Not only does she take care of business, she’s also such a genuine, sweet person and was a joy to work with. She eased all my anxiety on wedding day and the entire month leading up to the wedding. I literally did not worry about a single thing the day of my wedding because I knew she had it covered. Thank you again SO much Hannah, our wedding day wouldn’t have been the same without you!!

Every time I walked away feeling calmer and more prepared for the big day! As for the wedding itself - picture this. It was a 100% DIY wedding in Brown County State Park. The ceremony and reception were outdoors. We knew it would be hot (as a late July wedding), but what we didn't plan for was an actual heat wave. Temps got up to 104F heat index and there were pop up thunderstorms. Yet, the day was perfect, thanks to the contingency plans Hannah helped us plan. Hannah works super hard. She was at our venue in the crazy heat from 7a-11p on the day of our wedding and was super positive and on top of it the entire time. She also helped us random extra set up the day before our wedding. We truly could not have done this day without her. If you're looking for an experienced coordinator who feels more like a friend, look no further!

I was definitely a type A bride, but Hannah welcomed all of my planning energy and gave us access to a bunch of resources to help in the process including her wedding planning guide, a design template for a wedding binder, and access to her event diagraming software. On our wedding day, Hannah set-up everything to perfection, she keep things moving seamlessly, and she made tear-down a breeze. I don’t even know what fires she had to put out during the day and that’s EXACTLY THE POINT! When I think back on the day, I can’t even remember a single thing that “went wrong,” and that’s a huge testament to everything Hannah did behind the scenes so we could both relax and fully enjoy the day with all of our family and friends. If you’re looking for the perfect day-of-coordinator, Hannah’s THE it girl.
