Words cannot describe how insanely lucky we were to have hired Hannah from Blue Belles Weddings as our day-of coordinator! From the very beginning, she was warm, welcoming, incredibly organized, attentive, and always ready with excellent advice, tips, and tricks throughout the planning process. She made everything feel like an absolute breeze and took so much stress off our shoulders. The day of our wedding exceeded our expectations. Hannah was quick, efficient, and ready to tackle anything the day threw her way. Our ceremony and reception were set up perfectly, and she even helped tremendously with cleanup at the end of the night. I was especially stressed on the wedding day, but Hannah was such a calming presence and truly put my mind at ease. We are so grateful we had Hannah there to help make our wedding day everything we dreamed it would be. I cannot recommend Hannah and Blue Belles Weddings enough! Hannah was absolutely incredible! She was so helpful throughout the entire process, always willing to listen to any rants, questions, or concerns we had. She was easy to reach, incredibly responsive, and truly went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect for us. You can tell how much she genuinely cares about her couples, and it made such a difference during wedding planning. I’ve worked on over 100 weddings and genuinely love being the calm, organized person you can lean on when things get busy (or chaotic). I’m all about keeping timelines on track, wrangling vendors, and handling the behind-the-scenes details so couples can actually enjoy their day. Creating an inclusive, welcoming space is really important to me, and my goal is always for you to feel supported, comfortable, and confident with every decision! When I am not working or planning weddings, you can find me reading my latest romance novel and cuddled up on the couch with my 3 dogs, Dave, Buster, & Oliver!

When I first got in touch with Hannah — a little over a month prior to our date — all the details were planned, I just needed to entrust them to someone who would ensure everything went according to plan. Hannah was a God-send! During my consultation call with her, I knew I wanted to hire her immediately. I could tell she was extremely organized, had an attention for detail, was a great communicator, and someone who could hold attention (very much needed with wedding parties)— all traits that she gracefully exhibited on our wedding day to ensure no detail was overseen. Hannah did an excellent job taking the plan and running with it, allowing me, my family, and friends to be fully present in each moment of the wedding day. In the lead up to our wedding, she was so helpful with coordinating our vendors, organizing our guest list, planning our decorations, and all of the other little details that come with planning a wedding. Everyone who had the pleasure of interacting with her during our wedding only had wonderful things to say about her, and she made sure everything was perfect for us and was how we envisioned it (it was!)

elles for day-of coordination, but I ended up feeling like I had a multi-month partner in Hannah. She held multiple planning/logistics calls with me leading up to the wedding. Every time I walked away feeling calmer and more prepared for the big day! As for the wedding itself - picture this. It was a 100% DIY wedding in Brown County State Park. The ceremony and reception were outdoors. We knew it would be hot (as a late July wedding), but what we didn't plan for was an actual heat wave. Temps got up to 104F heat index and there were pop up thunderstorms. Yet, the day was perfect, thanks to the contingency plans Hannah helped us plan. Hannah works super hard. She was at our venue in the crazy heat from 7a-11p on the day of our wedding and was super positive and on top of it the entire time. She also helped us random extra set up the day before our wedding. We truly could not have done this day without her. If you're looking for an experienced coordinator who feels more like a friend, look no further!

I was definitely a type A bride, but Hannah welcomed all of my planning energy and gave us access to a bunch of resources to help in the process including her wedding planning guide, a design template for a wedding binder, and access to her event diagraming software. On our wedding day, Hannah set-up everything to perfection, she keep things moving seamlessly, and she made tear-down a breeze. I don’t even know what fires she had to put out during the day and that’s EXACTLY THE POINT! When I think back on the day, I can’t even remember a single thing that “went wrong,” and that’s a huge testament to everything Hannah did behind the scenes so we could both relax and fully enjoy the day with all of our family and friends.
