team blew it out of the park. It was fun to have it right in Scott's addition so people could easily t...
ravel to the wedding. We had 160 attend and could have easily invited more people. This venue allows for outside alcohol and food which was great for having food trucks (Most RVA spots do not). We did tent he entire venue because of VA unpredictable weather but it made it even more special with the tent lighting. Mackenzie helped me sort out details prior and worked great with my day off wedding coordinator. There are so many useful spaces at Blue Bee to leverage for ceremony & reception. We had a DJ and everything sounded great. Can't say enough about how great the venue was and the support team!
